Gorgeous mountain retreat! 3 queen size bedrooms, 3 bath, finished basement/game room. Sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably but 8 if include sleeper sofa. Creek side home with views of valley and pond. Walking distance to Chattahoochee River, Cool River Tubing and Zip Line park. 3 minute drive to downtown Helen, Ga. Perfectly centered, surrounded by many vineyards, wineries and breweries. Private, quiet and relaxing! Feel of a treehouse, comfort of a penthouse!

Wonderful cabin nestled under a canopy of trees - perfect retreat for our family after spending the day in Helen. The covered deck with porch swing and rocking chairs was a great place to relax and take in the beauty of the mountains!

Our family of 6 loved the cabin. Very peaceful. Kids loved the pool table (cue sticks could use updated). It is a one lane road to cabin and steep driveway. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Well stocked with towels (could use updating). Overall great quiet place to stay.

Overall our stay at Happy Hollow was great. Very close to Helen. Had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very quiet. The neighbor has dogs but they never bothered us with their barking. Very nice location. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time! Very quiet and secluded location. Very clean, lots of towels, soap, washer liquid. Plenty of spare bedding, (**if you are using the sofa bed there is a mattress topper in the wardrobe on the first floor! We only found it when we checked out!! But our son was fine without it!) We enjoyed sitting on the decking and the swing. We had a fabulous time playing snooker! It is very quiet and you really you are in a mountain cabin! It’s very close to Helen, which is perfect! We had a lovely time! The pictures DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! We would 100% return! Thank you!

Four friends gathering for a ladies weekend. The home was very nicely furnished and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was easy and everything was as listed. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed our visit and the area. 5 minute drive to Helen.

The property was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. It is less than five minutes from Helen and all the local attractions, but you feel like you are miles and miles away. Very peaceful. We were there in October, and the fall leaves colors were amazing.

3-4couples come every year and rent a cabin. The Keurig did not work. There were bugs in the pantry. The pullout sofa was dirty with crumbs. The patio and floor plan was great. Location was great too.

The Cabin was spacious and just outside of Helen. Getting in and out of the town was fairly easy. The owner was great and made the whole process easy. Would book again in a second.

We enjoyed our stay. We definitely liked having the shade on the back deck. It is also a very good size to spread out and not feel cramped but be able to talk and listen to music.

This is the second time I have booked this home, the owner has great communication, the house is great and it is very close to downtown Helen yet you feel like you are in the mountains and completely secluded .. will book again

This well kept, clean home a few miles from Helen was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It has a well stocked kitchen, a big front porch to sit and visit and listen to the groom running.

First time staying here, it was very nice and homey. Loved the 2nd floor deck, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool table. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub, but all in all it was great!!

This place is so cozy. We enjoy being inside and outside. Kim is always available to answer any question and is very welcoming. I have stayed at other cabins and have never felt so welcomed and at home. I think I have found my go to home when I go on vacation.

The property was great for our holiday trip. There was plenty of space. The house has 3 levels, we only utilized the main and upstairs. The deck was beautiful overlooking the property with the snow. The lower level was scary due to the glass sliding door, so we kept the downstairs entry door locked. There are no curtains to the doors and that was a little uncomfortable as well. It was windy and the trash can fly away the first night and we couldn't get to it. Everything else was great!

Great place to unwind and disconnect from all the drama life seems to send our way. Just close enough to town to be there in back in a few minutes but far enough out to be calm and quiet. Grandkids were a little fidgety without WiFi but once they were able to go out an pick leaves an watch them fall they were good. There was only one issue an that was relying on MapQuest to find the driveway...missed it the first time so be aware of that.. otherwise I would highly recommend staying there and hope to again this spring.

The house and location was amazing. The property owner came out super quick when I notified them that the grill wasn’t working properly. They got got it back up and running super quick. Kim is amazing to rent from.

The house was very clean and well taken care of. The only negative thing I can think of is GPS will not get you to the exact location of the home, but it’s in the ballpark. The owner gave good directions to help get me there from there.

The cabin is very cozy, clean and pretty. Good location, away from the noise but at the same time close to everything. Kim answered all my messages promptly and greeted us with various details.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. My children loved the pool table and large checkerboard. The cabin was decorated beautifully and is less than 5 minutes from town. The property owner Kim was fabulous herself and answered an questions I had within minutes! Can’t wait to book this property again!

I stayed here with my daughter, daughter-n-law and my two granddaughters for our girls trip. The house was very clean, spacious, and cozy. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Helen. We plan to be back soon!!

We were amazed at how close this was to everything in and around Helen!! If there wasn't so much to do there, we would have spent more time enjoying this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Cozy beds, sofas, and chairs. We played pool every night. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking the few times we used it. Would love to stay here again!!

Kim the owner of the property was fantastic , the home was just as described and was even better then the original listing ! Literal a few minutes drive if that from downtown Helen but still felt so remote that you where in the remote mountains or Georgia!We will definitely be going back again !
