Things were just a bit off. Nothing bad but not outstanding.

Beautiful rooms in magnificent location. Take advantage of everything offered.

I didn’t know breakfast was included. No mention of this. We booked reservation in castle property for dinner and ushered right to table and right out after. They did not want us there.

Beautiful lodge on the Castle grounds.

Beautiful property and grounds. Nice lounge rooms, restaurant. Some of the staff (Radu) were wonderful.

Mix up with our room -had to move part way through our stay. Some of the staff seemed burned out.

Nice but could be better.

The location and view are wonderful. The team at the reception desk were helpful and had good tips for Tours at the property and around the region. The quality of the Breakfast was very good. The room was big and beautifully decorated.

The cleanliness of the room and common areas was not as expected. The team at the bar/restaurant did not do their job well at serving lunch and the food was medium. It seams to me Managment should do a better job training and supervising the job of their personnel. Although it is a 4 star hotel, the price is high and service and cleanliness should be a given.

The staff, the food, the drinks, the breakfast, all was amazing. Would definitely go again for a nice get away.

Music in the dining room. It was very quiet there, I could hear other peoples conversations. I think some nice music in the background would drown out other people and create a nicer ambience. Noticed this at dinner and breakfast.

We definitely want to revisit this gem.

We had a very pleasant stay at this wonderful Lodge. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The dual voltage charging outlets, and the bathrobes and slippers were an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was superior to anything we have experienced. All staff took great pride in their work. A special mention to Breakfast Supervisor Rose Donoghue who went above and beyond to ensure a high quality of service was met. I left three pairs of boots behind in the parking lot, and I was thrilled to find the staff had retrieved them and set them aside for me.

The phone reception in the room was spotty.

Excpetional Stay! Amazing service & Beautiful Grounds

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! We can’t wait to return! The staff were so attentive and genuinely lovely. They really made our stay special! Bedrooms were spacious and had a very luxury feel with modern interiors. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The Lodge was so homely and cosy and the grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful views over the lake. The breakfast was unlike anywhere else, almost 3 courses with a huge selection and so delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough!

excellent location beautiful hotel & excellent staff & especially the breakfast host so accommodating excellent attention to detail. we had beautiful meal In Wilde Restaurant also Manager/ wine specialist was fantastic he had a vast knowledge of the different wines & gave us fantastic recommendation for wine to suit our selection of food chosen to eat !

Great place, with great staff in a great location.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, the reception when we arrived was fantastic. Very comfortable rooms and food in general was good, although there could be much better options for food in the bar.

rooms could have used a little TLC. Some dirty spots in the shower and fixtures were a bit loose.
