O café e o jantar são bons.

Havia feito uma solicitação pelo booking p quarto alto. Cheguei lá e o quarto era no térreo, ao lado do local em que os funcionários ficavam c as crianças "brincando" até às 22h. O quarto parecia um puxadinho. A pia estava vazando. Tivemos que usar a pia do outro cômodo. O horario do cafe e do jantar era agendado, com um aviso de tempo de 60 minutos, verdadeiro absurdo. Nunca vi isso na vida. Inclusive no dia em que cheguei ouvi uma funcionária pedindo via microfone para que as pessoas agendassem p evitarem filas, vejam só. O hotel e o parque aquatico fazem parte do mesmo grupo, o que se compra em um e outro ficam na mesma conta. No dia do check-out vieram bater na porta próximo das 9h perguntando se eu pedi um check-out, o que respondi que não. Depois, quando fui efetivamente fazer o check-out, próximo das 12h, perguntei se ele poderia ter sido solicitado por outro meio que não no balcão e me responderam que não era possível. Nisso conclui a impressão que já havia ficado quando a funcionária batera no quarto, de que estavam nos expulsando e forçando o check-out. Isso ficou confirmado quando vi um grupo de estrangeiros aguardando na recepção. Quando pedi a conta (que ja sabia que iria dar alta, considerando as refeições realizadas no hotel e no parque), um funcionário me perguntou se poderia checar o frigobar, ao que respondi que sim, adiantando-lhe, contudo, que nada havia sido consumido. Ele me perguntou novamente se poderia enviar a funcionária e eu disse que era claro que poderia. Quando me deparo com a conta, de cerca de 900 reais, ela está sem a discriminação do que consumido, sem questionar pois já estava aborrecido com a estadia e todo o mais. Apenas questionei o seguinte ao funcionário: vocês me dão uma conta de cerca de 900 reais, sem discriminar os itens consumidos, e precisam checar meu frigobar? Ao que fui respondido que sim e que era daquele jeito em todos os locais, ao que repliquei que não, não era. E não é.

Não me hospedaria novamente.

As refeições são muito variadas, de extrema qualidade e saborosas. O atendimento no restaurante é muito bom e a equipe de recreação é extremamente atenciosa.

As acomodações estão velhas, precisando de reforma. O box vazava água por baixo e molhava todo o banheiro. O piso do quarto estava com areia, mesmo depois da limpeza. Os preços tanto no frigobar, quanto no bar da piscina são extremamente abusivos. (21 reais uma garrafa de água de 1,5L).

The easy access to the beautiful beach, the pool, beautiful hotel. The Beachpark and buggy ride were super fun. Hotel staff were unhelpful and arrogant. I had to deal with two drunks one the night. Security did nothing. I was treated like a criminal for taking coffee outside. The next restaurant is 30 min walk on a dirt road. Hotel food very pricey. Saw women and kids not getting dinner. I speak good Portuguese.

The Beachpark and attached hotels suck money out of the local economy.Aquiraz has no character. Very few shops, restaurants and no street vendors no praça with the usual Brazilian crafts people, musicians etc. Too many luxury apartment blocks.

Staff was very helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

Breakfast was excellent! My daughter would have appreciated pancakes and Nutella.

Shower was outdated.

Staff are amazing and the food gorgeously tasty!

The pavement and the street are awful! Disgusting bad done! We were isolated and grounded because of the rain! Don’t go during rainy times.

Joy for the family and especially for the kids.

The size of the hotel was very comfortable for a family that has children and doesn't want to lose them. Breakfast was fabulous and the activities for kids was really cool.

Few employees to check in when I arrived and some days they didn't have pool towels available.

i like because is in front the beach and my son had fun with the staff and other kids at the hotel.

don’t have phone in side the room and need more staff at the dinner time in front the restaurant because make line out side ! the WiFi doesn’t work well in side the room ,….
