Desconexión en un Hotel Rural fabuloso

En general nos encantó. Todo muy limpito y el personal fabuloso en todo los aspectos, preocupados para que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. Muy atenta la empleada que nos recibió, luego vimos que también era la limpiadora. Tiene una zona de picnic en la entrada al hotel que da para mucho. Relax y tranquilidad. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha de piedra, todo muy rústico pero cuidando los detalles. La presión de la ducha fuerte. En general mejor de lo que esperábamos. Volveremos

La piscina necesita una reforma o mantenimiento. El gresite se ha caído y se sigue cayendo. Es una pena por que cambia mucho el aspecto y devalúa bastante la zona de piscina. También necesitan ampliar el número de hamacas. El desayuno le falta variedad, pero las bebidas de la máquina dispensadora muy buenas, incluidos los chocolates.

Séjour reposant dans un joli cadre.

Hôtel très calme et propre Grande chambre et bonne literie. Le Restaurant Bentayga à quelques kilomètres fait de la très bonne viande dans un joli cadre.

Pas de jus d’orange mais un liquide de très mauvaise qualité a la place… Dommage

Good value rural spot.

Quiet rural location. Lovely good size suite with comfortable bed. Really liked the room and felt it was good value for the size.

Breakfast was a bit poor but I am fussy. Boiled eggs and a apple sorted me. No aircon in the room which we didn't realise until arrival. Took a while to find our room as no staff there to welcome us - we actually quite enjoyed it though.

We totally loved it! wish we stayed longer

absolutely everything, wish we stayed there longer! bed was very comfortable, suite was huge, bathroom & shower were great and had a gorgeous view, breakfast was plently, coffee & tea 24/7 which was lovely. staff were very polite and accommodating despite us not being able to speak their language. lots of parking spots and beautiful grounds.

restaurant is closed and there are no real food options within walking distance, parking by the close by restaurants was challenging.

Wonderful place in great location but a little run down

Interesting traditional property with traditional furniture and extensive grounds. Our room was an enormous suite - much bigger than we expected. It would be a fantastic party venue.

It felt a little tired, needing maintenance, love and care. And the gardens and grounds needed a bit more upkeep.

An overpriced mistake.

bed was comfortable

Poor location on the edge of town. Mist guests are put into abysmal outbuildings. Rooms need redecorating. Inadequate breakfast. Abandoned restaurant. No guest support. Saw a pool - but no idea if it was for guests, where I’d get towels of change.

The breakfast was good and the botanical gardens nearby. It is a nice hacienda style hotel

I didn't like that there was no one to greet us on arrival and that the key to our room had be left on the front desk. The 3 night we stayed we saw no staff after breakfast was served. The room whilst clean has a funny smell. We struggled to get an evening meal , we thought there was a restaurant on site. I guess this is only open at busier times. Being a rural destination there should be some kind of restaurant / food available. We had to drive out to find something, as there was no one at the hotel to ask where the nearest restaurant was.

Great quiet stay, perfect base to explore the island

Loved the hospitality of the people. Even though none of the staff spoke any English at all but I've never been to a place where it has been less of an issue. With some hand gestures and google translate everything got sorted quickly!

It's a hard place to reach if you're not by car I can imagine. Also, possibly because we didn't stay in prime tourist season, there was little attention to things we could do. There were flyers but that's about it. Didn't know if it was possible for us to play some Padel for instance.

The location is secluded. We knew this, but I expected a nicer neighbourhood than it was. It is mainly a place to sleepover and move around by car.

Grand old finca

A peaceful one night stay in a grand old finca. Would have liked to try the restaurant for dinner but a large party kept very busy. However there was a quiet patio around the back where I had a picnic.

A one night stay at the start of our holiday in Gran Canaria; truly memorably relaxing time.

The buffet breakfast was a wide selection of traditional foods and was ample for even the biggest appetite. The location was enchanting and fairly secluded. The restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed a very warm welcome with specialist treatment with great description of the dishes available. My partner and I both had steaks and were the most succulent and flavorful we have ever tasted. A truly amazing meal!

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful where possible.

Staff does not speak English, there was never anyone at the reception, staff didn't take care of the breakfast buffet (we had to ask to clean other tables, as there were no clean ones, they were not refilling the buffet either - first come, first serve). Swimming pool was occupied by people renting the restaurant. Staff did not present the facilities available at the hotel.
