Decent home base for activities in Obregon. Good value for money

Spacious Rooms with refrigerator, Stove and a basic set of tableware and cutlery. Pool was clean and tidy and there is free coffee, tea and a water dispenser in the lobby.

The water heater inside the shower head is limited in its capacity and the fridge sounds like something just broke whenever the compressor starts.

Good place to stay, good price, nice people.

Customer service was very good.

Pool area stinks like dog poop, but looks nice. The gym was very outdated, opened later than I prefer, and everything in the gym is very old. No cleaning wipes, and not large enough of an area for me to do my exercise routine easily.

Todo bien solo que Los Perritos no adecuados para un hotel menos en recepción.

La alberca, el Gimnasio (aún que el Horario no me agrado por qué fui de trabajo y a las 9 ya no estaba en el Hotel y para las 8 que regresaba ya era poco el tiempo así es que NO LO USE)

Tienen demasiados Perritos (iba yo solo pero por ejemplo mi esposa es alérgica) y el aroma se nota tanto en Recepción como en el área de la Alberca. Me gustan mucho los perritos.

The location was great and very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked wonderfully. We didn't get to use the pool but it was clean and sparkly.

I didn't like that there was no elevator. The staff was great when we needed a different room at check-in to accommodate my elderly mother. The last night we were there was uncomfortable due to the upstairs guests and their noise.

Sooo much noise, I don’t know what they were doing at the parking lot but it was so noisy, had to call to front desk couple times. It was so disturbing
