BOOK THIS PLACE NOW

John is the most amazing host we have ver had. The room he gave us looked over the water and the city. There was air con and a comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony. John helped us with everything and is one of the nicest people we have met in our 3 month trip in Europe. Don’t look further. Just book this place now John even waited for us after our boat was delayed for 1 hour until 9:30pm.

Flawless, excellent.

Everything was great, This was the first totally flawless stay we have had, and we have been staying on hotels on many Greek islands for a decade as a young couple. We would totally recommend a stay here. The host loves what he does and this shows.

Exceptional

We absolutely loved our stay at Livanios Studios in Adamas, Milos. The standout feature was John's incredible kindness, which made us feel right at home. The complex of rooms embodies a picturesque Greek style. Our spacious room was cleaned every two days and equipped with all the essentials. Its proximity to the center, a well-stocked and affordable supermarket, and the port makes it an ideal location. Highly recommended!

Plenty of room, right near the epicenter of town. Perfect for a short or long stay. The hosts are super helpful and hospitable. I'd love to return.

A welcoming owner and a great apartment

A spacious room in an apartment complex close to the centre of the port. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, light and airy with a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. Bathroom was of a reasonable size with a good shower.

The apartment didn't have a kitchen as such although there was rather limited supply of kitchen utensils in a small drawer... There was a fridge and a kettle together with a couple of bowls, two mugs and two glasses. Including a bottle opener would be a good idea... other than that there was nothing not to like.

Short walk, many stairs

The location was perfect! A short walk to everything at the port. The owners were friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean, spacious and quiet. (With refrigerators!) A good value! There were a few drawbacks. First, a lot of stairs and no help with bags. Pack light if you stay here! Also, there is no daily housekeeping. And be careful not to walk into the bed or stub your toe - ouch! Ultimately, we would stay here again.

Comfortable beds, good location, really clean. Our hosts answered really quickly when we had questions, and had good advice on what to do on the island.

We expected to have a studio with a kitchen, we had a room with no kitchen. But it was a good room !

Table with chairs inside and outside apartment, nice patio too. Excellent host which is also the owner.

Mattresses bit hard - not a major problem., A drying cloth for dishes at coffee station would be nice. Nothing further not to like.

Best holiday

Best position ever! So nice to get around, easy parking nearby. John is the best host, he was always very attentive, he gave us many advices on where to go as we had days with much wind. 100% recommended for when in Milos

Very good

Big space. Very nice. Kitchen with big refrigerator. Dishes and cutlery. Soft towels. Good air conditioner. Very nice. The owners are the best!

Fantastic location in Milos, very clean, perfect wi-fi with the best hosts

Best location in Adamas in Milos, just a few steps away from the port, close to a large supermarket and only 100 meters away from the bus station. The room was large with a huge balcony, the wi-fi connection was the best in the Cyclades island group (of which Milos is a part of) and the whole place, my room included, was sparking clean. The hosts, John and Maria were very friendly and always willing to help. I am definitely coming back next year!!

Everything was perfect, I was sad to leave this place..

Sweet little getaway spot

Livanios Studios is absolutely charming. The room is spacios, clean and just beautiful with some Cycladic features such as the bathroom and the upstairs loft. Exceptionally clean, warm and cozy. Great hosts. A real gem in Milos.

An host that worth more than 5 stars hotels

John is the best host I ever met in my life. Good hotels included. Very friendly, helpful every day and most of all PROFESSIONAL in everything. Plus, He's an expert in Milos' weather, He planned for us a tour with a boat many days in advance guessing the most beautiful day we had (the rest of the week was windy except for that day!) Really appreciated. He really cares his guests have a good experience in Milos at 360 degree, not all related to the structure. Thank you again for everything John!

If there was a small kitchenette would have been perfect.

Best Studios in Milos

The Owners Livanios are very friendly and kind, everything was clean and organized. Our 2 level studios was amazing, unique! We felt like home! I will suggest Livanios Studios, not only a room but a new way to discover the island!

Great place! Great area! Very clean! Amazing host!

Everything! Very center place and still quiet! Very clean! Changing bed sheets every day and towels! Clean room etc! The room it was for 2+1 persons and my brother joined suddenly and it was no problem at all for the host! The room was as it was advertised! Having travel quite a lot it was one of the first times that the room was 100% that was described in the advertisement! Also, I think it was resonably cheap in comparisson with other places in Milos, especially for 3 persons!

Exceptional

The owner is a caring lady. She is ready to help you with whatever she can. Location is perfect 5min or less walk from adamas port. Property is clean and room has a fridge and hot pot for making coffee etc. Overall worth the price.
