Oceniam pozytywnie, aczkolwiek z małymi niedociągnięciami.

Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. W pokojach europejskie gniazdko - pozytywne zaskoczenie. Super obsługa w restauracji hotelowej, dużo jedzenia, aczkolwiek monotonne i dla miłośników śniadań brytyjskich albo na słodko. Blisko restauracji i knajpek. Pod hotelem przystanek autobusowy. Basen z super widokiem i bar z dość wysokimi cenami jak na jakość drinków.

Najmniej nam się podobał poziom czystości w łazience. Rozumiem, że hotel ma tylko 3 gwiazdki, ale sprzątanie to podstawa. Poza tym jakość wykończenia zarówno pokoju jak i łazienki pozostawia wiele do życzenia - np. Żel pod prysznic zamontowany na taśmę montażową, która pod wpływem wilgoci nie utrzymała dozownika. Woda w spłuczce ledwo dawała sobie radę ze spłukaniem papieru toaletowego. Pokoje od strony morza dość hałaśliwe z uwagi, że hotel jest zlokalizowany przy głównej ulicy, ale czego nie robi się dla takiego widoku. Poza tym trochę mały pokój, przy dwóch osobach to trochę było gimnastyki. Źle rozmieszone meble, przez co ciężko było ulokować większą walizkę.

В целом неплохо.Но есть осадок из-за трансфера,который не приехал.Да,мой самолёт задержался,но я предупредила и это была

На все вопросы отвечали с энтузиазмом

Меня уговорили на трансфер. В итоге не встретили и поселили в очень плохой номер. Я не стала ругаться только из-за того,что отдыхала 4 дня. Не хотела испортить себе отдых.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour sa situation.

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche de La Valette et de tous les transports en commun. Bon hôtel 3 étoiles.

Petit-déjeuner, bar et rapport qualité/prix moyen.

aangenaam verblijf, ideale kamen, zwembad viel tegen

zeer mooie kamer ( studio met zeezicht, zeer ruim )

zwembad, binnen gesloten, buiten vrij klein..... ligbedden bij zwembad niet zo leuk, te weinig ruimte mogelijkheid tot avond diner zeer beperkt

Hotel dobry o wspaniałej lokalizacji. Warty swoich trzech gwiazdek.

Wspaniała lokalizacja do zwiedzania Malty. Przystanek autobusowy, plaża, restauracje promenada - doslownie przy drzwiach hotelu. Wspaniały widok na zatokę z pokoju (pod warunkiem, że zamówisz pokój z widokiem na morze i jeśli otrzymasz pokój powyżej 4 piętra) i z basenu na dachu. Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa. Śniadania dobre choć codziennie to samo, co przy dłuższym pobycie nabiera znaczenia.

Brak lodówek w pokojach. Brak szafek lub półek w łazienkach. To uciążliwe drobiazgi jak na hotel aspirujący do kategorii dobrego ( tak go oceniam).

Nicely positioned hotel with inattentive staff

The hotel is perfectly located in Sliema - close to the sea, bus stations and restaurants/bars, good breakfast buffet, very nice view from the roof terrace, big room and comfortable bed.

I was not happy about the staff. When checking in, I received a room card, that did not open the room with the number indicated. I tried the next door and suddenly I stood in a room already taken by other guests. That's a serious security problem! In the morning at 8 a.m. (!!) I was woken up by a cleaning woman knocking loudly on the door. who already wanted to clean the room. That's really not ok. The juices at breakfast very strongly diluted with water.

Unhygienisch , nicht sauber

Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Schimmel im Bad. Flecken auf den Handtüchern und Betwäsche. Auf dem Innenkissen waren Schweißflecken von Vorgängern , ich habe mich geekelt in dem Bett zu schlafen. Alle Desinfektionspender im Hotel waren leer und wurden nie voll gemacht. Mangel an Hygiene. Betten waren unbequem. Preis- Leistung- Verhältnis sehr schlecht.

Prima hotel.

Fijne ligging, alles op loopafstand.

Veel verkeer vlak voor het hotel. Erg lawaaiig, wanneer je zoals ons, de kamer daar hebt.

Byłam na Malcie pod koniec listopada. Pogoda przyjemna, słoneczna, ok. 20 stopni w dzień.

