Great location. Spotless clean with fantastic staff. Buffet breakfast was great and some items you can get cooked to order like scrambled eggs mushrooms etc.

Only gripe would be the bed was a hard sleep. The room was spotless airy and relaxing.

Absolutely everything , the decor, the receptionist was so welcoming , the room was fabulous so big ,decor fabulous bathroom so nice everything was fantastic, and spotless it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and that's for sure well done to every one in the diamond coast I would rate it a 5 star for sure👍

Lovely, clean, large hotel. Beautifully decorated. Helpful staff. Great food. Room was spotless.

Room was very dark, even during daytime. It was a long room with one small window at one end of the room on the side wall so the opposite end of the room got no light.

The hotel is fantastic, brilliant for kids and fabulous location. The breakfast buffet had loads of choice and the food was very good. The staff were super helpful.

It rained- obviously not the hotels fault. If they could turn off the rain - but that's the wonderful irish weather for you.

Breakfast was great- great selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurt. Good coffee, bread and cooked food. The room size was great. Bathroom was clean. Nice touch having comp water in the fridge.

Food in the Bistro was average. The beer, service, friendliness great - the food could have been fresher. The chips were not hot, the fish was a little overdone and a bit greasy.

Great location, spacious rooms. Reception area, bar and restaurant areas are nicely decorated.

Staff on reception when attempting to check in were very rude. We were part of a larger group and everyone commented on how they spoke to people. They thought they were behaving in a superior manner but were just an embarrassment to themselves. On check out a different receptionist was really pleasant and lovely to deal with. Overall its clear the hotel is very short staffed and the staff who care in the bar and serving food are under pressure. We received dirty crockery when eating. On check out at 12am reception hadn't been cleared up from a drinks party the afternoon before. Bedrooms and hallways all need painting and are a bit tired looking.

Felt v welcome and friendly helpful staff. Beautiful room & facilities. Nice food & reasonably priced

Bedroom very warm so extremely difficult to sleep. Security catch on windows only allowed about 4 inches opening!! Couldn't see any air conditioning system.
