Practico para un finde

Muy cómodo y practico, la ducha genial y la calefacción estupenda

La cama doble muy pequeña y estaba como algo doblada, nos costó dormir. Incomoda. Muy pequeña la habitación. Casi no podíamos abrir la puerta del armario. Algun colgador en la pared del pasillo para colgar las chaquetas hubiera estado muy bien, no había ni uno.,

Mala gestión y deficiencias

La ubicación Las vistas

La mala gestión de la entrega de llaves motivo mas de 2 horas dando vueltas. El apartamento tenía muchas deficiencias, las indicamos al entregar las llaves y nos indicaron que ya estaban anotadas por anteriores usuarios, como cortina enrollada para no ver que estaba manchada, sofa cama con mucho movimiento, mampara de baño rota por la parte inferior, la puerta de entrada no cerraba, el pestillo roto, se tenia que rodar la llave.

Meh

i did not like the 17:00 to 20:00 slot to check in otherwise you pay more money. Also i don't like their check in process it was kind of intrusive. I had to do an online check in like it was Ryanair or EasyJet.

Good stay for the price! Beds were not very comfortable but it was doable.

Nice staff

Paying extra for early check-in, wifi, parking, late check-out, ... everything had an additional cost if you wanted it.

L’appartement est spacieux.

le mobilier est vieillau, pas suffisamment de vaisselles et ustensiles pour cuisiner ! Le four fait un bruit de casserole les matelas des canapés laissent à désirer, mauvais état et pas propre L’éclairage est glauque. On pensait avoir un extérieur (photos sur le site), pas de possibilités de choisir le logement.

Estancia muy agradable

La terraza era increíble, y el apartamento estaba muy insonorizado, podías estar totalmente aislado de todo. Además las camas eran muy cómodas y no faltaba de nada en el apartamento en cuanto a confort. Todo estaba muy limpio, y el apartamento era mejor de lo que parecía en fotos.

La hora de recogida de las llaves es muy acotada, sería más cómodo se hubiera un intervalo más amplio.

Excellent stay

Excellent experience. The apartment was very nice and clean with everything you need. Staff was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Good location only a 5 minute walk to the center with all the shops. Thank you very much, we will be coming back soon.

Very good

the apartment is near everything ( ski area, restaurant, etc) and you won’t need your car here. It was really agreeable and functional though the bathroom wasn’t that clean. We had a great time here and recommend !

Get what you pay for

The host was very quick to respond to our queries using whatsapp. Its close to the pieste access and easy to get to the ski hire shop.

We had to queue in a reception and collect the keys in person. We didn't have reception in resort and it was tricky to find the location, even though they provided a map. The shower in our apartment was broken (they did fix it within 24 hours). We couldn't use the oven becuase when it turned on it filled the room with smoke and horrible smell. We expected to have a balcony because of the pictures on the advert but we didn't have one. One of our rooms was directly opposite a club/bar which was extremely noisy and the music went on late into the night. We asked to move rooms but they didn't have another available. No ski lockers on site so we had to keep the equipment in our rooms.

Decent enough, but there's some stuff they don't tell you!

The apartment was well enough appointed to meet our needs, and far enough away from the centre of town to be quiet (Pas de la Casa is probably the rowdiest resort in Grandvalira), yet close enough to the lifts/pistes to make it walkable.

Paying €150 deposit that I may have to wait two weeks to get back. Who takes deposits these days? And nothing says "I don't trust you enough to behave" like this. It doesn't in any way make you feel like a welcome guest! Paying €4.50 a day for WiFi, really?! Come on! It's literally free on the mountain and in every bar/restaurant! How can you justify charging that much?! Having to traipse half way across town to get to reception was a real pain. Especially as the "tourism tax" is only payable in cash... at least put a key box in Araco! What really spurred my to write this, though, is the fact that NONE of this is mentioned in the description on Booking.com!

Bad location, terrible view, dark .

The lifts worked, Apartment ok with everything that you would need but no tea towels.

View from apartment was wall of hotel next door so very dark even on a bright sunny day. Parking virtually impossible unless you parked way up hill at €10 per day and machines only took coins credit cards were blocked. Andorra not as cheap as you might be lead to expect, being duty free. All furniture was worn and basic wouldn’t book again. Such a faff getting the keys then finding the apartment block just not simple and wasted lots of time.

The manager of the apartments was extremely helpful.

No ski storage lockers or anywhere near the entrance to sit and put your boots on. Could do with some hooks/ shelves around the apartment to hang coats, helmets etc.

Very noisy neighborhood and no compensation agreed with manager. No sleep the first night !

welcome was good with good staff, however manager has never contacted me back to agree compensation (see bad experience below)

the first night was just horrible : the neighbor right above was particularly noisy, with TV set very loud. It did not calm down and at 2am (!!) I went upstairs to knock at the door in order to ask to lower the sound. Neighbor never answered. I called the urgent contact provided by the agency, the lady told me she could not do anything and that I had to call the police. Wonderful, police was called, came on site in the middle of the night. No answer either. Result = I could not sleep the whole night ! Great when you want to be fit for snowboarding ! The team at the reception was very receptive to the issue and promised the manager would contact me to agree a compensation. I have asked again and again since mid December and almost one month later there is still no answer.

if you are a family and are looking for a relaxing place after a day skying... DO NOT GO THERE

- got charged 40 euro because we brought the cat but i could have saved them because nobody verify that. - Got charged 40 Euro for Wifi only to realize it was actually free - I was given a remote with no batterry in it to enter the garage - would be nice to check before giving it - shower was all blocked off at our arrival and had to go buy some product to unplug it. - Sofa bed was quite old and all shaky - the matress was disgusting - i was given a key to enter the building but the door is actually broken so anybody can enter. - there is no concierge and the yougster are partying almost every day until 5am.

Not worth at all. The money you think you will save will be charged or expended at the end.

Nothing, was a mismeading advertising.

First the sofa bed was broke and the bottom part moved all night. Second some of the facilities mentiones were missing : coffee machine, toaster. Third they say they will charge you the cleaning if you do not leave it in good conditions but there is nothing at all to clean the place. Nothing to wash the dishes. No bags for the trash. Fourth the amount of towels was one per person. No hand towel for the bathroom.
