Pior experiência de férias com a família possível.

Gentileza do pessoal do hotel.

Limpeza ruim, mofo nos quartos, roupa de cama suja, toalhas manchadas. Televisões não ligavam, pedimos ajuda quatro vezes na recepção, funcionários disseram que isso é normal. Quartos não eram limpos todos os dias. Mandamos roupas para a lavanderia para lavar (serviço cobrado à parte) além de demorar dois dias eles perderam 8 peças das nossas roupas enviadas. Baratas no corredor. Água do banho não escoava. Comida sofrível, pães secos e duros. Bananas e frutas estragadas.

Muito longe do parque das fontes. Não tem opção de fazer uma caminhada. E transfer muito cheio e demorado demais. Pouca opção de pendurar toalhas molhadas.

Para quem quer aproveitar o Hot Park e o Parque das Fontes este hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício.

O hotel é muito bonito, bem espaçoso, apesar de ficar fora do complexo do Rio Quente resorts tem transfer 24h para os parques, muito prático. A comida estava excelente. Tivemos um pequeno mal entendido com o quarto mas toda a equipe se esforçou para resolver o mais rápido possível. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Agradeço principalmente ao Maurício, que me atendeu desde a reserva e a Maria Clara, ambos funcionários da recepção pela excelente atendimento. Ótimo custo benefício. O bairro onde fica o Hotel é muito tranquilo, seguro e fica bem próximo do comércio. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Atendimento do pessoal da recepção e staff, principalmente dos colaboradores Maria Clara e Maurício super atenciosos e prestativos. Merecem nota 10!

Jantar poderia ser melhor e o ônibus que leva aos parques é um pouco demorada.

Excelente custo benefício.

O quarto com sala atende muito bem uma família de até 4 pessoas. Café da manhã e jantar fartos e com muita variedade. O fato de oferecer jantar na meia pensão é excelente, pois não exige que você quebre o passeio no meio da tarde para voltar para o hotel para almoçar. É o diferencial do Giardino. O serviço de quarto é excelente. Gostaria de ressaltar a simpatia, educação e presteza da camareira Raquel (Raquelzinha). Nos atendeu muito bem em nossas necessidades, sempre com um enorme sorriso no rosto. Excelente profissional! Parabéns! É nossa quarta estadia no Giardino. Voltaremos outras vezes.

O nosso quarto estava com um pequeno sinal de infiltração na parede.

Adorei o apartamento, as comodidades, distribuição do espaço, qualidade do colchão e travesseiros, e o fato de ter 2 televisões no apto.

Acho que não funciona muito bem o blecaute do quarto, e a alimentação é bem normal. Não vi nada de excepcional.

An expensive hotel for an ok stay

What did I like: The staff was very helpful. The transfer to the parks were very efficient. It’s next to the small town so you can buy products outside of the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

They let make our beds, but wouldn’t clean the floors. We had a dead roach on the floor for the whole week and there were spiders everywhere. Food at dinner was varied but not good quality. Everything super expensive. For comparison, I am at Fernando se Noronha right nua, which is considered one of the most expensive place in Brazil, and they have the same prices.

A must weekend, absolutely a blast.

I was transfered to the Hotel Pousada inside the park because it was the first weekend opening after the Covid break and the hotels outside the resort weren't open. So it was great but still the regular price for a night is really high. Even though everything was perfect, food, Parque des Fontes, Hot park, the manager always helping out my wishes.

My room had a door to the neighbor room (probably for families) so I could hear all the conversation they had.
