Nice place for a family

The caretaker, Mano, was kind and attentive to al our needs and very helpful which is a great plus for this accommodation.. Large property with washing machine and terrace to dry clothes. Spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One is en suite.

Note there is no air con in the lounge,, only the bedrooms though the ground floor bedroom air con was a bit temperamental.

Leisure home with kitchen

We stayed here for 1 night in Colombo.. This is a villa outside from main city.. But very peaceful home with all the basic facilities.. Dont expect great luxuries as you are paying a very reasonable price for 3 bedrooms 3 baths and kitchen with all minimum utensils.. We enjoyed our stay with family, cooked our own food (we travelled across Srilanka and started craving Indian flavours).. The care taker Manohar stayed in the villa room next to the kitchen, he is very accomodative and provided us all we asked for in the kitchen.. Very friendly care taker I must mention.. Would suggest if you are looking for a relaxed home

Exteremely happy. Superb service and location.

We stayed in the property because of the close proximity to the Nugegoda town area. It was just a 10 minute walk. The owner was very accommodative for our requests. The property has a caretaker. He is extremely good and helpful. He is very friendly and made sure that all the amnesties and comforts were made available during our stay. Overall we are extremely happy with our selection.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (very spacious) and high quality service. The staff here is (Mr. Bala) is a wonderful person. He went way above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I have booked the place for 2 nights. However I have extended another 3 nights. 😁😁😁😁👍👍

Clean and spacious rooms, kitchen available. Location a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Polite and communicative staff.

The caretaker (even though very polite) was always present, so we felt a little bit that we were being watched.

the housekeeper tried to help in all ways he could

We didn't read the description carefully - we thought that we booked the whole villa, but later on we found out that we booked only one room on the villa and in villa you have 2 or 3 rooms. In this case, you will have the common kitchen. But we were alone, so it was not critical to reach the center of the city - it is better to go with tuktuk

The place is excellent. Spacious rooms with nice modern decor. Quiet & peaceful location close to Nugegoda town. Good value for money. Good hospitality by the caretaker (Dewa).
