Exceptional

The accomodation was comfortable and felt like home for us. We loved that it was within walking distance to Chania and only a short drive from other beach locations. There are a few beautiful swimming spots within walking distance as well. Coming from Scotland, air conditioning was very high on our priority list and this place was lovely and cool. We had a warm welcome from both Panagiotis and Apollonia. They organised flowers in the room especially for our honeymoon and let us borrow extra towels for the beach. We really enjoyed chatting with them and learning more about Greek culture and traditional music on our last day. Their cat, Flash, was also very friendly and would greet us at the door most mornings. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back without hesitation. Also the washing machine was a great addition!

The apartment was beautiful, it was exactly as described/ shown. We loved the balcony and outdoor area and ate breakfast there most mornings. It is well situated, right next to the sea and some beautiful sunsets. It is about a 25 minute walk along the coast to the Venetian harbour. There are some great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes of the property. The kitchen facilities are good for cooking meals. The bed is very comfortable. We were able to park outside the property easily every day. We were given great recommendations by the host who was welcoming. I would recommend this property if you want to stay in Chania!

There is currently a lot of construction in the surrounding area, though this should be done before summer and will transform the area.

We spent an amazing weekend in this place. The house, located in a place full of charme, is really beautiful. Panagiotis, the owner, took us in the best places of this piece of paradise, and share with us some unforgettable moments. Beauty and hospitality have a value that is not so easy to find.

Superb

My boyfriend and I spent one week in Panagiotis' cosy apartment and totally loved it. It offeres everything you can wish for and the location is perfect. Located in a cute & quiet town just right outside Chania, it is only a 15 minutes walk into the old town. Thanks to Panagiotis' and his wife's great hospitality, we felt more like part of the family rather than only guests. We would come again any time!

Loved the whole apartment. Every small detail was taken care of, would definitely stay there again!! The owners very friendly, they upgraded us to a better space! Felt you were in your own home, not a rented space! The location is really good if you have a car! Wifi, air-condition, Tv, all worked perfect. Neighborhood peaceful!

We’ve had a great and unforgettable stay @ Microcosmos Halepas. Panagiotis showed us some amazing spots in the close neighborhood and influenced us in another kind of thinking. The suggested restaurant „Chalepa - small plates“ was great. Olga was loving and caring as well. The tiny house on 3 floors was well equipped and lovely decorated. The balcony is a perfect spot in the evening with a great view to the ocean. We could recommend that place hardly. Olga and Panagiotis, thank you so much and we Hope to keep the balance between Apollon and Dionysos :).

An amazing neighborhood with even more extraordinary hosts.

Those three days really stuck with us: an amazing neighborhood with even more extraordinary hosts. Panagiotis and Olga really go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable and authentic as possible. Tip: ask Panagiotis for his lyre collection. The area around the tannery district is similarly romantic and divine, as it is industrial and ruinous - such a unique and beautiful match. There are lots of hidden restaurants, bakeries, and cafés in the area. And if you want to go for an ocean swim in the morning, it's just 20 meters from your doorstep. All in all, the perfect stay. Thank you so much for your accommodation, Panagiotis and Olga. We'll definitely come back! :-)

For us it was an experience more than just an apartment

Cozy apartment with anything you might need but the best part of the stay is the neighbourhood and the host. Panagiotis made our stay there a very special night to remember. He is a true prince of the renaissance and you will have to visit him to know why! :) It was a great experience for us. Thanks Panagiotis!

Idiosyncratic Crete.

The owners are lovely, helpful and very kind. You feel like you are staying with a family. The area is unusual. Very romantic with disused tanning factories, beautiful architectural conversions but dilapidation too. If you like fully inclusive hotels this is not for you. If you appreciate difference and realness you will love it.

A couple of small things. A beautiful compact little apartment, house? I'm not sure what it is. The raised bed platform is only suitable for nimble people. The location is quirky but fantastic for me.
