Food, main swimming pool was dirty so didnt use it, noisy room, spa area very smelly, door the rooms super heavy, old facilities.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, direkt am Meer, wie auf den Fotos! Die Strandpromenade ist super für Läufer:innen und zum Spazieren gehen Abends zum Sonnenuntergang, wunderschön! Der Pool und Kinderpool mit Spielplatz für die ganz Kleinen daneben hat uns auch gefallen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern also wirklich toll. Auch All inklusive muss man sagen, ist für Kleinkinder super. Als Paar könnte ich es mir weniger vorstellen. Der Preis war sehr verlockend und wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt - wie erwartet mit Abstrichen aber trotzdem schön. Wir würden allen weiterempfehlen, die eher auf 3-4* Niveau reisen und über ein paar Dinge hinwegsehen können. Es ist schon OK dort, für uns hats für eine Woche Strandurlaub mit Kind sehr gut gepasst.
Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super und der Strand beim Felsen der Aphrodite war unser Highlight, nicht verpassen! Wir waren vorher eine Woche an der Ostküste, da ist Sandstrand und türkisblau und so, aber für uns war die etwas rauere Westküste genau so schön, für Steineliebhaber sogar schöner;-)
Uns haben die ganzen Punkte nicht weiter gestört, da wir die Themen von den Rezensionen kannten und bereit waren den Kompromiss einzugehen, aber dennoch, es ist wie in anderen Rezensionen auch zu lesen definitiv kein 5* Hotel (mehr?). Diejenigen die wirklichen Luxus erwarten sind hier fehl am Platz. Man kaschiert recht viel und es ist mehr Schein als Sein. Alles sehr pompös aber der Teufel liegt im Detail: Sauberkeit nicht mal 3*, Schimmel im Bad, der einfach überspachtelt wird von den Arbeitern nach der Abreise, kaputte Schränke, das Essen zwar quantitativ überboardend viel aber qualitativ gut bis durchschnittlich und das Fleisch ein Horror für uns Österreicher/Deutsche, wo wir zartes und nicht zähes Fleisch gewohnt sind. Gesundes Essen worauf wir sehr achten, auch für unser Kind, muss man suchen, aber wir sind immer fündig geworden und es waren viele gute Salate und ab und zu auch leckere orientalische Gerichte dabei. Wir würden zusammengefasst sagen ein 3* Hotel mit pompöser Größe in guter Lage und würden wenn dann nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt wieder buchen.

The location and size of the hotel were good.
It is very basic, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the pools are dirty, the sunloungers were filthy and several were broken, the staff were unhelpful. The housekeeping team did not clean my room once in my four day stay, I had an ant infestation that they sprayed and then left dead ants all over the room. I wasn’t given hand towels or bath mats and the water and coffee were not replenished once the whole time I was there.

Śniadanie znakomite. Duży wybór jedzenia i napoi. Wystarczająca liczba leżaków .oddzielny basen dla małych dzieci. Duży basen dla dorosłych i spa. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt . Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Numer 615 do centrum w 5 min.
W moim pokoju chodziła głośno lodówka co trochę mi przeszkadzało . Poza tym uwag nie mam.

The hotel is nice, with big and well equipped rooms, large balcony, beautiful view, nice outdoor pools, alot of space to enjoy the sun or a drink and nice personal. The resort has almost anything you could need, like a mini marketplace(the prices seemed just like in any other market), bars, decent entertainment, comfortable sunbeds, some green space, playgrounds.
We had breakfast and dinner included and our expectations were exceeded. Both had a good variety of food, but I must admit i believe the food quality weren't the best. Anyway, every meal included something I enjoyed.
The indoor pool was not heated, the whole area was extremely loud, not at all relaxing. Only one of the two saunas were working and the experience wasn't spa like at all.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel's customer service. The bar staff openly told customers that Frappe (cold coffee) was only included for Cypriot guests! In my case i am British with a Cypriot husband so i couldn't have frappe included but my husband could!! I went to reception to speak to the manager about it, as its clearly a racist policy. The receptionist told me that there was no managers or supervisors working on the weekend so there was absolutely no one i could speak to about it! And this is apparently a 5 star hotel...shameful to have such a policy and even worse to have no management or supervisor or duty.

