Will not be back. Very disappointing and not a high quality stay.

Seemed a nice vibe upon arrival. Aircon worked well.

No information given upon check in. We were given our key and shown to our room. No info on where things were or how to access areas, where to find the spa, pool towels etc. The bedding was extremely hard and tough on the skin to the point I couldn’t sleep with the sheets near me. Extremely poor quality toilet paper that just got stuck to you skin the moment it touched you. Loud music playing from reception at night when trying to sleep and first thing in the morning. Excessive. Advertises as soundproof which it absolutely is not. Very noisy from other rooms and reception area. Overpriced.

Hotel jest bardzo kameralny i spokojny. Świetnie zlokalizowany w Willowej dzielnicy. Cudowny spokojny basen, czyste pokoje. Polecam z czystym sumieniem

Na śniadania jest spory wybór przetworzonych słodkich produktów typu ciastka. Polecamy wymienić je na więcej warzyw

Le personnel est à l’écoute de toutes les demandes, nous avons adoré le fait que la bâtisse soit pas un gros hôtel comme on voit de partout, l’isolation des chambres est top bref on reviendra avec joie !

Si nous devons relever quelque chose ça serait le prix un peu élevé du spa / massage. Lorsqu’une personne prend un massage au prix de 145€ le SPA devrait lui être offert, et 20€ pour 45 minutes de SPA semble mieux convenir.

Petite pause romantique

La décoration raffinée et romantique de l'hôtel tant au niveau des parties communes que de la chambre particulièrement cosy. Les espaces verts et la piscine qui complètent ce cadre idyllique ainsi que le spa qui nous a permis de bénéficier d'un moment de détente privatisé La gentillesse de la direction et du personnel

We went to Le Confidential hotel for sun, quiet & relaxation. It’s the perfect place for that.

Lovely boutique style hotel, set in the golf & tennis club area of St Raphael. Very quiet & tranquil location, surrounded by pine trees. Idyllic pool & spa area. A short distance to the beautiful town of St Raphael. Wonderful staff including Johnathon the owner who bent over backwards to help us solve a problem with our car.

The photos of the property are far from reality.

The property has very specific design, at photos everything looked much better, the rooms have very old fashioned and exotic style, the pool area isn’t not cleaned at all, the cleaning equipment was left next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool bar is dirty, tables are not clean. The SPA, I’ve never ever seen in my life smaller SPA, swimming pool is nearly touching the ceiling… be careful the photos give you different impression, definitely isn’t a 4 stars hotel.

Pleasant

Big room; our request for a room with shower (instead of bathtub) has been fulfilled immediately; cosy bed; stylish lobby and big pool; parking included

Looking closely in the room, it was not that clean (e.g. dark hair in corner of shower); the hotel seems to expand its premises, hence there is construction work (incl. big trucks and staff) just beside the pool area -> our need for relaxation and rest on our holiday could not be met at all and we did not use the pool anymore, which is in our view not acceptable for a 4 star hotel (& spa!)

beautiful and well kept hotel but needs a little better service.

the property was absolutely beautiful, very well decorated and the rooms are clean and modern with a lot of space. the pool area was absolutely lovely. well kept and clean with lots of space. the breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality. the lady on breakfast service was great with remember coffee orders and fussing over our baby.

the views from the rooms are essentially of the road. we had a suite which had a garden terrace but overlooked a road, and we were very kindly upgraded to the courtyard suite but the courtyard was quite dark with little sun given the weather was beautiful. the service at the bar was almost non existent. our first day it was great, we were offered drinks constantly while sat at the pool. after that we had to go and find staff, and often couldn’t, to get drinks. the website advertises a restaurant, there is not one.

Alright for a short break but could have been better.

Property was clean and safe.

Bathroom in the bedroom was not a pleasant experience when travelling with family and the breakfast options was not great. There was nobody available on the night time when assistance was required.

I payed for a 2 hour massage but only received 1h15. Not so happy with that. Also no spa access only in room massage without warning the customer

Hotel good, restaurant experience poor

Hotel was lovely - clean, comfortable and stylish. Lovely pool area

Service at dinner was poor. We waited almost an hour between starter and main course whilst other tables were served promptly. Even when we complained the apology was lukewarm and no attempt to offer anything tangible in recompense. The starter was good, main course poor - duck was like rubber (I had asked for it not too pink), overcooked asparagus and undercooked potatoes.

wonderfull stay and great suite to live in for a few days.

The suite was great and really the 80 square meters wat was presented, very modern en the right atmosphere. Staff was helpfull and there is a marvelous feeling hanging around the property.

Personally, to much sweets as a choice for breakfast, would rather see the choice for an omelette for example.

New and reasonably priced for stay but breakfast to be avoided.

The hotel is situated in a nice and calm area. It is freshly renovated and everything is new. Friendly check in.

No solution for drinking water. 0,33 l in plastic is poor. Water from the tap is full of chlor. Breakfast is poor. Nothing to eat. A lot of old baked stuff, not appetising at all. No sound isolation in toilets. Embarrassing.

almost all. Friendly relation with the hotel owner. Hotel of high standing and excellent quality. very calm and clean. SPA is great, brand new equipments. The decoration is original and charming.

After I read many good reviews about this hotel I wanted to stay and have a nice experience and honestly it is very good hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and kind as they welcomed me from the parking and helped me with the luggage. The location was very easy with car also there is a free private parking. Hotel inside is very luxurious and nice. I took the cosy room with Terrasse It is a very beautiful modern room Mattress was very comfortable Room was warm when I entered as they prepared for the customer so not cold and this was a big plus. I asked for late checkout at 12:00 and also they were friendly and said no problem ( normally check out 10 or 11 ) I extended my stay because I liked the hotel and sure I will come again in another time.
