Expensive and with a really poor quality

Only and exclusive the location.

The hotel is really poor. The bedroom too small and the toilet also. You can’t have a proper shower because it doesn’t work. Either you have boiled water or cold nothing in between. And it comes in drops I mean literally. There’s no pressure on it. The receptionist is very rude. If your check in is 14:00 don’t try to get there early even by 10 or 20 min. He doesn’t accept or try to help you.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable

Nowhere to hang clothes, bed boards on beds kept falling off, one of the beds wheels were off. Loads of coffee and tea but no milk. The bathroom was disgusting, it was dirty everywhere. The pictures on booking.com looked great but not true

simple and charming, don’t expect luxury.

perfect for short visits in the city, close to transport and walking distance into central, very clean with great hot showers and quiet neighbours

a little bit dated and could do with some TLC but does exactly what it says on the tin and couldn’t really fault the facilities, don’t come here if your not comfortable with hostels

A room for a night at a good rate for London, but don't expect much

The room was clean and warm

The room was tiny, barely room for a small double bed. The remote for the TV had gone missing, consequently we couldn't turn it on, (and the staff couldn't provide us with a replacement),the WiFi was so poor we couldn't stream Netflix or anything. The bathroom was basically a cupboard with a plastic cross channel ferry type installation. The room door was a poor fit and the fire door was right beside our room and other users were in and out all night, banging the door, and the floor of the room upstairs creaked constantly as the resident seemed to be pacing all night, consequently we got little sleep.

Location was great but place far below what we expected!

The location. The manager was also lovely.

The shower leaked and flooded the entire bathroom so we couldn’t use it. The room we stayed in was like a garage outside the back of the building and whilst the beds were comfy and bedding clean the rest of the room was dirty and the bathroom was also dirty.

Good location

Bathrooms dirty and run down - toilet seat falling off , hook and eye lock that kept falling off and you could lift the bathroom door up - initially I went down to a different bathroom but didn't feel safe doing this in the night. The hotel felt unsafe as a single solo traveller, it seemed that the other guests on my floor were all female and this was probably deliberate to make people feel safer and appeared to be CCTV in the corridors but not convinced it works and the night staff spent some of their shift outside smoking so wouldn't be watching. I didn't get much sleep, bed was very uncomfortable with cheap old mattress and a thin blanket. Lots of noise from other guests.

The location is excellent for travelling to/from kings cross

The Noise. Up until 12am there is a water pressure pump that drones every 30 secs on yhe top floor and is unbelievably loud.

Location was the only decent thing as we needed train station next day.

I wasnt expecting anything special but wasnt expecting it to be this bad. Tv wasn't working, asked reception to come and sort it on multiple occasions and they never turned up. No heating apart from a little electric radiator and Consedering we were staying in a outhouse at the back of the hotel it wasn't acceptable. There was no hot water an the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould

Great location and perfectly functional as a place to sleep when visiting London for the weekend!

Great location, walking distance from our theatre (but also near the tube if we hadn't wanted to walk!) but a lovely quiet street. We liked the fact the room was ensuite, and could accommodate 2 adults & 2 children

The fittings were a bit tired, beds not very comfortable, & a fairly small room for all the beds - but maybe that's what you get for this money in London?!

Horrendous, hotel from Hell do not book

Nothing Rooms inadequate noisy and dated No security of downstairs windows

The rooms were too hot, there was no cold water - everything tepid or hot Complaints procedure and total disregard to visitors

A good, basic room

A good, basic room, clean and with TV and kettle. Shared bathroom was clean, and good shower pressure. A good choice for an overnight stay near Euston. Friendly and efficient staff, no problems at all.

Worst stay ever in a hotel.

Cheap I guess

Appalling noise of an electric pump in the loft above the room (room 20 ) , like a jackhammer, kept turning on and off at random intervals just as you thought it stopped, so bad it resonated the whole room, could not get a wink of sleep. Doorman tried find another room at midnight but only a duff room in the basement. Cold shower in the morning, loo flush didn't work , curtains that didn't keep light out, cold tap that exploded a gush of water when I turned it on and drenched my suit. Bright light shining under large gap under the door lit up the room at night. Worst stay ever in a hotel? Do people really find this acceptable nowadays? I was glad to escape.