Tellement vous êtes à l' aise vous n' avez pas en ie d' en sortir in y a tout l' équipement et activités pour vous occuper.

It was beautiful, clean, food was very good. It was quite big with lots of facilities. The pool was beautiful and prices were good.
We requested to have extra pillows and to have the room done as it wasn't done and to took quite a few contacts with the reception to finally get the pillows and towels changed. This is not way a fault of the reception as they were very helpful.

Fantastic hotel, ignore the bad reviews. We were lucky enough to get one of the swim up rooms, perfect to watch the sunset from the room. The food was good and waiters attentive in evenings. Room was clean and tidy, one of the mornings the cleaner had noticed we were in the room and did not come in however when we seen her later in the day we requested a clean and some new towels and sure enough this was done once we returned back to the room.
More parking, noticed a lot of cars parked outside the hotel however when you drive further there is a car park although unclear if it belongs to the hotel or not

I liked how the room is situated (sea view) and also size of the room. Easy access to the swimming pool. Also roof bar was very good.
Unfortunately, we found few cockroaches in our room and bathroom which is a shame, as staff have been very precise with cleaning rooms. Also I would change description about private beach, as you cannot swim there (huge rocks instead of sand)

Location to Paphos was great, taxi services brilliant, the staff are efficient, the views are wonderful. I found the bedrooms very clean and comfortable.
Half-board doesn’t include any drinks - not even soft drinks - with dinner except jugs of water, which was quite surprising. At breakfast, there’s one soda stream providing water with a note asking guests not to fill up water bottles, only the small glasses. Quite a few things broke, though they were repaired quickly - a plank of wood fell off my wardrobe and its door later wedged shut. The air conditioning also needs to be stronger in some parts of the hotel, or fans offered in corridors, some of the bedrooms, and public areas like the gym changing rooms where it was uncomfortably hot.

The hotel pool and leisure facilities were nice, the food was average buffet.
The hotel didn't have any pool towels available on either day we were there, the staff just passed us from one person to another in different locations of the hotel trying to find towels, it was a nightmare. There was no mention of having to pay for food and drink at the water park - we went all inclusive and had to pay. Disappointing, overall just bog standard definitely not worth the money we paid. Staying at the hotel was a major disappointment. The staff was unfriendly, the room was dirty with mold and wear and tear, spoiled fruits were left in the room, far from what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The food was inedible. While eating a potato food for breakfast, I bit into a stone and as a result, broke my tooth. I filed a complaint with the management, but no one even apologized or provided any response regarding my complaint since May 22nd. It was a distressing experience and ruined my vacation. I do not recommend it to anyone!

the facilities were great, lots of pools, activities for kids, water park was excellent. we were put in a room that was much larger than expected with a living room and pool view
all inclusive food was ok, as expected for a buffet. the other restaurants had slightly better food than the buffet but nothing to write home about. in the evening there were waiters coming to take drinks orders in the bar area, but in the daytime there was no one taking drinks orders by the pool. we stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the night before the wedding the bride had planned a dinner in the buffet restaurant for all 50 people, specifically requesting we all sit on one long table, the evening arrives and all tables are still separated in the restaurant and management make no effort to sit us together, so we sit apart on round tables of 8. not accommodating at all. although the facilities were good, this is not a 5* hotel, the service was ok at best, but management non existent or simply do not care.

Staff were excellent, the Spa was excellent. Wi-fi was much better than the reviews so i would think an improvement. It dropped a few times but overall was ok.

Upgraded on arrival and treated exceptionally by the front of house staff, the lady who checked us in was fantastic and very helpful.
No sun loungers for the whole of our stay, bed saving using towels is unbelievable we had to sit on the veranda in the chairs, with kids wanting to use the pool it wasn’t ideal. Sort the selfishness out of individuals that plonk a towel on multiple beds and go missing!!
