Exceptional

The host was very accommodating, we were attending a wedding in the area and she let us check in early so we had somewhere to get ready, which was much appreciated. The room was lovely and very spacious.

Exceptional welcome, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast.

From the welcome we got on arrival to the beautiful room, gorgeous breakfast, and general level of comfort we could not say enough about this property. We felt so valued by Marie and her family. Can’t wait to return for more spoiling!

This B&B was the cleanest, nicest, comfiest, friendliest and most wonderful one I have ever stayed in!!! The breakfast was so beautifully laid out and covered all types Of food for whatever your morning routine desired.

Wonderful B&B

Our host Marie and family were super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The B&B is in an ideal location. It is close to the Cliffs of Moher, the town of Doolin, the Burran area and all other places of interest. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and the breakfast is just right.

Lovely host, comfy bed, very nice breakfast

The host is very friendly. She is genuinely interested and make small talk at check-in/out. But she also leaves you with enough privacy. We informed the venue that it was our honeymoon and they provided a little something extra for us 🥰 The bed is large and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast with many options to choose from.

The nearest pub is indeed 3 km away, but this is clearly advertised. This also means there is no noise but the wind... 😊

Lovely Host and excellent room. Breakfast was continental with cold sliced meat, etc (no hot cooked breakfast) which was great for us but probably won't suit everyone. Close to lots of eateries.

We would definitely stay at Knockaguilla Guest House again!

Marie was a very gracious host. We arrived early and forgot to call ahead but she made us feel welcome which was a relief as this was our first stay after our overnight flight from NYC to Shannon. Continental breakfast items set out for self-service in the morning including fresh fruit. Comfortable, spotless room and bed.

A peacefully quiet stay

Both my husband and I loved meeting Marie (the owner). She was so helpful on suggestions to places in the area. The breakfast was quite the spread! Our room was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this B & B!

Great People Great House

Great Owners. Nicely furnished and clean room. We stopped here for a night after to visit Moher Cliffs and Aran Islands. Very close there is also Doolin Cave.

Highly recommended. We would gladly stay there again.

Fresh, clean, modern. The best bed and linen of all five places we stayed at. We could see the sunset from our room window. Owner run. Marie was attentive, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations of what to do.

Breakfast range was fresh and decent, although not as wide as other places we stayed at. Great waffles!

Lovely Place to see the stars

Lovely place. Marie and her husband did everything to make us feel welcome. We had an early departure and they adjusted the breakfast time so we could have breakfast before leaving. The room was very comfortable and super clean. I love seeing the stars from my window without any kind of light. I will definitely come back when I return to Doolin.

Marie and her husband made us feel like we were truly house guests of theirs and not just a group of traveling strangers

It was so welcoming and cozy, the rooms were super spacious and clean and it was out in “the country” but close enough to town by car or taxi.

Everything was to a very high standard. The room was elegant and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was first-rate with many options. The owners were a delight. As good a BnB as one could hope for.

Spotless boutique feeling house. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was continental and had loads of choice. We were a little late but everything was still left out and fresh for us.

A hot breakfast option would be nice but we were happy with the continental.
