Prijemny mestsky hotel s unikatnou lokaciou, ochotnym personalom a moznostou parkovania

Skvely a mily personal, lokacia. Moznost parkovania.

Mierne amortizovany mobiliar. Steny by uvitali novu malovku. Chyba aj moznost obcerstvenia v blizkom okoli.

El sistema de apertura de habitación con llaves incomodo y anticuado. La habitación me la dieron fuera del edificio principal que obligaba a usar llaves y caminar a la interperie.

Bis auf das Bett, war die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war supa, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Para quem está a pé é longe, mas muito confortável

Elegante, confortável, bem equipado e limpo. Tudo impecável na propriedade. Mas ideal para quem está de carro, pois apesar da estação do ônibus ser relativamente próxima, para quem está carregando malas a distancia da estação se torna cansativa.

При входе в номер дверной замок был когда то выбит и болтался. Тапочки пришлось чуть ли не силой забирать у консьержа. Мебель грязная до омерзения и разваленая от атак барных посетителей!

Ok hotel

Clean rooms and quiet neighborhood quite close to city center. Very helpful staff in reception.

Room that I booked looked much different that I saw on pictures. I expected bigger room but got nearly half a size of what I expected and got on booking confirmation. Lady in reception said that rooms are very different and pictures were taken in one particular room. Breakfast was ok but in my opinion very poor selection of food, I expect more when I book a room in 4 stars hotel , on my last morning lady who was serving food was very rude, when I asked her about more bread, she rolled her eyes... Lamps beside bed wasn't working and even when I asked in reception to fix it, problem wasn't solved...

Not great, not terrible

We appreciated spacious room and hotel location in a residential area. However, despite being in a quiet neighbourhood, our room faced the road, exposing us to disruptive car noise and hotel maintenance sounds. The advertised "good breakfast" felt short, offering limited options, particularly for warm food. We were disappointed to find that once the warm food ran out, there were no additional offerings. Cleaning standards were mediocre, necessitating us to follow up and request towel replacements. Families with infants should be aware of the stiff uphill road leading to the hotel, as it might require additional effort.

Our experience took a drastic downturn during checkout due to a misunderstanding caused by the hotel staff. What followed was an unpleasant revelation of the service quality – staff resorted to shaming, talking over us, and even involving other guests to emphasize their point. This incident left a lasting negative impression. Despite seeking explanations from the management, they failed to followup on this incident or address our concerns. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and given the same budget, we believe there are better accommodation options available.

Spacious

The room was very spacious and looked good and clean. The bathroom was also quite big and had a bathtub. There was plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards. This would be fine for a long stay. The room looked the same as the pictures. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

There is a bus stop in the same street as the hotel, but this bus runs once in half an hour. You would have to walk a bit for the other bus stops. It is not that far but if you arrive with all your luggage, it would be nice if there was a bus stop closer. The road to the hotel is also quite uphill and especially at the entrance.

Excellent location and nice staff.

Great location, near the centre but in a quiet residential quarter. Nice staff, good breakfast, modern, big, clean and comfortable apartment.

TV didnt work properly and you had to be careful while taking a shower because otherwise the water leaked out of the shower “cabin”.

Great central hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood quite close to the city centre (10-15 min walk). The Slavin monument is also in proximity. There are public transportation stops nearby with easy connections to the train station and airport. The apartment was enormous, quite suitable for a longer stay. It was clean and comfortable, with a good wi-fi connection. Breakfast offered a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would surely love to go back :)

The only downside was that there are not enough tables in the breakfast restaurant to accommodate the number of guests.

Quiet neighborhood. Big room.

It smelled weird in the room. Half of the lights didn’t work. There are stairs at the front door but no staff helped with the luggages. A little far from the historical center.

Very good

A big nice room, a comfortable bed and fine mattresses too. The area is very quiet. A walk of 10 min. to Michalska Brana, the center of the city; a bit uphill from the center back though; not easy to walk with luggage😊The hotel helps with a taxi ;the price in Bratislava is 5euros (do not take any pirate ones!!!! Here is the phone for the taxi:0918 555 555. However, different prices apply from Bratislava airport)

Check in is after 15.00- a bit inconvenient if you are there for a day or two. Tourists should feel they are appreciated!!! Going up and down the hill - a waste of time if you want to make as much as possible out of your short stay.

The hallways were not cleaned. The hotel didn't respect our reservations and they gave us other rooms. Although we reserved and paid for the parking, the second night the place was occupied and they woke me up at 7 to move the car. They didn't charge me for breakfast in return but for me the sleep was more important than money.

Good location and helpful staff. Parking available directly outside the hotel.

Booked two apartment rooms. Neither had a a kettle or tea or coffee. Both rooms were being redecorated. The first room had no curtains. The second room was half painted and the TV didn't work although it was replaced. The bathrooms in both rooms were tatty. There was only a take away breakfast available as the restaurant was closed.

Good hotel for good stay

Very spacious rooms. All facilities on place. Parking next to the hotel. Walking distance to the city center is 10min. We had a good stay.

It's uphill hotel so for elderly people would hard to walk. For us it wasn't an issue. Bathroom had issues. Glass shelf was badly glued so consequently it fell down and broke. Luckily no one was hurt. The shower glass gum was old and not properly glued so after showering all water was out on the floor. It's a bit inconveniencing if we would stay for a second night.
