Mi primera opción en SG. Calidad/precio muy buena

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del MRT y de un mall. Muchos restaurantes por la zona. Pese a ser un hotel más enfocado a business, tiene una piscina espectacular, zona de jacuzzi y baños turcos. El personal de recepción y en la puerta, muy amables y atentos en todo momento, si necesitas un taxi, agua, ayudarte con las bolsas, un 10 a todos :) Las camas son comodísimas, la habitación está perfecta, la ducha es grande y tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Friendly staff and service, clear communications and quick room service.

The spa was closed and no service given. Need happy hour offerings but the pool side party made on boarded hotel guests with restrictions.

Everything was perfect, definitely our new favorite hotel!

Best hotels we've stayed in in Singapore. Amazing suites, best pool in Singapore (50m! Wow!) Outstanding staff, very helpful and thoughtful: gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon to a suite and even brought us a little congratulations cake! We arrived very early after a long flight and they managed to give us an early check-in (we knew they couldn't guarantee this, it was much appreciated. Location was brilliant, right next to MRT. Most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever had in a hotel (and I am picky with my pillows) Housekeeping staff were really great! I could keep going, it was truly a great hotel with amazing staff.

Nothing, it was perfect, we will be back.

Alles sehr gut , kann man nur empfehlen

Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gym ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Schnelle Anbindung ins Zentrum oder auch zur Expo/ Flughafen

Frühstück war zur Stoßzeit sehr voll und man hat ggf keinen Platz bekommen bzw. hat am Pool gesessen. Da war es durch die warme entsprechend warm. Verwirrung beim Fahrstuhl anfangs. Später ging aber alles ohne Probleme.

Disappointing.

Location was very convenient for us.

I had booked a double room in December and on check in was told that there were no double rooms available, only twin rooms. The bathroom was not very clean and there was no hot water in the shower. When I left, the man on reception just said ’oh, sorry about that’. Not the standard, or service I would have expected from a five star hotel. Disappointed.

1. 대중교통 접근성이 좋은 편(거리가 멀었던 나이트사파리 제외하고는 지하철로 잘 다님) 2. 직원들이 매우 친절(+한국인 직원 있음) 3. 근처에 시티스퀘어몰(우리는 주로 가볍게 식사하러 감), 무스타파(과자,음료 등을 사러 감. 주류는 없음) 있음 4. 수영장도 적당히 더위를 식히러 가기에 좋음 5. 뷰가 엄청 이쁘진 않지만 그냥저냥 괜찮음 6. 누군가에겐 단점일 수도 있겠는데, 주변이 조용한 주택가 느낌이라 휴식이라는 측면에서는 알맞음 7. 여러 호텔 알아본 분들이면 아시겠지만 호텔 체급(?) 대비 가격이 괜찮음

치명적으로 불편한 부분은 아니지만 미묘하게 나사 빠진 부분들이 존재 우리 방의 경우 1. 화장실 불이 안 꺼짐(직원 불러서 고쳤는데 다음날 재발. 귀찮아서 냅둠) 2. TV가 원인불명의 에러 발생(글자가 깨지고 스마트미러링이 첫날 이후로 안 됨) 　→ 시간이 지나면 자동으로 복구 됐다가 다시 문제 발생 반복 3. 창문 블라인드가 세 부분으로 나뉘어져 있는데 밤 블라인드 한쪽이 높이가 안 맞음 4. 시설은 노후된 느낌이 있긴 함

Superb

The pool is absolutely fantastic. The location is great next to the MRT station and very easy to get around the city. Killiney cafe next door which makes for a good value breakfast. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Singapore.

We heard a lot of noise from other rooms but I think this was because families sharing multiple rooms were talking in the corridors.

Excellent location for Singapore Getaway

Great modern hotel and excellent value for money considering hotel prices in Singapore. Within 2 mins walk of metro, so easily accessible for all Singapore attractions. Excellent olympic sized swimming pool. Fantastic and helpful staff.

19 SGD for a bottle of beer at the pool bar is almost criminal. Area for improvement could offer kids meals and snacks at the pool.

Disappointing

The location is good. Near the MRT and there is a mall nearby too

The shower head in the bathroom is broken and not working well, the water temperature was fluctuating which is not ideal when you are bathing a baby. We asked for a cot and they confirmed that they will bring it to our room, we followed up numerous times, but until we checked out there was no cot provided. The booking was also for 3 adults and 1 old but the room was only prepared for 2 adults. We had to ask them to prepare the sofa bed which is not comfortable for the third person. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

Disappointed about the atmosphere.

The pool and gym were great. The location close to the MRT.

The hotel had madly Indian guests, that were behaving loud in the corridors, also during the night. The large groups dominated the atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast area was not at the level of what you could expect of such a pricy hotel. Quite some facilities in the complex were reserved for other residents.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my daughter, lovely hotel in great position right next to MRT, so very easy to get places.

Very friendly and comfortable, great location, clean and with great pool.

Nothing really, seems odd having to walk in main entrance through the car park maybe?

Upgraded to a floor 19 room with additional pool and gym facilities. Level 6 olympic size pool was superb. Room very comfy with amazing view.

No Netflix on the super-size TV.

Nice family room, and great location

Great hotel, reception went smoothly, we got the family room which was nice, clean. Location was amazing, MRT was just a throw away, 7-11 and bars also in the same area.
