Ottima posizione, personale gentile e che parlava tante lingue compreso l'italiano. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, la camera aveva tutto il necessario.

La colazione aveva un costo leggermente elevato per la scelta non vastissima, ma era tutto molto buono

Il bagno con un lavandino piccolissimo e senza mensole per appoggiare saponi o altro. Anche all'interno della doccia non c'era ripiano per appoggiare saponi.

Kambarys su tarakonais, siaubas,dar to nesame patyrę.vienam kambaryje lango nėra,kitam jokio vaizdo. Rankšluosčiai suplyšę. Baisiausias dalykas tarakonai,vaikai su tapkėmis daužė.

The breakfast is quite good, the hotel has a very good position on the seashore and it is located very close to the bus station from where you can take the bus to Valletta or other places.

Quite a lot of noise, the room does not have a hall at the entrance, and noises can be heard through the door if you are unlucky enough to have a noisy group in the neighboring rooms. The parking spaces marked in white are insufficient and permanently very crowded.

Dobra lokacija. Čisto. Wi-fi odličan. Balkona ili nema ili je neupotrebljiv. Stari namještaj.

Lokacija je super. Blizu je ferry za Valletu. Jako je blizu Lidl, 5 minuta pješke. Čisto je. Krevet je bio udoban. Kupaonica mala ali čista. Wi-fi radi odlično u sobama.

Mi smo putovali s prijateljima, dakle 2 obitelji. Nama su odmah dali sobu do sobe a njima ne pa su morali mijenjati da bude soba do sobe. (jer su sve sobe dvokrevetne). Pogled kroz kupaonski prozor na 5. katu je u jednoj sobi bio na susjednu sobu a u drugoj na hodnik. Isto tako i pogled s balkoncica. Dakle neupotrebljivo. A prijatelji su imali sobe na 1. katu. Oni su imali samo prozore koji su gledali na neuredno mini dvorište i na susjedne prozore. Vrata od soba su stara drvena, samo pofarbana, pa je zvučna izolacija nula i po noći ispod vrata svijetli svjetlo s hodnika. Svako jutro očiste sobu, pospreme krevete i odnesu ručnike ali čiste ručnike donesu tek poslijepodne!? Na TV ima samo audio kanale. :-)

Choose the sea view room-it's worth every cent

Loved the sea view and enjoyed every minute of my stay. It's a quiet area versus other neighbourhoods. <3

In the arrival day, I found hair on the sheets and also towels. Maybe they should pay more attention to it.

Non ci tornerei...

L'hotel sicuramente ha una buona posizione, vicino alle fermate dell'autobus per andare un po' ovunque a Malta. Personale della reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanza pulita con cambio asciugamani anche giornaliero.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva le finestre che davano sull'interno del palazzo di cui una non si apriva neanche. Buia, perché senza affaccio esterno. Se avete la possibilità sceglietene una vista mare. Colazione scarsa, di internazionale, a parte la scelta dolce\salato, aveva ben poco e il personale che è in sala al mattino decisamente da cambiare. La qualità dei prodotti offerti molto scarsa, gran parte delle cose sono confezionate. Direi che andrebbero cambiati anche i tavoli, erano tutti traballanti. Le brioche e la frutta che vedete nelle foto non esistono.

For tourist focused on location rather than place to stay

Next to the water, multiple restaurants around Lidl and small shop nearby. There was one EU plug in the room.

The only window in the room was facing walls of the same building with air conditioning, couple of meters away. Dark, no view. There was one EU contact, but lamp was connected to it so it took a moment to find.

Value for money

Great location ! Walking distance to all busses to main areas . Hotel was at a bargin so the breakfast(even tho it’s simple it did the job !) Desk staff were helpful . Cannot complain really

Towels had a damp smell . On the last two days breakfast was sparse

Value for money . It’s location is superb, near restaurants & shopping street. With superb seafront view. Reception staffs are great, so friendly and they will make sure to make ur day a memorable one.

We dreaming to come back as soon as possible

We are third time in Europa Hotel and each time is better and better. Room was perfectly clean, big towels, beautiful view from big balcony, morning sunny rise up. Breakfast was like in 4 stars hotels in England. Staff and assist during our stay always was friendly and very professional.

Good Location

The location was ideal for our needs

When we arrived on Thursday there was a group of students running along the corridors and stairs. They even set off the fire alarm causing the hotel to be evacuated. I ordered early breakfast in Friday for Sunday. The lady on reception assured me it was ordered and would be ready. Early Sunday morning and no breakfast!!

Good

Needed a one night overnight stay after checking out from another property, and this did it. The price vs. value offered is excellent. Location is across from the sea, next to restaurants, shopping, transportation and 15 minute walk to Valletta ferry.

It's a 2 star hotel, well maintained . Everything met my expectation Towels need to be replaced , enough is enough

I had one of my worst hotel experiences ever on this hotel. The staff was not very friendly initially when the door and the door frame to my room were freshly painted, so my jacket and pants got destroyed with paint they just moved me to another room telling me to talk to the manager the day after. I got a room where the sink was half full of water and plugged. The walls were thin and you could even hear sounds from the next room's bathroom. Breakfast was of terrible quality, would not recommend anyone to pay for it. Going back to my destroyed clothes the manager was not there the day after, the person behind the counter told me to get back the next day to talk to the manager and leave my clothes. When I got back they had done efforts to scrub my clothes and said that the rest would be ok after a wash. I told them that it is not acceptable to rent out rooms with freshly painted doors in a low tone and would have expected an excuse but the manager got even ruder. He also claimed that I had stayed in another room and that I was lying, when I showed him pictures from the room he said it was another one, they had signs for fresh paint everywhere, etc. I don't recommend anyone staying at this hotel!

The first night we did not get the sea view room we paid for, without any apology. Some kind of story about a power outage, while they obviously overbooked the rooms with a sea view. One of the men at the reception was extremely arrogant and rude. We asked him about the power adapters we wanted to rent, because it said we could on their website, and he was once again very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. However, the other man and the woman at the reception were the complete opposite, being friendly and welcoming. The room without a view is horrible, airless and claustrophobic. The door lock is very old fashioned and unsafe. The only good thing about this hotel are the cleaning ladies, who do their job extremely well. We do not recommend this hotel at all and you can get better for this price.
