Pésimo, sucio e incómodo

Solo la ubicación.

Las instalaciones, la falta de limpieza, la habitación olía horrible, estaba muy sucia, la cama muy incómoda, la regadera del baño es eléctrica y constantemente huele a quemado al estarse bañando. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones 100% limpias y comodas, el personal nos atendió con excelencia y aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento se preocupan por cuidar nuestros autos.

La ubicación, está en el centro histórico muy cerca de olas alta (malecón).

Muy mala atención de las recepcionistas, las instalaciones están descuidadas.

This was a perfect budget-friendly room close to Malecón with friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, secure parking available (though limited so request ahead), pets accepted (with 300 MXN per pet per night fee), very close to Malecón and great restaurants, hot water in shower, stairs were great exercise, comfortable space, and fast wifi!

Everything was great, rooms were basic but clean and met our needs (someone high-maintenance may think differently).

Very good

The location is incredible. Right in the middle of the historic Town Center. The man working the front desk in the afternoon and evening was really wonderful. He was super nice, and spoke great English.

There wasn't really parking. Just one pull-in spotz which was taken But the parking on the street seemed safe

1 star ✨ Great location for three major attractions. Otherwise I would not stay at this hotel.

location to the Old town, Mazatlan, Americano, and then the Malecon

beds where hard like a rock, sheets so then you could see thru them, cigarette holes burnt in bed linen, pillows lumpy, Windows too thin, you could hear everything, curtains do you think you could see the outdoor light you could not sleep, you get it, everyone coming up and down the stairs and slamming the doors all night long.

Good value, good reception and staff, 2 beds, AC, TV, cool bathroom soap, cool electro - shower, cooler with hot water and coffee on 1st floor.

No drying bar in the bathroom, no table (only small bedside table), slow and sometimes unstable wifi.

The staff was great and very helpful especially the owner who always help us in assisting us in giving us direction onto our next place to visit in the area. Also providing us with the weather and the possible times it may be dangerous for us to be out walking since it’s Hurrican season.

Everything else; Room smelled Toilet leaked Curtain rod came out of the wall when i went to open the curtains Towels and tp are like paper It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Wifi didn't work

Shower and WiFi good, location next to all nice bits of old town and five minutes from beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Cheap, though should be.

Socket hanging out, noise carries in corridors, note not an old heritage building, room small, though most of these explain why good value.

Superb

Clean and comfortable. Good value. Pet friendly. Staff was helpful and nice. The bar soap was nice. Two blocks from the beach and plenty of restaurants.

Rooms were very small. Everything was upstairs and there were only stairs, no elevator. You had to ask for towels, they were on the worn side. There was absolutely no check-in before 3.
