Un buen hotel para viaje de negocios o conocer el puerto de Mazatlán sin estar cerca de playa.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para ir a los puntos de interés de Mazatlán. Recomendable 100% para estancias cortas y si se trata solo de conocer el puerto.

La puerta de la entrada principal estaba fuera de servicio.

I’d stay here again. Good value, clean, and the staff unbelievably wonderful

Great location, super helpful staff

Too much noise coming from the pool until late. We retired early and it was too noisy. Also a lot of neighborhood noise and music all night long. The breakfast was lame

Ehh. Would only stay there again if I don’t find another pet friendly hotel.

The only things I light were the location and the fact that they allow dogs. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I called the office about the Wi-Fi, not working and they didn’t seem to care at all or even pretended like they cared, or try to offer a solution.

Great Hotel

Great location near the start of the Malecón. Close to many shops and restaurants. Clean facilities, nice pool, good breakfast. A nice place for families. Excellent security for both the guests and the vehicles. Dogs are allowed, we stayed with our large one. We had a balcony facing the pool. We could hear the kids playing but noise stopped at 10 every day. From our room we couldn’t hear any noise from outside the hotel. Staff were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

All in all a great hotel would recommend it to anybody

Location was good. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable maid service was excellent

The pool was being resurfaced while we were there. It would have been nice if someone were to let us know that the pool was not going to be in use during our stay.

The Breakfast was fantastic. The location was a little out of the way. The pool was very nice with the added bonus of a hot tub with jets.

The staff were very unresponsive when we would ask for things like towels after we used ours. we were there for three nights and got almost no service to our room. they came and made the bed only one day and left no clean towels. I had a tour booked for very early in the morning so went to sleep early, just to have a staff member come banging in the door of my room at 10:30 pm to collect the towels that are used for the pool.

not bad for a one night stop

very clean and comfortable. had a nice pool and hot tub which we didn’t use as we stayed one night. wonderful breakfast included. location for access to shops and the Malecom

a club next door that played VERY LOUD music til around 2 in the morning and someone had a dog outside across the road that barked all night and day. also no fridge in the room

The room was clean amd the shower was huge.

The beds were rock hard, and there was literally only 1 sheet on the beds. But there was a band playing very loudly until 3 or 4 am

Disappointing

Used to stay here every year for a few days not anymore the prices have more than doubled!!!!! Definately not worth the $$$$$ there are newer more elegant hotels for far less money.
