Clean modern updated hotel. Staff just ok.

Very clean and modern and up to date. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good.

Staff was underwhelming. They had trouble finding both my sisters and I’s reservation and acted like we really hadn’t booked a room like they didn’t believe us. Eventually they found it though. King rooms are very tight.

Took my day away from the kids. I will relax definitely coming back.

Loved the Atmospheres & The people were really nice very clean. Love the pool definitely coming back.

Tranquilidad, Limpieza y comodidad

El hotel contaba con buen servicio de atención al cliente, super limpio, fuimos en una epoca en la que no había mucha gente, así que la estadía fue súper tranquila. El desayuno, tenía de todo, era estilo buffet, nada de que quejarse. Se contaba con estacionamiento gratis, Starbucks, gasoliner y walmart alrededor del hotel (tambien otras tiendas). EL hotel contaba con un gimnasio pequeño, pero con todos las maquinas y acccesorios necesarios. Una piscina, techada y temperada. Un lobby, con juegos de mesa para poder compartir con tus seres queridos a cualquier hora. En resumen, valio la pena pagar un poquito más, a comparación de otros hoteles alrededor.

Nos olvidamos un regalo (aprox 50 dolares) en uno de los muebles. Nos dimos cuenta al par de días, llamamos, y la señorita de la recepción nos dijo que iba doblecehquear con el departamento de limpieza del hotel, por que no recordaba que hubiesen reportado algo. Cuando volvimos a llamar, nos dijo que efectivamente no se reporto nada perdido. Esto podría pasar en cualquier hotel, los housekeepers como creen que los turistas se van al 100% suelen quedarse con lo que se deja. Recomendación: revisar cajones, y hasta debajo de la cama, cuando hagas checkout.

Crew in hallway for about an hour, early Saturday a.m. Grown folk. Fridge, too small.

The amenities of the hotel were nice but the room wasn’t really comfortable.

The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. The location was great.

The king room was a little smaller than I expected. The AC cooled the room according to the thermostat but it didn’t really lower the humidity. So it wasn’t really comfortable.

Very good

The last night there was a multitude of new checkins, some baseball teams, that night Noone could enjoy any facilities as there were 20 children telling screaming and parents not keeping control. The next morning it was so loud again kids not controlled , made breakfast or even coffee impossible. Management did nothing about it. All we could do was check out and leave

Nice family vacation

I loved my room it was super clean and large! The pool was great. The coffee and tea at the lobby is always amazing. The staff at the lobby when checking in and checking out both were so friendly and welcoming. The cleaners were also so nice.

The only reason I stayed this hotel 2nd time is their amazing pancakes at breakfast but unfortunately their pancake machine was broken and we couldn’t eat pancakes. That was a big disappointment.

I was not happy about the heater inside my room. It was super loud at night I couldn’t sleep and I had to turn it off. But the fan couldn’t be turned off so even the fan was loud and annoying. I couldn’t sleep all night at all.

The front desk attendant had to put up a sign and lock the door. I was unable to get into the building to checkin. I had to wait 10 plus minutes.
