Olor a humedad y gente de fiesta molestando

La ubicación. NADA MÁS

Mucho olor a humedad. No se podía respirar. Y a la noche la gente va de fiesta, vuelve y hace after por más de dos horas, y no hay nadie para hacer nada al respecto. Entra y sale del complejo generando inseguridad.

Quarto e espaçoso e a localização entre Ipanema e a Lagoa é boa

A localização foi um fator muito positivo! Me senti segura, estava próximo a tudo. A estética do loft também muito aconchegante e confortável! Tem toda instalação necessária!

Better than expected

Actually very good for the standard around Ipanema. One of the cleanest places I've been too. Room 103 was very good gor a couple.

Localização

Do barulho provocado por cachorro no quarto ao lado. Não consegui dormir, apenas cochilar, pois o animal arranhava a porta e latia, provavelmente estava sozinho na dependência

Great location and value for money

Great location, room came with a fully stocked kitchen, and in general the experience was great for the amount of time I was there, especially compared to the cost

It wasn't the end of the world, but not having staff on-site made things a bit complicated. Everything I would usually ask for from the hotel staff (checking into my room, asking for recommendations, asking for a late check-out) had to be done via Whatsapp. It definitely didn't ruin the experience, but make sure to keep in mind that this is more of a half-airbnb/half-hotel type of place, with no formal reception

Disappointing

Location was great. Stay was cheap for Rio.

Room was tiny. everything was crammed. aircon was so loud. They had changed the door code by the time we arrived and we were stuck outside in pouring rain. Thankfully another guest was coming out and let us in.

4th floor with no lift and with bags it’s a little bit difficult. but it was ok.

fantastic location and good accommodation

Extremely painful to pay the stay if you are a foreigner without a Brazilian bank account. It was a nightmare to get the money into their account and I do not recommend it to anyone without the possibility of a pix, picpay and other Brazilian means of payment.

Nice but did not have windows to open

Neat and modern apartment, one of the cleanest we have been at in Brasil.

Did not have any windows (only some glass on the wall that could not be opened) so it was a bit suffocating and impossible to vent out, which had left a constant smell in the room.

Very complicated to enter the building. The code did not work and I had to call around 11 pm, dangerous to do that in front of the building with a mobile.

The problem with the code and no one to help. It was late at night. I had to call a number.

Exceptional

we loved our staying. everything was done through whatsapp. super clean and working perfectly. the location is great. we walked to the ipanema beach. nice area and relly close to leblon as well. many bars and restaurants nearby

everything was perfect. the host was super flexible with us.
