I and family enjoyed staying at your hotel and wish to visit again.

Location is good nearby the restaurant and coffee shops and old town, Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean.

The bed is small for two adults and not comfortable. No tissue paper in the bedroom. No room service for breakfast.

الغرفة نظيفة والموقع جيد ومخدوم وعنده مطاعم قريبة وسوبرماركت قريب

الغرفة صغيرة جدا ولايوجد لديهم عربة للعفش ! فلازم تشيل الشناط ، وبصراحة ساعدونا موظفين الفندق بالشيل. ماعندهم مواقف ، لكن المواقف عنهم خمس دقائق ويعطونك خصم على الموقف

Insgesamt haben wir uns nur wegen der Lage als auch dem Parkplatz für das Hotel entschieden

Die Lage und Rabatt für den Parkplatz waren ein Vorteil

Generell waren die Kissen zu klein,alle Oberflächen klebten leider,dir Dusche ist zu schwach und man erfriert quasi beim Duschen.Aufpreis für Zimmerservice ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Heizung war defekt und wir haben lediglich einen Heizlüfter bekommen,das Problem wurde bis zur Abreise nicht behoben!

Friendly & attentive staff

Only a short walk from Waverley Station & from the Usher Hall for our gig. All the staff were very friendly & attentive - indeed we mentioned to reception the exemplary level of help from one of the breakfast staff (female) in particular. There were a couple of issues with the room but reception were oh these within minutes!

The Hot Breakfast items were too cold.

Disappointing based on hotel description and amenities

Good location of the property and friendly staff.

There was no heating in the property during our stay. The first night spent, our room was freezing cold with cold air constantly circulating the room. The following day, when questioned at reception regarding the heating we were offered a blanket or electric heater which did not work unless switched on and off repeatedly and did not plug in safely in the room where we felt comfortable to leave it. This did not make a huge difference to the room temperature and we were not offered any compensation for the stay due to the heating problem. We were told at reception on the 2nd day that they had been experiencing issues with the heating but was not notified of this upon check in.

lovely, clean hotel. Within walking distance of the Usher Hall and lovely bars and restaurants

Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and staff at reception were friendly and helpful

nothing {we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that} however, a family member said the breakfast was lovely and loved the pancake making machine

Very good accommodation just outside the centre of Edinburgh

Good location - easy to access centre and all attractions. Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. Very good gym for a hotel.

Coffee maker didn't work properly. Room a little cramped.

Smelly and overpriced

Good location, decent sized twin rooms. Check in staff were very friendly, chatty and polite. Hotel appeared to be modern and clean on arrival

I didn't particularly enjoy the overwhelming stench of human sewage emanating from the bathroom drains when we returned to our room at 3am, the solution being a can of air freshener which was brought up swiftly by our friendly yet powerless night porter. No alternative room available as booking was during August. I didn't enjoy the lack of full refund, or the fact it took several weeks plus the requirement to chase up the manager for him to finally sort out the 50% refund he promised on one of our rooms as a result of the unsanitary stench. For the price, there has to be better alternatives available....avoid

decent stay in comfortable surroundings

easy to find, got upgraded to a privilege room although it felt very ordinary! (free mini bar iron bru tho!) Shower immaculate, tea and coffee facilities , quiet.

Typical english breakfast. More fruits and vegetables would be great. Rooms are quiet although many looking at the street. The location is ideal to visit Edinburgh oldtown. Quiet but walking distance from the Royal Mile.

Rooms are small. No shelves, no wardrobe just a couple of hangers. Not ideal if you have a large suitcase. The neighbourhood is dirty , but that's generaly true for whole Edinburgh.

Slightly expensive, but beautifully comfortable stay.

Hotel is beautifully clean, was provided a room upgrade which I was extremely grateful for after a long day's travelling. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Hotel is more expensive for 1 night than I'd have liked to have paid.

Overall a good stay.

Hotel was comfortable, were upgraded which was not expected! Staff were helpful. Loved safety feature of lift, only operates with room key. Close to GrassMarket etc. New Town a bit of a hike to get to or take cab.

Air conditioning broke while there, room was uncomfortable but staff did provide a type of portable conditioner which helped. Light on thermostat kept blinking all night, right by bedside so was difficult to sleep.

the location wasn’t very good, thought we would’ve have had a better view and better room for the money, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in, and every time you moved it squeaked. the sink was dirty when we arrived and no shampoo or body wash was left in the bottles. we asked for a refund as soon as we arrived as we were unhappy straight away, offered complimentary breakfast instead which everything was as hard as nails as it had been lying in a bain Marie!
