Regretfully I have to say I would not stay here again.

I liked the staff... they didn't go out of their way to help but were friendly enough. I

I guess because i got a good deal through booking.com I got the worst room in the hotel. (it's not a Homestay by the way) The room was noisy from staff noise and external building noises. I popped my head into other rooms and it seems they had all been upgraded from what I was in. I'm not sure how you would avoid getting the rubbish room because technically it had all the same features as the others however the air conditioning unit was extremely old, physically falling apart, with no remote i guess because it didn't work anyway... The room was not in anyway sound insulated unlike the other rooms. The water provided to guests was from their own water source which I'm guessing was ok but it was given/presented in second hand bottles of purchased water. The shower in this room gave good hot water for about 3 minutes... just barely enough time for one person.

The staff was available on a single call. Food was served within 20 minutes each time. Coffee was good.

Clean, conveniently located.

Clean room and bathroom, excellent location for anyone interested in spending time in South Delhi. Value for money. Felt safe there as a woman staying alone.

Uncomfortable bedding. Windows opened onto a wall.

A mixed bag

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice amenities, use of common fridge, good Wi-Fi, good location, quiet street, nice décor, felt secure there.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that when I asked for water, they gave me bottles they refilled themselves without telling me. Afraid I could get sick from impure water. Don't like the fact I was near the stairs and voices echo up-and-down the stairwell. It's very noisy from guests talking, even late at night. There are no views out windows, just seeing an ugly alleyway and a corridor on the interior. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay in cash because they don't take international credit cards, which is unacceptable when paying this amount of money per night stay. They really need to enter the modern age!!!

Good for what you pay. Hot water works

Breakfast (meals in general) was simple and good. They bring it up to your rooms.

Sheets and pillows were old and stained. Not sure if they had been washed.

Try to put a board to identify the stay easily. Try to subscribe movie channels.

Staff were friendly Location is good. Near to main road and shops.

No housekeeping during my three night stay as rooms bits old. Being homestay or bnb atleast needs to provide good quality breakfast and/or fresh beverage

Good for short term living in terms of homestay as options very much limited in malviya nagar newdelhi

Served food completely stale and uncooked. Beverages served not taste fresh.

My stay was ok

The house is pretty well taken care of and clean. The room was also clean. The location was perfect for me. There’s a metro station (yellow line) about 10min walk from the property, which you could take to get to the main attractions. There was no blanket on the bed but you could take one from the closet. WiFi worked ok for me.

The room was quite dark. If you’re a light sleeper you will wake up quite early as you can hear people talking in the morning. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I feel like the overall price-quality ratio for this property was not as great as for other places I have stayed in Delhi and India.

Nice, clean property situated at a very safe and secure location.

Location is very safe and secure and property is well maintained and clean. Staff is humble as well.

Bathroom need upgrade. Old sheets and taps are installed which are functioning fine but some leakages here and there. Also sheet/pot is single button which waste water too much.

Are the staff very kind? They cleaned my room and helped me many times when I was having trouble with my laundry. They have even taken my baggage on my behalf.

Excellent stay

Located in a posh residential area, safe , good home food on order. Malviya Nagar market is at a stone's throw. All facilities were great . Staff is too courteous and helpful. Value for money.

We had to checkout a day earlier , which should have been considered while billing.

Superb

It was clean and homely. The caretaker was compassionate and caring. Well maintained premises. Based in posh locality. Very peaceful and silent.

There was no lift service.
