About this house rental

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home just a short distance to the East Bay Boat Ramp. Sleeps 7 with king bed in master suite, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and XL twin with hide a bed in 3rd. Plenty of room to park your boat, quads or extra vehicles outside and a 2 car garage to park your boat or quads in under cover after you rinse them off in the driveway. Evening enjoyment with the billiards room and/or BBQ patio. Short hiking trails near by. Close to down town Coos Bay and a great place to stay for fishing, crabbing, boating, hunting, riding quads, hiking, site seeing and near 2 casinos! Just a short distance to Bandon golf courses, beaches and Shore Acres State Park.

We wanted to explore the southern Oregon coast, and this place was perfectly located for our first night. We spent lots of time at Tunnel Beach which we thoroughly enjoyed and made sure we visited Tillamook - delicious! Place was clean with great views and check in was so easy.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the layout was excellent for a family visit. We enjoyed using the patio and grill, too. We would definitely choose this place again!

The property was very nice. There were six of us staying and plenty of room. Location worked out great for us. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We had a few issues with the wifi but rebooting modem did help. Only issue I had was that the TV did not have local TV stations. But that is just me - I like to see what is happening in the local area. Master bed was very comfortable. Host generously had basic items in the kitchen. Definitely would stay there again if we are to return to the area.

This house is amazing! I can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into the details. The whole house had literally everything you could ever need, from dishes and pots and pans to soap and toiletries. All we had to buy were groceries. We were able to relax and also have fun with all the extras. Quiet neighborhood and the listing was completely accurate! Will stay here again!

So far travel alot and this was the worst vacation rental ever. No access until 20 minutes after 4pm. House and dishes filthy not clean at all no bbq as advertised so we had our grilling stuff had to go out instead because of a dirty flat grill. A freezer and trash cans that make you vomit!! Then last morning there crew wakes us up 9:30 am leaf blowing by bedroom window and yelling at each other. When I asked them if they were done please let me get back to sleep thel leaf blower guy went and blew crap on my car and told me he would just be longer because it's his job I recorded on video.Yard work in the morning with guests staying before 10am super rude on the managers part. Overpriced for being near nothing very disappointed. The home photos well but is filthy and away from anything to do or eat period ruined our Coos Bay experience with my parents on their first trip to Oregon coast give negative stars if an option.

Nice clean property. Good place to stay. Problem is neighbor next door. 3 adult couples live in small house with one couple live in camp trailer on property. 4 or 5 toddler children in yard making a lot of noice, plus 4 dogs that bark continuously at any thing or people walking by on road. Barking dogs are 25 feet from VRBO garage door. Barking dogs will slow down any return customers.

We stayed for labor day weekend. The property is in a neighborhood and was a nice place to stay. To be able to have a relaxing weekend and feel like home instead of sitting in a hotel room on beds instead of couches made our vacation relaxing. And being able to cook too made it affordable.

We had traveled from Delaware and the house was exceptionally clean and located in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The house was perfect for our Easter family get together! Everyone enjoyed the pool table, darts and fire pit. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be come back to stay at the vacation house!!

great place in Coos Bay! My kids loved the pool table and caught on to how to play a game quickly! One of their favorite things about the trip! It's close to plenty of amenities (shopping, groceries, restaurants & some tourist attractions. Just a short drive to a wonderful beach at Sunset Bay state Park...kids played there for hours:) We'd love to come back again when we have more time to stay and explore!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting in the near future! The house was very clean and we'll put together, making us feel right at home! The floor plan is very open which made our stay very comfortable with 5 Adults and one small child. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The garage came in handy for parking and working on our ATVs in the evening. The patio out back was a nice surprise, very clean and peaceful. Melinda the owner was quick to respond to any and all questions! We look forward to another stay!

Our Family stayed here for 2 nights. The house (it is a manufactured home) was very clean and had wonderful accommodations. Kitchen was great to use and had all the necessary gadgets, dishes and pots you need to cook a full meal. The backyard was quiet and clean. The only downfall was the location. It wasn’t what we had expected. The neighborhood is very old with several other manufactured homes. Once you walk into the home it’s instantly charming and cozy.

The Good: The rental was great. Excellent price for what you get. The pool table and darts got a lot of use while we were there. Quiet neighborhood. The outdoor bbq area is awesome with the fireplace and bbq/bar. We had deer with 2 fawns daily. The Bad: The master bed is a memory foam, but felt worn. No AC in the house. We were there mode August and had a couple of days in the upper 70's,, making the inside a little toasty. The mosquitos... are relentless! Evil lil blood suckers. Bring bug spray! All in all, we had a great time and the house was lovely.

The house is quite large with 3 good sized bedrooms and a huge living area that includes a great pool table. Master bedroom has amazing comfortable king sized bed. Neighborhood very quiet. Kitchen well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. A nice, reasonable place to stay in Coos Bay for families and others.
