Posizione camera improponibile

La posizione centrale rispetto alla zona pedonale.

Ci hanno dato la camera 104 che è collocata a fianco del bancone del bar, quindi sveglia molto presto e rumori di voci e piattini e quant'altro. Da evitare. Ciambella per colazione dura cone se fosse di qualche giorno.

⚠️✋️🛑Please, be aware 🙏 avoid this hotel. I have been stolen by lady of the service. She entered at my room during the breakfast time and took money in my wallet ( 2 times/ the third time I recorded it.) I am shocked 😲 At least, the reception guy helped to take my money back 🤲

Mr Marco's service was exceptional. The room was big, clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was good and delicious. We will definitely recommend and surely be back.

Slept about 2 hours in the room, the damp conditions were that bad.

Centre of the historic town

I had read before booking that previous guests had issues with damp / humid conditions in the room. My room was so damp, and since the bathroom was covered in mould ( photos taken ), I left the next day with considerable breathing issues which lasted the next 4 days. Just to be clear, do NOT stay st this hotel, then must resolve tge mould, damp issues.

Superb

The room was very spacious and clean although the fitout was quite old. Staff were lovely and accommodating to our request to store luggage and to organise a breakfast for us as we were leaning early. There was some noise from the corridor, but overall, fantastic location and excellent value for money..

Helpful and excellent value for money. Good location.

With special thanks to the members of staff, who took great effort to answer all my questions on how to get to different locations by car and who were also more than happy to give detailed information on which villages to visit and which places were considered to be real gems. Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you.

The place is good for walking in tiny old town. The stuff was really nice and helpful. The room was ok. Good place to stay for this price.

Breakfast wasn't very rich. No ham, eggs, chees, vegetables or any others kind of proteins. Basically sweets and white breads, some fruits, sweet yogurt. It is ok for those who can start a day with a cup of coffee and something sweet, sugar.

Location and helpful staff. All in all good choice although a little bit far from the main attractions and restaurants.

We understand that it is a budget hotel but wi fi is essential and it did not work in the rooms and also in the common areas it was tricky. The garage is not convenient for larger cars, but the public parking nearby is o.k.

Strictly if you need to stay close to the train station

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room and especially the bathroom felt very worn out. It was not inviting to say the least. I know it was cheap but I have been staying in incomparably better places for 45-50 euros during this trip in Italy
