Good room but location isn’t the best

The room was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Some of the surrounding areas were questionable. Wouldn’t want to be walking back from Naples city centre to get back to the room.

New and clean room in a quiet location.

The room is new and clean. The balcony is great. Staff is friendly.

The water flow that comes out of the faucet and the shower is very low. The bed is quite hard and the acustic isolation could be improved.

A great stay in Naples! Wonderful location!

The location was great! A half a block from the L1 metro as well as several funiculars close by. The room was simple and comfortable. The breakfast was continental with considerable variety and was tasty. The espresso machine was quite tasty for a completely automatic machine.

Not much to say here... I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent emplacement

C'est dans un quartier très tranquille et d'un très bon niveau que se trouve ce logement tout proche du métro, de magasins et de restaurants de qualité. Le logement est bien équipé, très calme et le personnel très avenant et souriant. Le petit déj est copieux. Si nous devions retourner à Naples, c'est ici sans hésiter que nous retournerions, d'autant plus que la ligne 1 du métro vous emmène au centre et au port.

Eccellente, tornerò presto!

La cordialità e gentilezza dei due receptionist è stata davvero il massimo. La struttura è nuova e accogliente, ti fanno sentire a casa. La stanza è bella, dispone di terrazzino e di ogni confort possibile. C’è il kit di cortesia con ciabattine, saponi, cotton fioc, limetta per unghie, cuffietta da doccia, non manca proprio niente! Colazione con buffet dolce e salato. Non vedo l’ora di poter essere di nuovo ospite da loro.

Un'ottima struttura in un'ottima posizione

La struttura era molto accogliente e pulita, nonché in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro. lo staff era cortese, disponibile e professionale. La colazione era buona, ed il letto era molto comodo.

Nonostante i prodotti offerti a colazione fossero di buona qualità, e nonostante la possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato, la scelta non era comunque molto ampia. Inoltre sarebbe stato comodo un leggero ampliamento dell'orario di chiusura della colazione.

Consiglio vivamente la struttura. La posizione è eccellente in quanto situata in una zona centrale dotata di tutti i comfort e a pochi passi dalla metro. La struttura è molto bella. Se avete intolleranze come nel mio caso saranno così gentili da fornirvi degli alimenti diversi per la colazione.

Soggiorno ottimo nel cuore del vomero

La camera è arredata con gusto e con arredi di livello. Il bagno è spazioso e ci sono tutti i servizi. Personale cordialissimo, difficile trovare una soluzione con migliore rapporto qualità prezzo.

La atención del personal. Tanto Livia como Giuseppe siempre han estado muy presentes y atentos. El tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama.

Más que no nos gustó, aspectos a mejorar. - Cuidar un poco más la limpieza, estaba limpio pero, para un maniático como yo, había cosas a mejorar. - La ducha un poco pequeña, con poca presión del agua y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar - El desayuno se puede mejorar, un poco escaso de variedad

Nonostante il tempo non sia stato clemente, tuttavia è stata una bellissima vacanza.

Staff molto cordiale. La posizione è perfetta, metro a poche passi e si raggiunge in comodità qualsiasi quartiere di Napoli.

Ci vorrebbe qualche cassettiera e un frigo più refrigerante.

Fantastic welcoming place !

Location : 7th Floor is located in a very nice area of Naples. Lots of shops, cafe and restaurants around and easy access to the city center. Room : The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the city Staff : Amazing staff, they will do everything to make your stay perfect. Giving a lot of recommendations!

Little Napoli Gem

We had the best experience at 7th Floor Suites. Giuseppe was the kindest and most accommodating host. We arrived quite early and he allowed us to store our luggage along with have bfast. Nothing was too much for him, which was very much appreciated! The rooms are very well appointed, great size and super comfortable. We loved our stay and if we travel to Naples again this is where we will be staying. Location is also great 😊

Had a nice shower and the balcony was an added bonus!

The air con was a bit useless and so was the fridge which was needed given that we were travelling with medications that need to be refrigerated.

Good place for a quick vacation.

The room is spacious and comfartable, with a nice balcony. The staff is amicable and the location is good, near great restaurants.

The shower pressure wasn't very good. And the bathroom was dark, the lights could be better. Also, I think the breakfast could be better, with more salty options and placed better. The tables to serve from and to it in were too small.

basic but would never book there again.

the room looked stylish, it was very quite. and the coffee was excellent

tv didn’t work…more correctly the batteries were dead, I had to have a 10 cent coin to use the life from 9:00 13:00 the bathroom had a step; difficulty finding light switches; fear that they were not contactable in case of issues…it was more about renting a room than a hotel. breakfast too late 8:00

We are very satisfied (group of 12 people). Perfect organization and clear instructions (we had a late check-in). Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and convenient location. Next time we come to Naples we would stay here again.

Nice and clean. Spacious room. Nice view. Great location.

Location was excellent. Close to the metro. A very short walk from heaps of cafes and huge pedestrian shopping street. Great place to stay.