Doskonała lokalizacja, miła okolica, blisko do sklepów spożywczych i przystanków autobusowych, blisko morza. Z balkonu widać było morze, jak się spojrzało w bok. Pokój był przestronny, z aneksem kuchennym, dobrze wyposażonym. Panie na recepcji przemiłe i umiały doradzić w kwestii dojazdu.

Przy bardzo silnym wietrze suwane drzwi od balkonu strasznie głośno telepały, ale jednocześnie hałas z ulicy wygłuszały, więc były szczelne.

Loved Malta but would try a different hotel.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Not able to hang dresses in the wardrobe. Breakfast was ok but fruit juice was watery, fruit salad was tinned, and it was like a free for all.

The location. The breakfast room at the 6th floor. The pool on the roof.

The noises in the morning of cleaning the rooms above and next to my room.. the bathroom is very small.

great location and staff is very friendly and professional(reception and breakfast).

mattress really old and uncomfortable, two days were enough to require a massage. No fridge in the room (believe me you need it in Malta), dead flies and mosquitos on the floor…probably look for other hotels nearby with basics in place.

dissapointed

location was good. hotel had a pool which was great but i was traveling for work so used it just for once.

Room. I requested with window, room didn’t have window so was not absolutely suitable or bearable to stay there unless for sleep. upon booking i requested the room to have window, hotel confirmed like all rooms gave window but that was miss leading. when complained offered alternative room half the size of already tiny room i had with tiny window that faced the wall of the other building. it had a child’s bed i am not sure how normal size adult can fit in there, bathroom had a sliding door and not sure how one would sit on toilet sit with closed door. so i canceled the alternative and set outside for my work. i will not ever stay there at least they should have been honest in their initial communication about non existing window. also the towels were grayish so got my towels outside was not sure if they were clean.

Excellent, clean and nice

Nice customer service, sorted out my room far from my friends, excellent location, very clean, amazing view and breakfast, was so delicious and variety of fooda, I enjoyed the hotel stay. Thank you very much

When I did my check in and my room was in the other side of the building and the lady on the reception found a room in the same building to my friends and apart from that everything was perfect

Enjoyed our stay at the plazza recency and would recommend it to others

Location perfect. Room very big and view from window spectacular.

Beds not very comfortable. Mattresses kept sliding and sheets too small!

great location , everything is walkable distance. nice rooftop terrace and pool area.

poor wifi didn’t connect properly in room only by the door, no smart tv for fire stick and minimal English channels. We ran out of toothpaste , the hotel didn’t even have stock of mini toothpaste available. dusty room

Have been visiting the Plaza Regency regularly since 2010. Have seen great improvements.

Room was clean with good view. Would have liked slightly bigger room. Location was excellent for our needs. Restaurants, bars and transport. Breakfast was adequate and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful too.

Would have liked a cocktail bar to retire to and more lounge facilities.

Not what we had expected, Disappointing for the money.

good location.

Our room was only cleaned once in the time that we were there (7 nights), even had to go and keep asking for basic things like clean towels and toilet paper as these weren’t even given. The breakfast was very average and tasted like basic catering food that had been mass fried and then stored away after every breakfast for the next day. The staff were pleasant but there was a communications barrier with some of the staff not being able to speak Maltese or English. The bathroom also had a poor smell almost like there was an issue with water draining and the water had remained stagnant in the pipes.

Expensive for price

Location is perfect, right near the bus stop and sea was very near. Staff was helpful, indoor swimming pool was temperature controlled.

No Sound proofing was there for 4 nights , couldnt sleep a single night well. Breakfast was not good , very limited options and only store bought food. Bed was too small for a person 6feets

A bed to rest your head if arriving on a late flight, otherwise wouldn’t stay again.

Location was handy, cheap for late/early arrival travellers. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was outdated, rooms could of been cleaner (showers had mould). Needs some TLC

Good value for a short break.

Good location, close to many restaurants and bars, and with a bus stop just outside with buses every few minutes heading to Valetta. My room was very quiet too.

The place seems to be three buildings combined into one and was confusing to navigate at first. The place also needs more or faster lifts/elevators as they could be very busy.
