So comfortable and homely and the perfect homebase for a weekend away in Mudgee.

It was spotlessly clean and charming with its original kitschy wallpaper and original fitout. We loved how it was well equipped and spacious as well.

I wasn’t able to open the windows in my room but I just turned the fan on low to circulate air overnight.

Beautifully clean and cute house in town, highly recommended

The cottage is perfectly clean and spacious, the backyard was enclosed so it was great to be able to take our dog with us for the weekend. The kitchen has everything you would need, and the laundry has washing machine and dryer. Very nice heating all through the house. Just a few blocks from the town centre, and about two blocks to a nice coffee shop with good coffee and amazing breakfast (called Parkview).

If there was coffee in a jar their was a machine coffee not everyone likes that type of coffee was disappointing on arrival looking forward to have a cup of coffee on a cold rainy day. And also There was no sugar in the jar.

Our stay at kaylee cottage was flawless as the cottage presented itself with a homely feel of grandness. All the surrounds of a country homestead met with all the comforts to make our stay enjoyable..

Lovely well located peaceful little cottage

Kaylee cottage is a lovely little cottage very well located to everything you need in Mudgee. The cottage is a step back in time thats clearly been lovingly cared for. It’s spotlessly clean, has comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, it’s very quiet and the kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc. Also a lovely spacious back yard with lots of lovely Lorikeets to keep us amused. We would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but if I was being picky we would have preferred an extra towel each.

Great to finally get out of Sydney. Beautiful place to visit with great food and wines.

The quirkiness of the cottage and Alison's support with changes that were made because of Covid restrictions.

Kaylee cottage was very comfortable, providing 2 air conditioners , heaters in every room, very Cosy

A gorgeous cottage that exceeded all expectations of comfort and cleanliness!

Arrived to our little cottage on a cold winter evening and was pleasantly greeted with the warmth of kaylees cottage. Everything was clean, well laid out and functional.

Very welcoming .

I loved the feel of this property , it took me back to my “cool nannas” house , she had the same ornaments on her shelves and the same couch / carpet, I felt very much at home . Alison and graham were very easy to deal with and very polite with writing their emails, would highly recommend to friends and family travelling through mudgee.

I was a little disappointed to find no broom or vacuum available in any unlocked cupboards , we didn’t make any mess but I’m the type of person who likes to still do homely things when staying in someone else’s home , we didn’t have access to a laundry either , if staying more than 2 days we would have to pack extra for everyday, not wash and re-wear.

Bloody cold - bad time of year - but still an enjoyable stay

Clean and handy, all whitegoods and appliances good.

Hesitation in hosts wanting to talk personally - preferring to text everything. Not good enough instructions on how to get the key out of locked box.

House was way better than a motel room. Lots of space adequate facilities. 70’shique

No top sheet on the bed, just the quilt. The deposit and cancellation policy would deter me from booking again. Most other properties have pay at arrival and late cancellation..this place had non refundable 50% deposit up front.

Had a really lovely stay at Kaylee Cottage, highly recommend.

Kaylee Cottage is a lovely little home that feels like you are stepping back in time. I felt like i was visiting my nan's place. It was so homely and comfortable. Very convienent location, close to Mudgee shops and surrounding areas. It was clean, warm, nice hot shower, comfy beds and great value for money. I would recommend Kaylee Cottage to everyone.
