This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, and is only a 1 min walk to the beach! Renovations include new bathrooms, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings! The house has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living area, and TVs in every bedroom!

Only a 1-2 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of4 queen size beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

• Queen pull out sofa with memory foam mattress
• Flat screen TV equipped with cable and DVD player
• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment

Kitchen:
• Brand new stainless steel appliances
• Dinner ware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making a meal

Even better, to add on to your beach vacation, you can take a short drive (45 min-1 hour) to some of the best attractions in the world, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. My family love our stay. Everything we needed just brought our own food. It’s a VERY EASY walk to the beach. With the supplied chairs and umbrellas we had a great time. The host had great recommendations for restaurants. Over all would recommend. 5star!

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We loved how close it was to the beach literally walking to the end of the block. My kids enjoyed the backyard and even got to chase a few lizards. I will definitely book this home again the next time we come to the cocoa beach area.

Excellent location, one block from the beach. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Restaurants 5-10 minutes away Garage had two beach wagons, chairs and other beach gear. TVs in all rooms meant family movie nights. Washer/dryer in garage and dishwasher/full size fridge in kitchen meant convenient way to spend a few days away I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

We were very excited to stay here. But a loved one passed away and we had to cancel. Unfortunately the passing was sudden. There was absolutely no accommodation for our loss. They charged us full rate for a stay we could not use for something outside of our control. We will not rent again from this source.

The interior and proximity to beach are excellent. My only knock/comment would be that the pictures show an entrance/front area that is not reflective of the actual appearance. There is no grass. Just dirt and weeds. The door and front of the unit are covered in the dirt from the yard. Luckily once you’re through the door it is as advertised which was very nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property and would return to it again without hesitation.

Excellent place to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. Unit is clean, modern and comfortable- exactly as pictures with no surprises. With the heavy surf, you could see the waves from the bedroom windows. Alex was a gracious host who allowed an early check in before the weather got worse. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a nice few days away. The yard with shade and constant ocean breeze was a great highlight! Clean and comfy. Great location and the communication with the owner was well. If i had to critique anything it was the refrigerator although very nice was on control lock and we were unable to get ice cubes, and the living room TV connection was too slow to watch anything. No biggie! We had a great time away and would recommend this home away from home!

The property was nice, clean and closes/on the beach with no issues. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Nice outdoor area to relax. I'm an outdoor person but its not good if it rains. No balcony or porch. The only con is that there's no blinds downstairs and a thin curtain for the sliding glass door...All in all, I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The owner was wonderful with quick response.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Well kept. Great location. Steps from the beach. Outside eating available. Beds are incredibly soft. AC worked perfect. Had everything we needed. My only dislike was the windows. As a single mom it made me uncomfortable not having window coverings blocking the outside from being able to see inside. Especially in the downstairs bathroom. Other than this personal preference the place made my mother's day weekend perfect.

Great location, the house as described, super clean, well stocked with kitchen items, towels, bedding, beach stuff. All appliances worked. Very peaceful neighborhood, beach is just steps away. Several restaurants are within walking distance, but for fancier establishments you need to drive to downtown Cocoa Beach. Overall very very happy with the stay. Thanks, Alex.

We live over on the west coast of Florida and wanted to catch the surf over in this area. The property and location were perfect for my husband, son and two family dogs. It’s hard to find updated property that is well-maintained and perfect for family pets over in the Cocoa Beach area. The property was very clean, well stocked and a great location to local breaks. The property manager was responsive to our questions and needs. We will be back.
