Nice hotel in a good location

Breakfast had a good amount of choices- lots of pastries, fruit, jam, cereals and bread. Fruit juice and some meat and cheese. Fairly standard Italian hot choice of ham and sausages but had a member of staff making omelettes. Coffee machine was mediocre but realised that could ask staff for cappuccino as well. Lots of gluten free choices. We were in the junior suite with sea view. Good size for family of 4 and comfortable beds. Staff all very friendly and nice. Pool good sized and had a lifeguard there a lot of the time. Lots of sunbeds. Discount to beach club was 25 euros per day instead of 40 just across the road. Location is excellent with lots of good restaurants close by. Can walk to Viareggio and get smalltrain outside at certain times to forte de Marmi.

A little tired in places. Toilets next to pool needing replaced with a lot of taps, doors and toilets not working or in need of repair. For a 4 star hotel this definitely should not be expected. Bar could do with some modernisation too and was a little overpriced.

Echt een goed hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten voor een echte strandvakantie uitvalbasis

Goed uitgebreid ontbijt buffet; Fruit, Zoet, hartig en kruimelig, voor elk wat wils. ter plekke werd omelet gebakken.

Op een paar na was het personeel niet meertalig, wat begrijpelijk is, maar voor een vakantieplaatshotel?!

Vorbildliches Hotel in traumhafter Gegend

Sehr gutes Frühstück und feines Essen im Restaurant. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Kurzum ein vorbildliches Hotel mit tollem Personal. Und - auch wichtig, unser Hund war ein willkommener Gast.

La posizione è perfetta siccome mia suocera ha 92 anni e non può camminare molto ma qui si attraversa la strada e sei già sul lungomare a goderti la passeggiata il personale è sempre molto cordiale e attento molto spazio per sedersi senza essere nella confusione

erst gut, dann katastrophal!!!

ich bin nun schon einige Jahre Stammgast in diesem Hotel, aber der letzte Aufenthalt hat alles jemals gute zerstört!! Meine Tochter hatte ihre Jacke im Schrank vergessen. Soweit, so gut. Meine Tochter schrieb dann, zurück zu Hause eine Mail, ob die Jacke gefunden wurde. Wurde sie und die Freude war gross. Aber jetzt; für den Versand der Jacke zu uns in die Schweiz, verlangt das Hotel sage und schreibe: 110 Schweizer Franken!!! Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit!!!! Das war definitiv mein (unser) letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus!! Widerlich wie hier Kundenservice ausgelegt wird! Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht! Ich werde dieses Hotel bei Booking.com melden um anderen diese absolut inakzeptable Vorgehensweise anderen Gästen zu ersparen! Nie wieder!

parfait pour une nuit .

station balnéaire très « italienne « avec son enfilade de plages privées ; stationnement payant assez cher devant l’hôtel mais pour une escale ça va ! pas très bien insonorisé et buffet dé petit-déjeuner varié mais d’une qualité moyenne. spa agréable malgré une déco/équipements minimalistes.

insonorisation ( tuyauteries et bruits -musique- extérieurs. pas de plateau de courtoisie .

Die Lage war top und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Amazing, like every time - this was our 4th year here

Amazing location, amazing cleaning, great staff hospitality - at reception and in the hotel restaurant. Great restaurant for dinner as well, really good quality.

All was great. Small suggestion though on the quality of breakfast food- more diverse food would be great

We will come again, the Hotel is located in a good location.

The breakfast choice and layout was one of the best we have eaten at, the fruits were very tasty, the amount of choice was large. The hotel view of the mountain side was the better choice for us, we had a superb view! They also have electric charging stations at a price of I think 50 cent/kWh. The price of charging could however be a bit cheaper. We go to about 5 hotels a Year.

The airconditioner was not working too well, but we were able to sleep. The WIFI stopped working on the last day. The hotel does not own the beach, 20 EUR/Day/Umbrella.

A brilliant hotel, amazing breakfast and great facilities both on the hotel and on the beach across the quiet road oppos

An excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was very good with so much choice and lovely pastries. The pool area was lovely and also made use of the terrace with very comfy chairs and loungers. Close to the beach and some lovely restaurants and also had cheap deals with 2 beach clubs.

Fascinating days in Tuscany

Perfect location - the beach and the restaurants are just across the street. Absolute cleanliness. Helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is amazing! Big room. Parking garage is available for extra cost. Would recommend to everybody!

amazing, it was our second stay in five years and it was beautiful!

the location, the hotel rooms are immaculate! staff is amazing - especially Franco during breakfast & Alessia for drinks by pool!

the only suggestion would be to keep pool deck tile cleaner.

Nice hotel seafront location

Excellent breakfast nice pool area nice bar area

Bar service not always available pity as lovely bar area paid extra for room with balcony was dated second room although cheaper was more modern sockets very old not standard European ones had to buy special adapror
