pour le prix payé c'et minable.

Les informations pour récupérer les clés avec des modifications arrivent plus d'une heure après notre arrivée , les clés étaient au milieu des herbes en dehors du coffre cassé. Pas de gaz pour utiliser les feux gaz de la cuisinière. Il faisait froid dans la maison et le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Aucun produits pour la douche , pas de torchons de cuisine ni essuie-tout .En plus de dix ans avec Booking je n'avais jamais vu ça.

At the beginning, it was mentioned to us that the gate will be opened by remote control, and while the minutes pass, we are waiting for the main gate to open after receiving the key from the external box, but the main gate is open and the remote does not work 😮 As for reaching the apartment, it is like a very scary maze, especially when we arrived at night. Parked the car in the garage in search of the apartment among perhaps more than 20 other apartments other than it in the dark residential complex with children until we found the apartment after a lot of trouble for the whole family and we were surprised by a very sharp chemical smell in the apartment and we opened all the windows but it continued throughout our stay in addition to the smells emanating From the bathroom, and my husband and my son appeared to us, things that exhausted the body and vomited, and we found the toilet cover broken, and it was really dangerous for children in particular, and the stairs were very slippery and posed a danger to everyone, in addition to that we did not find a toilet roll except for one use only, and we also did not find a kettle for water Or a coffee maker or something like that, and we did not find what the landlord mentioned regarding any games for children, whether inside or outside the apartment, and the disturbance of the surroundings began very early, and we could not sleep. Our stay was a terrifying and disgusting nightmare

Not fit for human dwelling

Seems to be located in an abandoned apartment complex. Location is nowhere near Stresa. Nightmare to find. Dark and dingy. Not clean. We spent 10 minutes looking at the place and left. We did not stay there. Found an actual hotel room for same price not far away. STAY AWAY!!

Superb

The location is perfect. I arrived in the dark after a long solo motorbike trip, the windy roads up to the apartment where very cool. The next morning the view from the street was amazing.

There is no wifi, which is fine, but generall reception is bad too. Not something the host can do anything about, but good to keep in mind! The instructions for the self check in were clear, but it might be best to obtain them before arriving, as I had to reception on the hill to receive them. Good apartment!

The apartment is located in a residential area, with private parking. Clear instructions were received from the host. As well as the host contacted to make sure everything was fine. The apartment was spacious two-storey with separate bedrooms. the only problem was how not warm, but against the background of other benefits it was not so important.

Excellent choice

Everything was very nice, with silent authentical atmosphere. Warm and clean, with nice clean towels for everybody. Big private parking, nice garden views. Definitely recommend

Very good

Nice spot up in the hills above Stresa. It was easy to collect the keys with the system that was set up. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Instructions for finding the apartment once we had gotten the keys was a bit tricky to follow

I will definitely come back, now that I know how to get there. Was quite hard to find this place.

The property is perfect. Gated garage, spacious lounge, nice bedrooms. There was a water supply cutoff, but I believe that was due to the very strong storm that flooded the streets going down to Stresa. It's quite a distance from Stresa but the scenic drive down the mountainside is enjoyable. At some points along the way, there are very nice views of Lago Maggiore.

The only trouble is finding it. The property manager/owner should do somthing about this, maybe provide an accurate map. I'd like to help if he'll send me his email address. I will, for nothing just to help, make a map for him that will allow his customers to find the place a lot easier. We had great difficulty finding it.
