CHASCO TERRIBLE

Lo único a destacar en positivo, bajo mi punto de vista, fueron dos recepcionistas encantadores, uno de Chile y otro de Almería.

Nunca hago valoraciones negativas, pero en esta ocasión no me lo perdonaría. Nada más entrar, crees que te has equivocado de alojamiento, cuando compruebas que No, se te cae el alma a los pies, ves la recepción, miras el ascensor y no lo puedes creer, Delta City Center no es un hotel, es una pensión de las que ya no se ven por el mundo, con unas instalaciones y mobiliario sin renovar desde el siglo pasado, de tal forma que las fotos mostradas aquí, no son actuales y en nada se corresponden con la realidad. Todo viejisimo con un olor a humedad y a rancio que se te mete hasta los tuétanos. El desayuno es difícil describirlo, fruta seca a punto de pasarse, sin bollería, solo pan de molde barato, el zumo te da grima y el mobiliario del comedor desgastadisimo del uso, uno de los días que estuvimos, ya para colmo, sin fruta y con las mesas calientes vacías, solo con agua, a las 8 de la mañana. En fin, todo un despropósito, carísimo además, porque el precio se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas español. Recomiendo alejarse un poco del centro y optar por algo que de verdad sea un hotel.

Kort och bra vistelse som mötte våra behov på alla sätt.

Vänlig hjälpsam personal och rymligt rum. Bra läge när man reser med ungdomar anländer till och reser från tågstationen. Ungdomarna var mycket nöjda.

Comfy room. Location very good, right in center of shopping area, near to station. Breakfast also very good. Great choice of hot and cold food.

No kettle supplied in room for making tea. No early check in.

Great location and even better staff.

Location. Staff. Breakfast was fine first 2 mornings, after that it got a bit repetitive. Had very nice maid service daily; we didn’t want/need it, we just didn’t find the door sign til late.

Inside could use a bit of TLC

Very friendly and professional receptionist, the room was clean,warm and very close to the lift. The room also had a balcony from where we could watch the world go by. The breakfast was good and plentiful with plenty choice. Also the room and bathroom were spacious and had all we needed. Great value for money 👍

Only good for how close it is to the station

Great location to Cental Station and the canal boat tours.

Paying for Wi-Wi access is a very outdated thing to do. You had to pay a $30 deposit for the remote & room key. It is refundable though. There was a long list of things you couldn't do or bring into the hotel. No food or drinks, nobody that is not registered with the room etc. The bathroom has the toilet right in the doorway so you have to enter sideways and kinda slink between the toilet and sink. The sink is coming off the wall and leans down, and does not drain too well. You can't have any items near the sink because of the shower, and there is no other shelf to place a toothbrush or comb on in the bathroom. So you have to put those items on the desk by the bed. However, if you need to use the desk for your laptop, you need to move your bathroom items to another spot then. There was also a giant armoire in the room with only two hangers. It took up so much wasted space. I don't know what happened to this place to make them place all these rules in place, but this place is exhausting. I could not wait to leave!

Three night family break

Have stayed here before. Basic hotel but great staff, breakfast, clean rooms and fabulous location for everything, including the transport network. Will definitely be booking again.

the property is centralised which was amazing for any tourist wanting to explore central Amsterdam. The room was very ba

it was very central and a short walk to explore any location within the city centre.

1) I had previously asked for a double bed to which they said they would assist and never did. 2) prices charged were not as they were on booking.com and an undisclosed amount of €72 was taken from my account as a reservation fee. it was refunded on departure but was not expected. also a €30 deposit was required for the TV control which was not disclosed at booking. However, it was refunded. 3) No food or drink allowed in rooms and no shop in hotel to purchase from, forcing us to go have street food and not allowing us to have a chilled and relaxed meal in our room.

Points I experienced

Just the location was good apart from that not much.

For the price of the rooms bit to expensive, felt like I had bed mites and was bitten in a few places, found bugs in the wet room, breakfast is included in the price but it's not that great unless you like fatty bacon, toilet rolls were never replaced actually ran out on the third day and all the guy in reception could find were paper napkins which my friend had to get as I was stuck on the toilet never had that in any hotel I've stayed in.

Very good

The staff was very nice and helped me with everything I needed and that it was located in the center was very good for me.

The room I got was very small and it made me feel more like I was at a hostel or a single room apartment rather than a hotel.
