Después de villa pulgas el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado

Solo la ubicación y la recepcionista tiene mejor servicio al cliente

Absolutamente nada me gustó, iniciando por el recepcionista varón, es una persona que solo le importa cobrar, llegue y la habitación a simple vista se veía fea, super super pequeña, tiene una cama doble y un par de filas de casilleros o lockers metalicos como de el colegio a los que se les ponia candado, el baño super pequeño, la cama no tenia ropa de cama completa, solo una sabana y una delgada cobija doblada de manera decorativa, no habia papel higienico, me dejaron una toalla que en mi casa podria usar para secarme las manos, y un jabon super miniatura que sirve para una sola duchada, todo el 3 estuvieron sin agua, llegó el 4 pero tuve que ducharme con agua fria a las 2 pm, porque el edificio no podía calentarla porque según ellos es muy grande, la ducha difícilmente alcanza 60 cm menos el espacio que "quita" la cortina y con el frío de bogota cuando me duche ( reitero con agua fría) la cortina se pegaba a mi cuerpo, algo muy desagradable, y molesto, soy un poco grande entonces fue desastroso ducharme. Las Almohadas y colchón son de los más incomodo en donde he dormido, están forrados en un material impermeable que suena muchísimo es tipo plástico y el colchón muy duro, cuando le pregunte al recepcionista que habia pasado con los servicios que tienen posteados en la pagina de booking, le tomo foto a los servicios y con una actitud medio maluquita salio del cuarto, adicionalmente le pedí un par de Cobijas, una toalla adicional y el papel higiénico, me trajo una cobija no mas diciéndome que por norma solo podía darme una, olvido la toalla adicional y el papel, cuando hubo cambio dr turno la recepcionista me dio una inaceptable pero justificable respuesta, los servicios están desactualizados y no suplen lo ofertado.

La joven que estaba en la cocina 😂

Dice que agua y wifi gratis, pero no ofrecieron agua. Sería muy bueno un café en la mañana antes de salir, pero no lo hubo

Acogedora estancia

Excelente ubicación, y buen servicio. la habitación estaba muy limpia y fueron muy amables. restaurantes típicos cercanos en donde se puede disfrutar de buena comida. muchas gracias por su amabilidad.

podrían incluir servicio de desayuno, seria util para viajeros que madrugamos al aeropuerto.

Close to the airport

Very dirty. Sheets were extremely dirty. We requested to change them but still got used and dirty sheets. The rooms were very noisy. One of them was a luggage storage without windows and a garage door. At th beginning they told us that one of the rooms had no toilet and after we demanded to get what we paid for they gave us another. But still water was cold. Netflix was not working

There was only 1 sheet and it gets cold in the night. What I hated the most was the shower. It's very hard to have hot water. It gets cold all the time. The hot water system is awful.
