Convenient location
Room grabbing a little bit bigger. But it is OK since we were there for just one night.

We were not allowed to enter from the Terminal gate and have to wait outside for more than 2 hours and end up paying $200 to Novotel for few hours before we boarded our next flights

Clean, bed was super comfy
The price is quite high, difficult to find. I had to rely on their map and other people's feedback on Google reviews. The staff outside the airport didn't make it easy for me to find the front desk, they also didn't pick up my calls when I needed someone to get me.
4.0
Room was clean, breakfast was fine. The benefit of being in the airport wasn't as much of a benefit.
We were flying international the next morning and arrived to airport by car. The day prior the hotel asked for my arrival information. I told them we were arriving by car. They didn't reply on HOW to get into the airport, which you can't access unless within a certain number of hours of your flight. We waited at door 8 and had to have the security guards call the hotel in order to come pick us up which took 30 minutes.
We asked additional questions like how this could have been resolved and sped up to the hotel staff while checking in, they mentioned several ways which weren't options because of how we arrived. Apparently next to door 8 there is a lounge with a phone to call the hotel. You will have to be escorted through the airport, including after checkout.
They had to change our reservation to the domestics side because we couldn't go through international customs until 5 hours prior to our flight.

Staff were very kind and welcoming! They made sure I was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious also.
It can be a bit difficult to locate the hotel. After collecting your bags and moving through customs, one has to turn right in the large hallway and not exit the airport. There isn’t much signage to let you know where to find the hotel, I just happened to ask one of the hotel staff members by accident and was guided to the hotel.

we must thank Mr. Nawab Shah the airport supervisor for his help and courtesy. He went out of his way to help us. We were finding it difficult to navigate to the entry point of the hotel by ourselves. It was extremely good of him to escort us from his help desk located on the ground floor near the transit passenger entry point to the hotel room on the fifth level making things smooth and easy. The other staff members need to be thanked too. Thank you
all was as expected - maybe the entry could be made more convenient

I could sleep and take a shower somewhere, what wasn't a bench at the terminal. And the breakfast was tasty.
Welllll, aside of the quite poor value for money thing (no windows, stale air in the room, feels like a cave, leftovers on the floor), I was initially about 10% overcharged by the staff. I paid by card, and even there I thought it is more than I expected, but at first I thought I didn't remember the price correctly or there was something missing that I didn't calculate in. Well what I didn't calculate in was, that the staff without asking me converted the rupees to euros as an "extra service" (lol)q according to their in house conversion rate, which is approximately 10% lower than the actual one according to the RBI. So they made me pay 189 € instead of 173 €. I always pay by card abroad, and let my own bank convert it (and eventually charge for it). On the bill it even says "This currency conversion service is offered by the merchant's service provider. I confirm that I have been offered a choice of currencies (...)". This choice was ofc never offered. When I went back to correct the "mistake", the guy at first told me it was because of the tax (it wasn't, it doesn't even make sense, since he calculated with the same amount of rupees as was on the bill/in the booking), then that he couldn't correct it, as the payment was already booked. After insisting on it, miraculously he could void the transaction (with about 2 clicks)... I mean I'm sure noone would stay here if they didn't have some long layovers and no visas, but double-check how much (and in which currency) you're paying.

The rooms were terribly small with no ventilation at all. The stink worst than a public bathroom. On top of that they charged me 15,000 Rs for little over 3 hours stay. I had paid for breakfast and dinner but forced me to pay cash for the dinner that I ordered.

Location is great and staff is hardworking.
Very cumbersome to get through all the security steps, and it's become quite expensive.

After reading reviews I was nervous however..... I found the hotel without a problem AT ALL.. the beds very lovely and comfortable. Staff were great. Breakfast included. Spa services avaliable (i would book ahead)
Hallways were very noisy. Slamming doors. Breakfast was okay. Spa only open in afternoon. Expensive for what it is but very convenience

it is convenient as a transit stop for t3.
way overpriced. the food is atrocious.

Very clean and convenient to lay overnight for the next day's flight, skipping traffic outside.
They escorted you from arrival hall, through security check-in all the way to the hotel, so you don't have to be crazily searching for the hotel.
My room was too close to the reception, so It was a lil noisy with check-ins , etc.

Getting to the hotel was an adventure by itself. We had to wait 45 mins before the staff can escort us thru multiple security checkpoints thru the airport.

It should be clearly mentioned that the property is inside the terminal, and one can not get out once checked in. These details are shared once you've done the non-cancellable booking.

The price and the service. Room was unclean, staff very inattentive. One of the most expensive yet worse stop over airport hotels! don’t visit

There needs to be more effort to communicate that this hotel is only for departing guests. You have to have a departure ticket and you can not re-enter terminal when you arrive. After hours — I was able to get a hold of someone to understand that you must have a departure ticket. Didn’t sleep first night in India at airport.

Booked at very short notice after a booking I made at a nearby hotel turned out a total scam. It's based on the 5th floor of IGI T3, but you need assistance to get to it. How to access it varies depending on who you speak to at the terminal entrance. I suggest you phone the hotel in advance for advice on this. There are restrictions on using the hotel as it is intended for the use of travellers 'in transit', and you must have a printed boarding card for your next flight with you. Very comfy bed and pillows, very quiet and all staff were efficient and friendly. 24hr restaurant available, and a good range of food at breakfast was included.
Finding and accessing the place. Hardly anyone seemed to know it existed. There are two small un-staffed 'help desks' one upstairs and one downstairs near internal transfers. Pick up the phone and someone comes and accompanies you. YOu also are accompanied from the hotel all the way to your check in desk ( big thanks to Anand for doing this so efficiently).

NOTHING!
Worst ever experience with this hotel. Took us more than an hour to get into the room from the time we got to the airport. Many obstacles on the day. No one knows how to get there. Called the hotel but they were very unpolite and did not assist. It took them 30 minutes to get us into the room at the reception. The hotel is like a maze big part looks like a hospital corridor.
VERY VERY BAD experience. STAY AWAY from this hotel, there is no benefit to get there even if its in the terminal.

In the airport, so even an early flight is no trouble. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bar/dining room is a little bare, but food quite good.
Getting into the hotel takes about 20 mins, even with staff assisting through security.
2.0
ease of checking in for flight
the hassle & 45 minutes entailed in having to call the hotel & trying to get past security guards to allow entry into T3 at Delhi airport.
the cleanliness of the “canteen” area was absolutely dreadful both when we went to eat a “dinner” and breakfast. I had to ask the staff to clean the tables both times but the chairs were covered in crumbs as were the floor areas around tables.
