the view is amazing. lots of bid watching and the bed is really comfortable.

the smell. if you are sensitive of smells, beware because they have issues with the wood structure and all units have a strong smell of “smelly feet” . I can’t believe they are not doing much about it

Mike was excellent. He was attentive, very helpful in providing recommendations and orienting me.

Mike was very accommodating and professional. He was friendly and of service. He went out of his way for me. I very much appreciate the experience he provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs and linens were of high quality. Thank you!

Great option in Alto Paraíso

- New property, very clean and beautiful - Good located, close to the center, restaurants, supermarket, etc - Very comfortable and spacious, with big windows and a nice balcony

Best place to be if you wish to relax

The view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the shower is great. All the utensils were available. Mike is very nice and accessible at all times.

Superb

The interior design is lovely, it's well equipped with a proper kitchen and a laundry area, the satellite TV works great, the bed is big and comfortable, there's a beautiful porch to wind down and relax

Everything went up and above my expectations. There was only a strong smell probably of wood which caught me off guard in the beginning

We had a great stay!

The house is just like in the pictures. Micael met us to give us the keys; he was friendly and helpful! The lofts have a nice balcony and a better view, but the house (with two bathrooms) was the perfect accommodation for our family

The house was very spacious, the rooms were quiet, que beds very comfy, the kitchen well equiped and the place was quiet and had a perfect location

Stunning Decor!

The decor of this place is so nice, we absolutely loved it! It has a Nordic minimalist vibe to it. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all utensils for cooking, washing clothes, etc. It includes parking and is off the main road so nice and quiet. It was such an nice place we wanted to move in and live there.

There was a funny smell in the lofts apartments. There is a rooster nearby that starts crowing at 4am and is extremely loud, we woke up several times when staying in loft 5. Loft 2 was much better as on the other side of the building and downstairs.

Good location

Facilities, everything was clean and comfortable. Hot shower was great after a long day of trekking. Location was at the end of the main avenue of Alto Paraiso. Everything in Alto Paraiso is close by, it's a very small city. We could walk to the main area of restaurants.

Price is on the higher end. Since we spent most of the day out, I later realized we didn't need such upscaled property (in terms of price) to sleep in. If that's what you're looking for or is sharing the space with friends, go for it.
