Perfectly situated only 3 miles (a 5-7 minute drive) from the charming and historic Healdsburg Plaza, this fabulous, custom three-bedroom home abounds with special eco-friendly features. You will be wowed by this modern home’s beautiful open-beamed cathedral ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and multiple full-glass, oversized French doors that let the beauty of Mother Nature inside. With vineyards all around, a short drive down a tree-lined, country lane, delivers you to this tranquil wine country home. A/C is provided in the bedrooms during those extra hot days.
The beautiful new, in-ground salt water pool/spa with electric, lockable cover is solar heated, and the spa is gas heated. The partially covered front porch is a tranquil gathering place that looks out over the pool and new bocce ball court on the side. Furnished with a large teak dining table and chairs for six, four beautiful chaise lounges for the ‘sun worshipers’ and a comfy new full-sized outdoor sofa with two chairs, coffee table, and end table, this entertainment space is especially serene.
Completing the outdoor amenities are a new Weber natural gas grill plus a briquette kettle grill for the grilling “purists.”
Please note that this is not a “party house.” The setting is peaceful and bucolic, and we require that all guests respect the serenity of the area and our neighbors’ expectation of peace and quiet. We strictly enforce not just the Sonoma County Vacation Ordinance rules, also the special, including limiting the number of guests and cars that may be on the property at any time.

Quiet. Private. Beautiful. Clean. Minutes from town, Russian River, wineries. Simple, well thought out design with zero clutter. Wonderful place to create family meals. A jewel. Not a party house! It would be tragic to hear of anyone showing up and trashing this place. The property manager was responsive, informative, and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The home has great style and a clean, modern aesthetic and an amazing pool (didn't need the heater in the summer) Everything was comfortable, spotless, and kitchen was well stocked. We made great memories of morning tea out back near the master bedroom, game nights in the living room, bocce ball at sunset. Only caution is to be careful with the neighbors. We accidentally turned into the wrong driveway the first time and the lady was very upset. But rest of the vacation was peaceful. Downton is so close with plenty to do including live summer concerts. Looking forward to our next trip!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Limerick Lane! We lucked out and the rain stopped for the weekend we were there and had magical views of the land all around the house! We can't say enough great things about this wonderful Healdsburg escape. The house is super clean and better set up for a rental than I have experienced in many years. the expansive windows give it a great expansive view into trees and nature. In person exceeded the pics by far. The pool and jacuzzi heated perfectly and kids spent hours in them. The kitchen is very well stocked with chef level stove, appliances, etc. The heated concrete floors were loved in the winter month. The house itself sits down a country lane that was so quiet, night time star gazing pretty darn cool. Shante was very helpful and helped coordinate everything logistically. You are just 5 minutes from the Healdsburg Square with anything close by when needed but just removed enough to feel peaceful. A total gem all around, we will be back for sure. Much thanks!

A Slice of Heaven in Healdsburg
From the photos posted on vrbo, we were confident we would be having a nice long weekend retreat with our family, but the place actually exceeded expectations. Gorgeous setting, very private, terrific house floor plan, lovely hot tub and pool, light-filled spaces, a family-oriented “great room” which was the hub of our dining, cooking and lounging experiences, and also important good wifi. The management team was oh-so responsive to questions we had during our stay —very impressed with the speed of return phone calls. Although in a very rural setting, the house is only a quick drive to downtown Healdsburg, which was very convenient for morning coffee/bakery runs. Additionally, this home was one of the best outfitted for a cook in the kitchen, with high quality kitchenware and just about all the kitchen accoutrements needed to pull off a family meal, which I find very rare in a house rental. One note of caution I would advise future renters is to understand this is a quiet cup-de-sac where homeowners protect their peace and quiet. We did not find this to be a problem at all. Just others should know this is not a place to book if the intention is play loud music outside by the pool. This is a serene place for rest and relaxation, not a party house. We would book again in a heartbeat when traveling back to the area.

The home and grounds are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool and spa too. There was an issue with the pool/spa but the property manager quickly scheduled a technician and it was fixed the next day. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing wine country escape.

The kitchen is functional for cooks, the beds are comfortable and showers nice. The property management company was responsive to all communications. I would stay here again.
We only found two items of issue with the house: 1) the dining room chairs are metal and very uncomfortable, and 2) we had trouble getting the oven to stay on (note: we did not contact the management company to resolve as we only cooked two nights, and the first night we thought the oven malfunctioning was a fluke).

This is an exceptional property in a very nice relaxing area. The climate in the summer is around 52 degrees or so in the morning and then in the 90s at noon and then cools down for the evening. Perfect. You need to open all the windows at night to keep the house cool. This works fine. I would mention that you can hear the trucks on the highway at night somewhat. It didn't bother me at all, but if you have to have absolute quiet when sleeping, then this many not be the place for you. I just loved staying here. The pool was fantastic. The house is immaculate. The only thing I found missing in the kitchen was an easy way to heat water for the french press I brought. The gas stove is a very high end Italian model. Oliver's is the place to get groceries. --especially the Red Bird bread.

Great house and location. House was functional and had a good layout. Area was very quite and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. However, we felt the house had too many instructions to follow. From the master shower tile to AC to Grill to septic, etc. Folks that can afford to stay here are not going to squeegee the tile in the master shower and should generally keep the house well maintained for you. Lastly, we did call a few times prior to our arrival and we did not receive a return call.

Limerick Lane is an absolutely beautiful property, and it was perfect for our stay in Healdsburg. The layout was perfect for our family, and the house also had some toys that the kids loved. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. This is the 5th home we have rented in wine country, and our favorite thus far. The pool/hot tub were great and we used them every afternoon. The house did not have AC, however when we opened all the windows at night, it cooled down significantly. We were lucky to miss the extreme heat during our trip. The home is walking distance to a few wineries, which was nice to have. Wonderful stay!
