Had a great stay. Unit was everything it indicated except that one room did not have a second bed as was indicated in the write up. Unit was very clean, with lots of room and all the nice extras that the better VRBO units have. Location was unbelievable. Downtown on 9th street close to everything. We will stay there again.

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

Cory was very easy to work with as far as check in and check out procedures. The loft is in a great location, convenient to downtown activities. An easy walk to restaurants/ bars, campus, East campus. Would definitely stay again!

Because it was so cool I’m nervous they will raise the rates and I won’t be able to stay here again. Which will really disappoint my friends who loved it just as much. And then my friends were telling friends about our loft and location and everyone thought I was genius. So yeah if you want to steal the joy out from under me going forward, stay here.

What a wonderful cute place! We were in town for a wedding and this place beats any hotel stay. Cory is fantastic with communication and accommodating. Lots of little details that made our experience perfect. We have no complaints and only great things to say. We will be using this again in the future.

Family stay for long football weekend. Had a great time. It's downtown so expect some noise from the street but wasn't anything that impacted our stay. Kids had fun standing in the balcony and talking to the crowds on the sidewalk.

This loft is beautiful and is super-clean! We parked our car once and walked everywhere, dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within a three block radius in any direction. Short walk to campus. Our host Cory was very friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay! Cory was a perfect host and responded quickly to messages. The location was convenient, the space was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We already tried to book it for our future visit, but unfortunately it was taken that weekend. We will be keeping it in mind. A+++

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. Bedding was quality and very comfortable. Security is great as you need a key to access the building. Check-in process was easy, and Cory was more than accommodating to our flexible schedule. He was very responsive throughout our trip and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect for a family of 4 and can accommodate 6 comfortably. We came from out-of-state for a swim meet at the Mizzou Aquatic Center, which we have done the past few years. We have always stayed outside of town, but decided to stay in the downtown area for this trip. We are so glad we did. The absolute best thing about this property is the location. It is a very short walk to the Mizzou campus and all that downtown Columbia has to offer, which was a pleasant surprise to us. We were blown away by the amount of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars, and ice cream shops all within a short walk. If you enjoy exercising outside, the MKT trail is great and just a few short blocks away. Overall, we had a great experience. The next time we are in Columbia, we are definitely staying here!

The loft was clean, well stocked with coffees, and the owner even left some treats for our wedding party! This was the perfect location for us since we were able to walk basically everywhere we went and nobody had to worry about finding a DD 😉 The loft is located right above a bagel shop too so it was perfect for breakfast the next day. We had a lot of fun. Check in/out process was great too! I would definitely go back if I’m ever back in Columbia.

Discovered some machines and they were checked out, but they are needed to drown out the noise from the street. Lots of partying. Location is great and owner was responsive condo showed three bedrooms one with two beds but only one exists. They are two futon couches that for that two beds which are nice too.

My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at Mizzou. The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking was a little inconvenient (amplified by the fact that it rained the entire time) but that comes with downtown Como. It is close to campus and to several bars and restaurants so if that’s not your vibe you might want to stay somewhere that’s not as close to the campus.

The location is very convenient to Mizzou and downtown Columbia. It’s super clean and comes furnished with coffee pods, creamer, bottles of water, snacks, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and kitchen with all the comforts of home. It has comfortable beds, nice linens, and is overall just great. Owner was very available for questions and made the whole thing easy. Highly recommend for family or group

My wife and I stayed at this property with our twin boys. The location in the middle of the downtown Columbia was perfect for homecoming weekend. If anyone is looking to stay in close proximity to the university and downtown, this property is great. The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, as the loft opens up to the downtown streets below. Plenty of room for the eight of us, though two kids had to sleep in the living room. Well equipped, though we didn't cook anything. Parking is easy and nearby. Should be another tv in one of the bedrooms (there's only one, so we brought one with us), as one tv divided between four kids and four adults is tricky, at best. Overall, a great place. Would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable stay. Location was great for walking access to restaurants and bars. Noise machines were not completely necessary, but nice to have in the front bedrooms along 9th street. We did not do much cooking because of the short trip and access to restaurants, but we noticed that the kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The Keurig was nice to have. And I am pretty sure some of us snacked on the granola bars and chocolate minis that were complimentary. Lots of USB charging stations throughout the apartment. We felt very safe in this building. Saw that some younger folks were across the hall. Never heard a peep. Parking was a couple of blocks away which was nice to have as well. All in all, a very nice place to rent for the weekend. Property was clean, well-stocked, and had a great location in downtown Columbia. We were visiting for only 1 night for a concert, but gladly would have stayed longer. Getting into the property was a little tricky- parking is offsite and the immediate area is somewhat congested. But Corey's instructions were clear and overall it went smoothly. Definitely recommended.
