酒店唯一可取的是地段不错

住了两天，服务极差，第一天住沿街的房间非常吵，一夜无眠，要求换个房间，被服务员生硬的拒绝，恳求无效，第二天更气，买了一些水果，水果进冰箱，手提袋放椅子上，被她们收走，致电前台能不能送个塑料袋上来，我们需要打包水果，结果要求我自己下去前台拿，下去也罢了，五分钟找出来一个旧袋子给我，实在是气！毛巾有污渍，根本没法用。早餐很差。

Soggiorno discreto a Yerevan

Il mio recente soggiorno al Comfort Hotel di Yerevan è stato complessivamente discreto, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era accettabile e il bagno era buono, anche se ho riscontrato qualche problema con l'acqua calda della doccia che a volte si raffreddava improvvisamente. Anche il phon si surriscaldava rapidamente e smetteva di funzionare, costringendomi ad aspettare per finire di asciugare i capelli. Considerando il prezzo, non mi aspettavo una colazione stellare, quindi non è stata una grande delusione. In generale, il Comfort Hotel è una scelta decente per chi cerca un alloggio economico a Yerevan. La struttura è discreta e la posizione è comoda, ma ci sono alcuni piccoli inconvenienti da tenere in considerazione. Se cercate un hotel di lusso con servizi impeccabili, forse è meglio cercare altrove. Ma se avete un budget limitato e non avete grandi pretese, il Comfort Hotel potrebbe fare al caso vostro.

La colazione era discreta, ma con poca scelta. Ho apprezzato la frutta fresca, gli yogurt e le marmellate, ma le uova sode erano troppo cotte e il resto non aveva un aspetto invitante. La doccia con acqua calda ballerina ed il phon che funzionava a volte si ed a volte no.

Znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny

Wsztstko zgodne z opisem. Darmowy transfer lotniskowy nawet w środku w nocy. Bardzo pomocny personel. W holu dystrybutor wody pitnej dzięki czemu można było napełnić butelki wody. Czysto w pokoju i łazience. Blisko do centrum okolo 15-20 min na nogach.

The hotel is cozy and clean few minutes walk to Freedom Square, its at the heart of the city. We booked a family room for 3. Since I am with my lady friend and my brother, there was privacy as their was a separate room for him with a good price value. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole is properly maintained. All the staffs are accommodating, Maher who was our tour guide did an excellent job and keen in providing Details / history of every place we visited. So concerned, when we went to Tsachkadzor and gave us instruction how to ride the cable so wont get hurt. A people person with high value.

28th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY STAY

Comfort hotel is very accesible to the Republic Square (City Centre) Carrefour supermarket and Rossia shopping malls. Good location. The staff -(receptionist) Hasmik, (the tour guide) Karim and the supervisor were extremely wonderful, accommodating and friendly. They will treat you as their friends. They are attentive and responded very quick. 💞SPECIAL MENTION to (receptionist) Maher who gave his beyond expectation service for caring your guest. BIG THANKS to all the staff from the management, receptionist, kitchen and housekeeping staff. I feel your genuine hospitality treatment. They can also converse in English. The breakfast was good and healthy. You really provided a sumptous breakfast to your guest Room - you making sure that everyday it was clean and the staff come daily. We booked the hotel for three nights and the airport transfer was a very good bonus. They make sure the safety of the guest. I will recommend this and will surely come back here whenever we visit Yerevan. ❤️Our Wedding anniversary was surely memorable with the help of Comfort Hotel.❤️ Zon and Paula

Очень удобное расположение отеля: рядом большой супермаркет Россия и шаговая доступность центра города (15 минут прогулки). Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки! Великолепный приветливый и грамотный персонал! С удовольствием остановимся в следующий приезд.

I like everything about the hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they will always provide your needs. When it comes to the location it was also great since it is near everything. The service was also great they will always clean our room and it was so great because we always come back with a clean and neat place to sleep. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Amazing stay!

The property is 15mins away from Republic Square. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Specially Hasmik, Vahe and Hovik. The room is spacious and they make sure to clean the room everyday. I like going back to our clean room. Worth the money!

There is only one pillow.

Прекрасная локация для шоппинга и знакомства с Ереваном

Отличная локация для любителей шопинга, кто уже изучил все достопримечательности Еревана. Напротив молл Россия (Waikiki, Teranova). Под Waikiki рекомендую посетить сток, можно найти брендовые вещи по смешным ценам. Лично я нашел оригинал свитер Burberry, выпуск 12.2022, с сертификатом (цена 259 евро) - за 8000 драхм (около 2100 рублей). Тут же вещевой рынок, далее недалеко молл Ташир и ГУМ(продуктовый рынок). В молле на 4 этаже известный фуд-корд с различными кафе и низкими ценами. Недалеко сетевая таверна Ереван (рекомендую, ибо каждый раз ее обязательно посещаю). До площади Революции и поющих фонтанов минут 7-10 спокойной прогулки. Для очкариков - в длинном доме напротив К/Т Россия прямо у пешеходного перехода - оптика. Очки делают меньше чем за час, стоимость комплекта хороших линз с работой - 3-5 т.рублей. Персонал радушный. В номере холодильник, чайник. Шампуня/геля в тюбиках нет - есть диспенсер со средством 2 в 1. Завтраки нормальные, большого разнообразия нет, но голодными не будете. Плюс армянские фрукты на завтрак.

Из окна Арарат не виден... (будете там жить - поймёте о чем я), но это единственная мелочь

Like staying with a great friend.

I enjoy staying in this hotel so much! It really felt like I am visiting great friends who do everything to make my stay as easy and pleasurable as possible. The staff really went above and beyond to help with everything, I am so grateful! The location is great - it is an easy walk to the center of the city, right next to the subway station. But I also liked that it is a bit away from the touristy spot, and a little more authentic. I am definitely staying there again, if I am in Yerevan!

All good, worth for value, nice breakfast, room with AC

People are really helpful, we spent 3 nights here and 2 of the 3 days we joined local day tour at earlier morning, they prepared the breakfast takeaway which is so sweat. location is very near metro ,the hotel is behind the main avenue so it’s actually quiet at night. The hotel manager is really nice to arrange the transportation for us to make my day, wish all the best to those kind people and I would recommend this good for value accommodation!

-in the city center -close to few points attraction -across the street is a mall where you can find a pharmacy, shops, grocery stores -walking distance a local market -staff very friendly and helpful to assist with my requests which I’m really grateful to

-around the hotel there is a construction happening, to have it in mind if you are sensitive regarding the sleep, not the fault of the hotel tho’ -breakfast is decent, but don’t expect a big diversity

Our stay at Comfort hotel was very pleasant.

Comfort Hotel is just 5 minutes from Rossia Mall. It is just 10 minutes'drive to SAS Food Court, so finding a place to have lunch and dinner is not a problem. The hotel manager and staff were very helpful, always ready to assist us.

There was a problem with the toilet flush in our room. If this could be fixed then everything is okay.

good location of the hotel, despite the construction site nearby - the room is unexpectedly quiet very nice staff, met at the airport, provided a room of higher quality than I booked just because it was available fine breakfast

pillows and blankets are not very comfortable, toothbrushes are too hard and of poor quality
