chambre confortable plutôt calme. Manque d'emplacement pour déposer affaires de toilette dans la salle de bains.

L'absence de petit déjeuner. Certes, il est possible de se rendre dans des cafés peu éloignés mais c'est moins confortable que de le prendre sur place;

Exceptional

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Allowed me to park my car more than my stay in their lot, to let me explore the city. Room was clean and decent.

A bit noisy since it faces the street. Better keep the windows closed.

Good location for the rail and bus station. Staff helpful when we needed to stay an extra night due to plane cancellation.

AAAAH FANTASTIC STAFF AT RECEPTION ESPECIALLY A VERY VERY KIND LOVELY WOMAN CALLED EVELINE SHES FANTASTIC WHAT A LOVELY PERSON SHE IS ALSO A TERRACE IT WAS FANTASTIC TO VIEW THE PASSING TRAINS AS WERE TRAIN ENTHUSIASTS ALL IN ALL A FAB 4 NIGHTS COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER ITS A FANTASTIC HOTEL VERY CLEAN ROOMS VERY PLEASED AND WILL STAY AGAIN. Great place to stay for night before you fly out of the airport

Very friendly staff and accommodating for an early checkout before our flight. Good value for one night.

Right next to train tracks a little noisy at times. Small elevator.

Good value for the money

Not too far from the train station, the room was clean, decent price for what offered. We stayed only one night not to be far from Bergamo Airport.

It was a bit cold and the shower cabin small.

Overall it was a very good stay and I would reccommend to anyone. Good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help even though English was not very good. The location was walking distance from the train station. There were a few restaurants nearby with a good selection of food.

The shower cubicle was very tiny. We couldnt turn on the water and run it for a minute till it get warm, as the cubicle was so small - had to turn the shower on and jump out of the cubicle to let it run for a minute so the water becomes a bit warm, and in the process got a blast of very cold water. The road noise was audible as the hotel was very close to the road, but it was not a major issue.

Disgraceful!!

Unfortunately we didn't like anything.

Regrettably this was the worst hotel we've ever encountered. It was old fashioned, dark and the room particularly the bathroom was malodorous. The chair was stained and the bed uncomfortable. We decided we weren't going to stay in a hotel of this dreadful standard. We checked out 20 minutes after arrival. We addressed our concerns to the person in charge who offered an alternative room which we declined as we had absolutely no confidence in this establishment. We were offered an apology and charged FULL PRICE!!! I strongly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Nothing was good. The information from the reception was not clear. There were spider web, no hygiene. Very bad experience.

Great hotel for an overnight before an early flight

Handy location for the train station. The staff were also very helpful as we were leaving at 4am to get a flight so they booked a taxi for us.

It was a little bit noisy in the corridor when we were going to sleep.
