Sympatyczny personel

Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel i Pani obsługująca śniadania. Rewelacyjny kontakt i bardzo czytelne instrukcje zameldowania. Pokój byl bardzo czysty a na dodatek codziennie sprzątany wraz z wymianą ręczników. W pokoju mała lodówka, klimatyzacja, czajnik, herbata, kawa,i duży telewizor. Łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Kapitalne położenie apartamentu, w ścisłym centrum, wszędzie bardzo blisko. Do dworca kolejowego 15 minut spacerem. Samo Cagliari jest fantastycze, coś co uwielbiamy - morze o góry!. Śniadanie oczywiście w stylu włoskim na slodko bez jakiejkolwiek warzyw. Maly ukłon dla ludzi z północy to wędlina i ser żółty 😁. W każdym razie glodni nie wstawaliśmy od stołu. W dniu wylotu Pani przyszła wcześniej przygotować śniadanie żebyśmy nie wyjechali głodni. Gorąco polecam. Na pewno wrocimy jeszcze w to miejsce.

Mooie, moderne kamers en royale badkamer. Perfecte ligging.

Ontbijt zou beter kunnen, wij moesten vroeg vertrekken en ontbijt stond op kamer. Geen kaas, vlees en boter.

It was really close to the main attractions.

The bell rings too laud every time someone opens the door. It is horrible. And also, The curtains don't protect the light to enter through the windows of the room.

The location is very convenient, it’s right in the city centre. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was big and the bathroom was great as well. The staff was very kind and accommodating and the breakfast was nice.

Super stay. Very clean and well equipped, quiet room.

The location was fantastic - easy to access the main points of interest and we were ables to get a car park easily. breakfast was really wonderful. Plenty on offer. Hosts were very friendly and I received prompt communication about arrival etc.

Absent owner and poor facilities in spite of a good location

The location is fantastic. The woman who did the breakfast was super nice. And the property let us leave our luggage there.

The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. It would go on for a little while but then shut off. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave so woke up sweating. The doors to the rooms and the entire apartment make a loud buzzing sound when you open a door. This is a problem because if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be awaken by all the people coming and going. I talked to the owner about both of these issues but he didn’t think either was an issue. Told me the air conditioning worked (it didn’t) and the loud sound to the doors was normal (I travel a lot and have never heard anything like it). You should also be aware that the owner is absent and does everything by WhatsApp. And the quality of the rooms is quite low. There is no place to put a suitcase and not a single chair in the rooms.

Lovely room in the centre of Cagliari

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating when we arrived early for check-in. The staff gave us some super recommendations for dinner. The rooms were lovely, clean and had a nice feel about them.

The view could have been better, it just looks onto an alleyway, but there is not much which can be done about that and didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

Would definitely book again

The place is perfect, in the center of Cagliari and close to beautiful streets and monuments. The rooms is comfortable and super clean. Andrea gave us nice tips and is super smiling, thanks for the stay !
