Lovely clean friendly family hotel.

October 20th-22nd,Stayed 2 nights in room 10 which was small but everything spotlessly clean and thankfully very comfortable beds. Bathroom was tiny with good shower but crazy little glass shelf in it!! If you were to slip and grab it then I’d imagine you’d be seeking medical help! Why glass? The hotel is fabulous with such a nice feel about it and the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Great breakfast too. If there is orange cake on offer it’s delicious you have to try it! Had a really nice stay in this beautiful town that’s got restaurants galore within spitting distance of the hotel . Just one thing that was a little miss leading about the photos you see of the hotel is the parking situation. The neat tarmac car park with marked out bays you see are not part of the hotel it’s for the restaurant next door! The actual hotel car park is at the back of the hotel and it’s not tarmac with a pin code bar type barrier and no obvious evidence of cctv that covers it either! Great little family run hotel and I recommend staying there. BTW it closes today 22October and it’s not open again until a week before Easter 2024!

Just slightly irritated when seeing the parking wasn’t as I’d expected in the photos of the hotel!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Santillana dell Mar

Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber trotzdem gut gelegenes, schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Innen ein bisschen wie ein Museum eingerichtet, mit schönen Möbeln und Accessoires. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speziell die Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet, als auch die Damen, die das Zimmer sauber gemacht haben. Danach sah es so aus, als wäre ich gerade erst eingezogen. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Service. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet - hätte ich fast vergessen!

Schönes Hotel in schöner alter Stadt

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der alten Stadt, ist aber gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hoteleigener Parkplatz am Haus. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und gut, das Frühstück auch - sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben hier nicht zu Abend gegessen, aber es gibt auch viele schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Da gibt es nichts.

Would not return.

Good position for village & restaurants. Good parking.

Very poor choice & quality of breakfast, server did not try to do anything quietly, banged crockery and cutlery when clearing and returning items. Very small TV. No telephone in room had to go to reception for every request! On arrival found safe was open in locked position so could not close, asked reception if they could rectify it no one came. Had flies in room asked for spray no one came went back to reception none available. Expensive for facilities, worst hotel and facilities of our 6 week trip. Only saw 2 tables in Restaurant in 2 days, speaks volumes.

Very enjoyable stay

Friendly, efficient staff. Well situated to explore the beautiful, historic town. Room was larger than expected and light and airy. Very clean with crisp sheets. KfastOn site parking

Not much choice for breakfast and what there was needed replenishing Towels small and past their best!

Restaurant was excellent.

Difficult to find in the centre of the village as entrance to the very small parking area was off the road and barriered. Each guest is allocated one space ( Difficult for us as we were towing) The hotel images showed ample parking but these were for an adjoining business. The owner was not initially keen to help and advised parking 300 metres away, he changed his mind when asked to recommend an alternative hotel. So he was willing for a paying guest to take a risk but did allow a family friend/ relative to park overnight,blocking in several guests, he emerged from an upstairs room eventually. The automated barrier came very close to damaging our vehicle on entry but was locked at open on departure which was helpful.

A lovely family run hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and selection of drinks. Spotlessly clean, plenty of storage for our motorcycle luggage in the bedroom, comfortable bed and lovely shower. Secure parking for our motorcycle. Easy stroll to the village.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Convenient location near the historical section of city. Comfortable beds., modern bathroom, hair dryer available.

WiFi signals in room very weak, drops periodically. Had to go into foyer for some critical online access. No stand fan.

Everything was perfect. Lovely staff and management. It is a very comfortable and well laid out hotel and so close to the old town so easy to visit. Good easy & safe parking. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel.

Very comfortable and well furnished hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size with walk in showers. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy on site parking.

Relaxing and comfortable.

The rooms with names are large; great to get your things organised. The bathrooms and shower are excellent. It has a very secure carpark and is very well located for the old town. Staff very good.

Great to see apart of Spain and sample different cuisine

The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The dinner was great and the young waiter who served us very friendly. The location was very convenient and parking much appreciated.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It would have been helpful to have some more information available in the hotel about the history of the town which was so interesting. Nothing available at tourist Centre either.
