Northstar Ski Resort is only about 8 miles away from this North Lake Tahoe vacation rental. After a long day on the slopes, guests can relax in the hot tub on the upper deck. With a full 2 car garage, enjoy easy access in and out of the property and no snow to remove from your vehicle in the winter.

In the summer, King's Beach is the perfect location to relax and enjoy all of Lake Tahoe. With tons of summer activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding there is sure to never be a dull moment. After a day of exploring, guests can use the gas grill on the upper deck.

Good location. Walking distance to amenities. Modern, well-stocked with dishes. AC was nice as it was warm when we stayed. A few things could be improved: doors squeak, pots and pans old and should be replaced, stove old and probably past date, family bath had one broken towel bar, lack of bathroom counter space. I suggest that at these prices, there should be cable or satellite. Overall, we were satisfied.

This is a beautiful cabin. There are lots of stairs up and down so ensure you are able to handle stairs. Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay.

Here is my daughter's review: 10/10 I love tis house and smells and water and the tv and I slept in all the beds of the bunkbed room I slept on the big bed and the bottom bunkbed but I couldn't sleep on the top bed and the house is cold and my favorite cold I don't like hot houses and there are good places to eat and i ate chicken tenders and drank apple juice and i brought my dolls to the beach and i was on the water bike i forgot what its called and i like your plates and cups and are organized with label is amazing and I like looking at bear pictures in the rooms and bathrooms

Overall the stay was very nice. House was great, location was amazing. Only complaint was the trash bins were full when we arrived and the hot tub only worked the first night. The remainder of the trip we couldn’t get the heat to turn up.

We recently stayed at Brockway Vista to attend a family wedding. There were eight of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and comfortable with a ton of extra towels and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a family meal. The beds were comfortable and the separate thermostats on each floor really helped regulate the temp throughout. The location is perfect and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t heating properly but the property manager called me prior to our stay to inform me of the issue. Overall a very pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This little cabin was absolutely perfect. Very clean and cozy. When we arrived the spa was already warming and had a basket of towels right outside the door ready. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. So close to the grocery store and walking distance to kids park, lake and little stores / restaurants. We Highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again.

Beware the cancellation policy!

To be fair, I signed the contract without reading it like I should have. Learn from my mistake. This is one of the most strict and unforgiving vacation rental contracts on earth and it will be enforced. The house was smaller than the pictures but clean and had plenty of beds. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired. This is NOT South Lake Tahoe. But it is close to a beach and a launch (which was closed because of the drought and one of the main reasons we chose this house). Easy to check in and out. Despite the positives, I'll never rent in this area again and definitely not any property that is managed by Natural Retreats.

We enjoyed our stay. It is close to the beach , close to town, walkable distance from Safeway. This was the 1st time we went to N Lake Tahoe area , I now feel South Lake Tahoe is so overrated and commercialized . Luckily Kings Beach is not as commercialized. The bonus is that the house is also close many hikes.

Self contained getaway!

Self contained getaway!

This was the perfect SIP getaway. We brought food, except for three take outs. The beach was a very short walk away and perfect Mon - Thursday. We did sunrise hikes with no crowds at all! The backyard and deck we perfect to spread out and relax. It was nice to have the yard space that you don't have in a condo.

Very nice property in a good location. The neighbors were quite noisy the first two nights but that got better. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs bathroom was mildewed and had a bad odor, it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Other that these two problems everything was great. Very good selection of things in the kitchen and it was so nice to have a garage to park in. The location is great, able to walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. All in all a very nice place.

My family of 8 and I stayed in this cute cabin and it was very pleasant! This home is very close to the lake and shops, Kitchen has everything you need, just stock it up with food. the kitchen and living area are open and perfect for everyone hanging out together. The only thing that was a bummer was that there is no AC, although they did provide fans for us, it was very hot and luckily cooled down at night.

First, our property manager Claudia Duran was WONDERFUL, however things were not in her control. This house is much smaller than the photos. The neighborhood isn't great but it is close to the beach and downtown. There is only 1 TV, the photos show 2. Limited channels (6 at most). Jacuzzi didn't heat up for the 1st 2 days they finally got someone out to fix it on our last day. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. glass shower door and faucet were not working in downstairs bath. Overall the experience for the $$ was fair, but Claudia was great!

We had an incredible stay at this kings beach home. It was clean, updated, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The location was perfect. We were able to walk and ride bikes to beach, restaurants, bars, Ice cream, and grocery store. Alicia from natural retreats was so helpful and available to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a couple of families - love the kids room (bunk beds, extra bed, so they can all sleep together); open kitchen and large family dining table was a plus; clean, well-maintained overall; would stay again; only down side was the neighbors in back - large, loud parties, every night which were annoying (but hopefully don't happen all the time)
