BIEN SALVO SI LLUEVE

Ubicación muy céntrica. Piso agradable y bastante limpio.

A las cinco de la mañana de uno de los días empezó a llover y había una gotera enorme en el techo justo al pie de la cama. Menos mal que solo duró como media hora. No había fregona ni trapos, así que lo solucionamos con toallas, que no nos repusieron. En cualquier caso, les avisamos y lo único que hicieron fue pedirnos fotos o un video. Estaba claro que ya lo sabían porque el suelo de madera estaba ya levantado cuando llegamos. Incomprensible. Por otro lado, la cafetera que dicen tener en la publicidad es una de esas de émbolo y cristal y plástico. Un chasco, la verdad, porque para nosotros la cafetera es muy importante (tanto que nuestra decisión final se basó en ofrecer ese servicio). El horno tampoco funcionaba. Por último, unos cutres con los artículos de baño: una botellita de champú, gel y crema, de un solo uso para una persona, cuando éramos cuatro e íbamos a estar cinco días. No creo que sea para decir que hay artículos de aseo gratis, como dicen en la página.

Good, but with some imperfections

The location and all the facilitates of the apartment were great

The bed was uncomfortable for two people, the mattress sinks in the middle . The first night was raining a lot and there were some leaks over the bed

Do you want a good location or good place to sleep

It was close to the tube and there were a variety of food choices near by.

A number of items at this location make it obvious that this group is more interested in money than comfort. In the bedroom the mattress is extremely warn and you could feel the springs in your back. There was also a severe sag in the middle of the bed which we later discovered was because the boards under the bed were broken. Based on the dust bunnies is appears this is an area they do not often clean. It also appears there was a water leak at one time that damaged the floor near the bed which not has a raised floor panel aka tripping hazard. The noise is absolutely terrible from the tube! If you have any issues sleeping with noise this is not the location to stay! Whether you are trying to talk to someone, watch tv or sleep you just couldn’t find a moment of peace.

Great location if you don’t mind the train

Location, elevator, proximity to public transit and grocery, washer/dryer, French press and electric kettle, calm neighborhood

We were there during a heat wave, so it got a bit hot on the fourth floor, but we just opened the windows which cooled it down some. The train runs near constantly right next to the building but it never woke us up.

We’d expected a much better apartment. Sorry we paid as much as we did.

The apartment is in a good location. Close access to buses and underground. It had a good kitchen and bathroom.

The bed was not suitable and should be replaced. Hard to sleep. The traffic noise (all through the night) was far more than expected. Difficult to hear the tv. It was not air conditioned and the two fans were not able to compensate.

Superb

Great location, clean throughout, and fantastic facilities. The heating was quick to work and easy to use. Bedding/towels supplied were very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the property, a fair few steps to climb to the flat, but there is an elevator to use. Situated only a few minutes away from main bus routes and express supermarkets. Would definitely stay in this property again.

My party didn't bring toiletries as it said these were supplied, there was one travel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner & no shower gel, so not enough for everyone. Also, the tap has been adjusted so you are unable to take a bath which was a shame after a day of walking! The double mattress is very springy and could do with replacing. The sofa bed is a bit grubby in places and fairly hard to sleep on. The trains pass the flat constantly, the noise didn't bother my party at all, but those who are light sleepers would find it an issue.

Superb

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The facilities were perfect for a stay in London. There was plenty of room and we were greeted with a welcome pack for tea and coffee. There's a couple of local shops close by for food and the tube is minutes away.

Very closed to underground. You can even walk to the center. Excellent location and very comfortable apartment.

Nice, modern, and spacious apartment.

The property has a big area good for family. It has most of the things you need in the kitchen like dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Things are mostly new.

It has no air conditioning for hot weather. Electric fan is provided but still hot during summer. Close to railways so its noisy time to time. Need to close the windows to lessen the noise from outside. Nobody clean the whole 5 nights we stayed. Nobody replenished tissues, soaps, towels, etc. We didnt bother to call or request for it.

We enjoyed our time - the flat was well-furnished and a good size in a central location.

It would have been very helpful if we had at any time met someone with some responsibility for the flat. Email messages received a response but no personal touch ever.

Everything very modern and high tech. While instruction manuals were on site, it was not easy to learn how to use the cooker and we never did master the television sets. The flat had no openable windows and while there were two fans, the flat was uncomfortably warm.

London proximity

The location of the property is fantastic. Some visitors might find the train line nearby a distraction but the up side is the convenient access to tube and mainline stations. The apartment is bright, clean and very well appointed. The proximity of Westminster and the City is a real plus. The neighbourhood has gems to explore. We will be back.

Good

The location and the connection to metro and buses were very good.

The bed in the smaller room was absolutely uncomfortable. One slat of the wooden grate was already broken. The mattress was very very soft. Nothing for sensitive backs and bodies.

Great apartment but with issues

Size of apartment was great, good kitchen facilities, lift and location

Noise - constant trains and bar downstairs open to 1am or 3am some nights. Ear plugs are a must here. Bed - mattress is done, needs replaced, just awful. Pillows, offer better options. Be careful which apartment you get, we rented a 'penthouse', but someone was above us and quite noisy.

Great place and value for money

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with excellent heating (perfect for winter time). All facilities worked except there was an issue with the tap in the shower, which was resolved.

Very noisy train station across the apartment and bed sheets only changed over once a week.

Great stay

Very big rooms with perfect facilities. Located in the city center. Overall, we loved this place and would love to come back! ( even though I wrote somethings what we didn't like. )

_We felt like the cleaner only changed the bin bag and it didn't become any cleaner after the cleaning. _Very noisy ( train )
