Kahvaltı hafta arası 6.30-9 , hafta sonu 7-9.30 a kadar veriliyor..Bu saatler keyif için gelmiş olan müşteriler için çok kısıtlı ve çok erken . Kahvaltıd salonunda çalışanlar asık suratlı ve çok launali. Televizyon seyredip , aralarında sohbet ediyorlar veya ayakta durup etrafı gözlüyorlar. Kahvaltı daha bitmeden tükenen meyve, ekmek gibi malzemeler yenilenmiyor, sorunca “ bitti” deniyor. Kagıt tabaklarda ve plastik çatal bıçakla yenilen kahvaltı bitince herkes kendi tabagını kendisi kaldırıyor. Asansör hayatımda gördüğüm en yavaş hareket eden asansör. Aşağı inmek veya yukarı çıkmak için dakikalarca beklemeniz gerekebiliyor. Oda temizliğinde yenilenmesi gereken ıslak mendil, losuon gibi ürünler yenilenmiyor. Kısacası verilen paranın karşılığı alınamıyor

Comfortable stay with reliable staff.

Quiet neighborhood and central to a few subway stations and experiences. The staff understood the assignment (my fear of elevators) and ensured I got a lower floor and had access to the stairs. On top of that, their breakfast is one of my favorites.

The shower tends to leak. Had trouble with this in another room on a different floor. Room service can also be a little on the slow side.

Comfortable

The staff was amazing everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The front desk attendants were all completely helpful.

Poor service from the breakfast staff.

It seems to me that the hotel service leaves much to be desired for the price you pay, in my case $300 a night. My worst experience was at breakfast: it was not possible to order simple fried eggs and there was no bacon either. Besides, you have to eat on paper plates and with plastic cutlery as if you were camping. Worst of all, when I finished breakfast, I got an important call and got up to talk and one of the two employees who were in theory giving service (in practice, watching TV) came running towards me shouting and interrupting my conversation to tell me that I HAD TO LEAVE THE TABLE PICKED UP!!!! I have traveled a lot, both in expensive and cheap hotels and I have NEVER had to pick up my own table and especially while the employees are watching TV with their arms crossed. The two breakfast staff have made my experience a bad one. The reception was correct at all times. I will not repeat I will not recommend this hotel ever

1. Our room was tiny. 2. Our room was immediately in front of a double bank of elevators. 3. The bathroom was so cramped, it was virtually unusable. 4. The noise level coming into the room was excessively high. 5. The room rates were ridiculously high for such a lousy experience and stupidly small room and bathroom ($600/night). 6. The water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor with each use. 7. There was no space to put away or hang up our clothes. 8. There was no shoe closet. 9. There was no place to put our luggage. 10. The front desk staff repeatedly made us wait for simple requests. 11. The hotel is located next to the “asylum” and the residents from the “asylum” sit out on the steps at the street.

The check in experience was quite bad, the flight was cancelled due to the weather, my flight was cancelled due to the weather, and the check in delay information was provided to the hotel, but they did not admit it when they arrived at the front desk.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo come base per girare New York.

Struttura abbastanza recente, con servizi basici ma accogliente. Camera piacevolmente arredata, bagno non grandissimo ma tutto molto pulito e letto comodo. Ottima posizione per visitare le varie zone di New York, sia a piedi che in metro. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Segnalerei un possibile miglioramento della colazione con qualche prodotto fresco in più (pane, marmellata, etc)

Nice hotel in a good location

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid if unspectacular. Beds are comfortable and the room is quite functional.

Room is cramped and the shower too. I know it's NYC but wow, I had to turn sideways to get by the beds to the bathroom. I thought I saw parking listed on the site but there was no parking available.

Such a nice hotel and really made this trip complete!

EVERYTHING!! The hotel was immaculate!! The staff is so kind!! The head of housekeeping? She is an actual angel on earth!! Next time I spend the night in NYC, I will absolutely be staying here again!

At the front desk Frank was kind enough to switch room for us and give us upgrades! Great people and amazing place.
