Exceptional

Anna was very welcoming and an excellent host. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the water. Additional service were included such as bottled water, washing, local wine and bread sticks.

Exceptional

Anna was such a kind and attentive host! For example, when I got ATV grease all over my shorts she helped clean the stain out. She also helped us order taxis for fair prices. The rooms were very comfortable, had anything you needed, and were cleaned daily. They also had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

Great host, super clean rooms with lots of amenities , quiet and close to port .

Anna is a great host ! The room and grounds were very clean, felt new. The room had lots of amenities and close enough we would walk to port often. appreciated her restaurant recommendations too. Would stay again !

A laundry option would be nice after a few days if there was access to one.

Calm, comfortable and welcoming

Annarita is an exceptional place to stay if you are looking for something comfortable, clean and stylish. Newly renovated rooms, with all the necessary amenities and a welcome gift certainly gave us a very good first impression! If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk to the center, or if you have a vehicle, this place will meet all of your expectations. The host, Anna, was very helpful in many ways, from information at check in to being nearby in case anything arises. To top it off, we had an accident about 40 minutes away from the hotel and we were in need of immediate medical assistance. Anna volunteered to come and pick us up with her husband and take us to the health Center of the island, as well as help us with buying some necessary medical supplies! We were amazed by this, and it definitely made our unfortunate experience with the accident smoother and more enjoyable. Our hosts went above and beyond out of the kindness of their hearts. 5 star hospitality

My husband and I are simple travelers and do not have high needs, especially when it comes to hotels. However, staying at Annarita has been one of the best decisions coming to Greece. Anna provides hospitality that is on par with 5-star hotels, and her generosity is exceptional. She provided daily cleaning, continuously stocked the toilet paper (even though they were already bountiful), and replenished the coffee after every use. Anna even offered laundry services, which was a pleasant surprise. The property is well maintained and up-to-date, and I cannot stress enough how clean the rooms and common areas are. Thank you, Anna, for all you've done for us. We wish you great success!

Anna is running wonderfully this small studios/rooms building. Apartments are completely renovated, with all comforts. From the porch you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay. Anna cleans everyday and she's extremely helpful. Thanks for letting us having a great vacation- first holidays abroad after the pandemic!

Very good experience

The hostess is beyond lovely. She is very interested in her business and she is very customer oriented. Very clean and neat place! Nice location. Very peaceful. the modern ceiling fan was a very nice feature.

Nothing bad. We just thought the bathroom would be a bit more modern according to the pics on booking.com but it eventually didn’t spoil our stay.

Fabulous place

Perfect place to our trip in Milos. We can come in foot from the ferry station (15 minutes). The view was great and our moderne room was cleaned everyday. And a big thanks to the owner for this help and her advices.

AMAZING

Couldn’t fault ANYTHING! The room was perfect and so was Anna our host. The room was clean, bright, secure and the perfect size. Anna was accommodating and super helpful if we had any requests. HIGHLY recommend and we would stay here again!

Amazing host and perfect location

The host Anna was absolutely amazing. She provided us with everything we needed and checked up on us every morning. The location of the property is perfect, it’s in the heart of Adamas with supermarket a 10min walk away and restaurants and bus stop 15min walk away.

It was very difficult finding the property on the first day, there were no signs of the property or anything. The main door opposite the bed was glass and the light would shine through out the night which was inconvenient when you’re trying to sleep.
