Soggiorno indimenticabile

La struttura si trova in posizione alta rispetto al mare, la vista è incomparabile. La villa è molto ampia, completa di ogni confort e attrezzatura sia all’interno che all’esterno e offre anche un servizio semi alberghiero compreso nel prezzo. Alexandra riceve con attenzione e cura ogni assistenza ed è sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta per visite turistiche sull’isola. Bella la piscina e tenuta pulita. A volte si sta talmente bene che dispiace lasciare la casa per il mare.

Incredible views, incredible hospitality

Apricot and Sea Luxury Villas was the perfect destination for relaxation with incredible views of the ocean. At the foot of the hill and accommodate, there’s also a small private beach! One of the best things about this property is Andriana the manager. She is PHENOMENAL and will do anything and everything to make your stay comfortable.

It is a little further out of town, especially if you don’t have a car or scooter. 1km (15 minutes) to walk to the nearest restaurants and supermarkets.

Had a really lovely time, would definitely stay again.

We got upgraded from a studio to a 3 bed apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the bay, complete with a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Andriana was so accommodating and helpful.

Only downside is the accommodation is a bit out of the way so if you don’t have a car you have to walk in the heat in the day to get to the beach/supermarket or pay for taxis in the evening.

Definitely the best place to stay on Naxos!

It is perfectly located, just 2 min to the beach and the sunset from the location is just amazing! Andriana, the lovely manager is taking care of everything and assisting you whenever needed. Lets put it brief: the combination of the location of the Villas (really well equipped) and the more than friendly manager makes Apricot and Sea Luxury Villas to the best location to choose when staying on Naxos.

Superb hospitality and views

Andriana was extremely hospitable. She helped book us taxis when we needed them, created a romantic evening with my newlywed husband with roses, candles, champagne and cake. She also booked us pedicures that came to our room! My father in law was obsessed with the cookies and they didn’t hesitate to share their recipe. The property itself is STUNNING. It’s extremely spacious and the views of the sunset just don’t get any better. It’s very cleanly. Just a heads up for other possible inquiries, I had asked if the pools were private and we were told it was shared with one other villa, however there were multiple people using the pool and the area throughout our stay. It wasn’t just one other group. During sunset, people came up onto our patio and used the tables and seating area for our villa. We didn’t mind as we are social people but if you’re looking for something more private this may not be the right room to stay at. Maybe the one upstairs?

Great stay

Andriana, the manager, was very helpful when we had a problem, which we really appreciated. It was also great to meet her dog Mike. Overall, the apartment (Orkos) was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen, in particular, was well-equipped with a washing machine, pans, coffee-machine, kettle etc. The location is good if you are happy to be about a 20 minutes drive out from the main city. There is a nice beach in walking distance and it was easy to get to some of the beaches in the south-west of Naxos (like the Aliko beaches).

we liked everything! the villa is very well equipped, is super clean and perfect for holiday. the pool area is wonderful and it doesn’t matter where you are there is an amazing view. the staff were exceptional, helping to plan the holiday, sharing gifts and keeping the villa tidy.

Beautiful sea view, wonderful accommodations and superb service!

Beautiful view, nice pool and great accommodations. It was nice to have a washer for clothes. Also it was extra special to have welcome gifts of wine, cheese and snacks. Andriana (?sp) was so helpful with all our questions and provided us with an umbrella and beach bag for the beach!

The bathroom is quite small, however we have noticed this is not so uncommon in our travels. The drive uphill is quite something but we got used to it. This is nothing against the property, but the dirt road leading to the property need some serious work.

spacious and great views

spacious, lovely terrace with fabulous view, beautiful beach just at the bottom of the hill and very quiet. There is a bus along the beach road to Naxos town in season but out of season it is fifteen or twenty minute walk to bus stops, supermarket and restaurants (along the beach or road).

kitchen kit was adequate. if you are cooking, take your own knives. it was the end of the season so there were only three mugs (but lots of smaller cups so no great disaster)

Nikolas is an extraordinary host of a facility not to be missed.

The property sits on the hill with endless views of water and Paros. Facilities are roomy, clean and comfortable. The owner Nikolas is extraordinarily helpful and friendly, and eager to share his love for the island of Naxos. Make sure to ask him for recommendations on touring this beautiful island. We followed his routes and found them interesting and magnificent.

Nikolas is a great host, he waited for us to arrive and helped with the luggage. We booked a Studio but when we go there he surprised us upgrading our stay to a villa overlooking Paros.

Beautiful View

We had an absolute stunning view from our villa. My family and I had a wonderful stay! Our villa was clean & very spacious with a huge terrace. Nikolas & staff were AMAZING, so helpful with anything we needed. The internet went out one night around 8pm, I messaged Nikolas to see if there was something we could reset in the villa, he responded right away that he would come to fix it:) The villa was tidied up daily, which was so lovely with a 10 month old. Location was literally a two min drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again:)
