Bon compromis confort-localisation-prix préférablement pour personne seule.

Appartement confortable et bien situé avec chambre fermée à prix honnête.

L'équipement de cuisine est très limité et des bruits de craquement de sol proviennent de l'étage supérieur.

In the heart of the old city

Stylish interior in the historic part of Coimbra. Just a few steps from Sè Velha cathedral, shops, cafes. So convenient. We loved it here. We will be back.

Infelizmente muito má.

Localização

É certo que a responsabilidade não é da gerência do espaço, mas é lamentável que tenha acordado várias vezes devido ao barulho ensurdecedor de um sino da igreja... Às 07h45, 08h00, 08h15, 08h30, 08h45, 09h00, 09h15, 09h30, 09h45, 10h00, 10h15, 10h30 etc. Creio que terá terminado às 11h30. Sugiro uma abordagem á Câmara Municipal para solicitar ajuda, ou aos Líderes da Igreja em Portugal ou mesmo no Vaticano, ou a quem de direito. Foi péssimo, simplesmente.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione. Ad un passo dal centro di Coimbra, e ci è piaciuta la colazione, 12 euro spesi bene

Non ci è piaciuta la camera con il bagno all'interno della camera. Quindi zero privacy. L'umidità della stanza.

Non è stata affatto una buona esperienza... nonostante debba dare merito e lode allo staff della struttura, per velocità di risposta e gentilezza tutto il resto è stato tutt'altro che piacevole.

La struttura si trova in una strada pedonale del centro storico dove nemmeno le auto possono arrivare. In questo alloggio non c'è una reception e (seguitemi bene) per avere le chiavi bisogna: -Andare in un altro appartamento vicino -individuare il portaoggetti -prendere la chiave -andare all' appartamento assegnato tornando indietro -salire le scale e finalmente entrare nell'appartamento! (Ovviamente quando si lascia l'alloggio bisogna fare la procedura inversa...). L'appartamento non era male, ma il letto era piccolo e scomodo e nel soggiorno sotto la finestra sembrava che non avessero spazzato da una vita. L'insonorizzazione ZERO. Sono appartamenti del centro storico, con mura spesse, ai quali basterebbe cambiare gli infissi per avere un'insonorizzazione più che valida! Abbiamo sentito cantare gli studenti di Coimbra tutta la notte nel loro andirivieni sotto la finestra e, come se non bastasse, verso le 5 di mattina credo che al piano di sopra sia salito un battaglione dell'esercito, battendo piedi e facendo baccano a più non posso. Mi dispiace parlarne male, ma dei 5 alloggi durante la mia vacanza in Portogallo questo è stato davvero il peggiore. Spero che questa mia critica possa avere una valenza costruttiva per migliorare le tante mancanze.

Ubicación en calle imposible

La habitación estaba muy bien y la casa bien decorada pero lo que era francamente incómodo y no lo podías imaginar es la calle donde está la casa: muy empinada, con piedras pequeñas que resbalan y no puedes llevar la maleta con ruedas , tienes que cargarla. No puedes acceder con un coche a ninguna calle cercana. La habitación y el baño están bien pero la cocina no tiene ni una cafetera ni absolutamente nada para hacer un café . Falta delicadeza en en trato al huésped.

La calle en la que está. Es de acceso incómodo sino, inconcebible para un lugar de hospedaje.

O apartamento não era o que estava na nossa reserva.

Fomos enganados e até agora ninguém nos contactou para resolver a situação. Reservámos a suite standard que dizia ter um quarto independente da sala e o que tivemos foi um estúdio aberto, o que naquela localização creio que faz bastante diferença , visto que estamos numa cidade com vida académica. Na descrição do quarto diz que tem paredes insonorizadas - mais uma mentira - nas duas noites que lá ficamos nunca dormimos antes das 4 e tal da madrugada porque tinhamos estudantes a gritar rua acima, rua abaixo e , pior que tudo, a baterem nas janelas e na porta constantemente. A nossa reserva dizia também que o quarto incluia coisas como frigorífico e minibar (só havia mini bar que nem refresca), forno e vinho ou champanhe - nenhuma delas existia. Do alojamento apenas recebemos uma mensagem via whatsapp a dizer que a administração ia "resolver o assunto", mas até agora nada. Ja enviei mensagem para saber como estava a situação e ninguém me respondeu. Esta situação foi muito desagradável para nós.. e se não tivermos uma solução breve para o nosso problema, iremos apresentar uma reclamação contra a propriedade e activar os meios necessários para ser feita justiça. Venderam-nos "gato por lebre" e isso é ilegal.

Just the entrance into the apartment looks a bit rough and super steep hill. Not the best for luggage.

Comfortable and visually pleasant. Recommended for couples. Everything was working and it was well located.

Getting the keys was a bit tricky. There was tea but no water boiler to make the tea.

Lovely stay in Coimbra

Very atmospheric; close to the Se, and the museums. Easy to get to, esp if you travel light.

Not as easy to get to from the Se, but the host was very helpful with parking instructions and easier route to access the apartment (street around the Machado de Castro museum).

Very good

Great little flat on the top of the hill in Coimbra. It was nice and quiet. Short walk up and down the cobbled streets to everything. Just far enough away from restaurants and music to keep it quiet. First thing you here is the church bells at 7 am. Great to see the restoration of these old buildings.

Kitchen is sparse but we didn’t come to cook.

Cheap and cheerful. Authentic stay in the centre of Coimbra.

Great location. The building is really nice and traditional. Easy to park near and easy to get into. Great communication from the owners.

This is not luxury but it's not supposed to be. Its a nice apartment to spend the night and explore Coimbra.

The hostess was punctual and friendly, allowed us to check in earlier. The property was clean, warm, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a stay of several days. A liveely an pleasant room, perfect location in the center of the beautiful ancient city. A bit difficult to go up the street but it didn't make a big problem.

Soundproofing of the building is poor. Someone in the next door apartment or in the apartment on the floor above made a lot of noise at night, we heard everything. The microwave oven is need of repair. The frying pan and the pot were a bit damaged.

WOW!

When we walked into our room on the second floor, we said WOW. The stone walls, woodwork & view were amazing. Don't be surprised by the outside. It's a climb, but authentic. The local square was charming. The restaurants were great. It's a very short uphill walk to the university. Take the guided tour. It was worth it. Make sure to go to the old university library. All the people of Coimbra were kind and welcoming.

We could have used a few more dishes.
