Very relaxing place to stay with great staff, private pool made it extra special.

Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up.

Could not fault the property.

A nice and relaxing vacation

Perfect accommodation for a larger family. 3 bedrooms and place to socialize both inside and outside. Nice with your own pool which invites to a nice and relaxing vacation. Pool and apartment were cleaned every day. Nice and luxurious place to enjoy you holiday!

If you son don’t have a car you have to walk a bit along a dark road if late in the evening.

Just perfect

Sea and Olives is perfect in every way - location, amenities, staff. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. We shall go back! I couldn’t fault it.

You need a car on Naxos in order to get the best out of the island.

Best place to stay on Plaka beach (Naxos)

This was by far, the best place we stayed during our trip to Greece that covered Santorini, Naxos & Athens. I would say it was near-perfect and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner (Stelios) was very personable, friendly & helpful. Was cleaned daily, new towels, and bathroom soaps, toilet paper replenished and that was well-appreciated. Place was relatively new and spacious and very well-designed from an Architectural point of view. It was in a quiet area away from the noise on the beach with tourists. The furniture was also very authentic and really made it feel like you are at a coastal resort on holiday. I got some inspiration for my next construction project. Next time we visit Naxos, we'll for sure stay here again. It's well located near the Plaka beach although you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk) to get to beach about 10mins walk. Property grounds well kept and clean. Apartment had a Jacuzzi that I personally didn't try but our teenage daughter tried and loved it. Probably could have used the apartment with the pool instead of Jacuzzi. There was always a nice cool breeze from the ocean. We didn't use the A/C as it was cool enough in the apartment and did not need it. Kitchen had everything needed --we only made breakfast, but there was Olive oil, salt, etc provided. We also found a welcoming bottle of white wine & fruits on arrival. Great restaurants all along Plaka beach and a couple of mini-markets to get basics. Bus connections to Chora along the beach road also made it easier to access the downtown area.

I would say it was near-perfect; just a few minor things that are not a show-stopper! Bed was just abit soft for my taste, but that's a personal taste and appreciate that all places will not have firm beds. But it was still not too soft - was in between soft & firm. I was still able to have a good nights sleep. I thought the closet space in the bedrooms could have been more; you have little space to unpack - so must leave most of the stuff in the suitcases; but was still manageable. There were mosquitoes in the area so opening windows at night for fresh sea breeze did let in mosquitoes - ended up with mosquito bites but they don't cause malaria - so all ok, just a nuisance (but maybe install mosquito nets on the beds to solve the problem). It's nice to be able to walk to Plaka beach in about 10 mins, but you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk); would be nice to have another route/path to/from the beach without having to deal with cars - especially at night when coming back from dinner at restaurants along the beach. Nothing to do with the property, but just be aware you have to buy your bus tickets at the mini market on Plaka beach before you get on the bus (we didn't know so missed the first bus as we thought you could get tickets on the bus). But bus connections are frequent so not a big deal.

Exceptional

Beautiful villa within walking distance of beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is everything you could hope for. Stelios is a friendly face to meet you when you arrive and provides great local advice on beaches, restaurants, shopping and car hire. Irene and Amanado cannot do enough to help with anything you require inside the villa. We would recommend Sea & Olives very highly.

Superb

The villa was exceptional. Shower, kitchen, sofa, hot tub... But THE BED... No words to describe how comfortable it was. Everything screamed luxury... Stelios and team were amazing... Definitely, one hundred percent recommend this place.

It's a little out, but that's the charm. You need a car/bike to get around. But you also need wheels to explore the island, so it ends up not being a problem...

A piece of Heaven in Naxos

Firstly, what a location. Among beautiful grounds of Olive trees and all kinds of natural vegetation. Close to several beaches, Restos and Mini Marts. It was heavenly. The suite was gorgeous and new. very modern. The host Stelios was awesome. Very helpful, informative, helps us rent a car which is necessary cuz you’re like in a tiny village away from town and sites. My husband and I are planning to book Sea & Olives next fall again. Fantastic location and lovely apartment - would stay again if returning to Naxos

Very clean, comfortable, expertly furnished. Kitchen had all mod cons. Staff friendly and helpful. Location excellent for our needs. Naxos Town a short drive or taxi away; Plaka beach within walking distance - 10/15 mins (although busy road)

Jacuzie was in the apartment - would have been better if outside/on a balcony.

we found heaven in plaka beach!

everything was BEAUTIFUL. The property is located in perfect distance from the beach with lovely views. the grounds were maintained well and the facilities were top notch. the decor and overall feel of the hotel is heaven. the staff and owner were so kind and welcoming. we were sad to leave!

we wish there was a microwave but nothing else! it was perfection.

The location, the beautiful unit and the excellent service.

It was a wonderful unit. The interior was beautiful and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine, which made it a bit tricky to wash. Everything else was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattress and bedding was also like excellent. Thank you for the excellent service and recommendations Stelios! We hope to see you again soon 😊

Exceptional

Sea & Olives is a magnificient place to stay. We had a villa equipped for 4 and it was very spacious, very stylish and nicely decorated and clean. The balcony was huge with a whirlpool on it. Also the location is great, as it is in Plaka, close to the beach and restaurants. Also it`s not too far from Chora by car. Our host Stelios was absolutly fantastic, very helpful with tips on what to do and also very generous (he gave us coffee for free as we couldn`t find it in the supermarket) Also the taxi ride from the ferry to the appartments was not charged. He called us also in-between to hear if we were ok or needed anything. I can absolutly recommend Sea & Olives, it really is a wonderful place with a very welcoming and helpful host, where you immediately feel at home.

Fabulous villa to enjoy pool side with everything you need and an attentive host, very close to a beautiful beach and re

The villa was amasing and we haves loved everything minute of it. Everything is beautiful, newly decorated and super clean. The nice cleaning ladies come everyday and the pool is checked everyday too. The location is 10/15 mins walk from the beach but we enjoyed the fact that we were inland as it was quieter and a nice walk in the evening for a stroll, a meal or some drinks. Stelios was very responsible and always keen to make our stay the best possible. There is even a gym to workout done of the holiday calories if you do wish. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed the fresh mint by the kitchen to add to salads or fresh mint tea.

Excellent experience

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great - away from the busy city, but close enough to the beaches. But most of all, we were completely charmed by the owners who gave very useful tips (from having the rented scooter delivered to our rental location to sightseeing suggestions) and showed full flexibility during our stay to accommodate any of our wishes. Excellent experience in a beautiful accommodation overall!

happy place

We stayed at Olives&Sea for 8 days and had such a great time. From the beginning until the end, the vacaytion was fantastic: a great apartment with a stunning view and so clean with nice interior...i never had such a clean apartment and so friendly helpfull staff. It felt like family and i'm looking forward to come back, thank you Stelios! P.S. Naxos is my new favourite island ❤️

The perfect accomodation in Naxos!

Our stay at Sea&Olives was simply amazing! The location it's 5 minutes walk by one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos so If you don't want to rent acar or a quad to move on the Island you don't need anything more! We rented quads because we wanted to enjoy all the Island and the position it's also central to main points of interest. The Villa it's wonderful and all the people who works there were really nice and kind with us. Big thanks expecially for Stelios, the manager of Sea&Olives, really helpful with us with suggestions for everything (rents, restaurants, beaches to see, places to go and so on) and for Armando the pool boy! A very funny guy who speaks Italian very well! Hope to come back soon!
