Excellent séjour

Une maison provençale acceullante au pids de l'Esterel

Une belle maison de style provençale avec un jardin très boisé et une grande piscine. Les discussions intéressantes avec un propriétaire très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et variés. Une petite cuisine bien équipée permettant de prendre un repas. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix compte tenu de la région. La situation parfaite pour explorer la côte et l'Estérel.

Joel was an amazingly accommodating host who made our stay at his lovely, bucolic home extra pleasant.

Beautiful setting, quiet, private, and comfortable. The pool and parking were nice pluses.

Our room didn’t have the toilet in the room. We needed to go into the hallway which was a slight inconvenience.

Great choice in St Raphael

Beautiful villa located on the hills of St Raphael, the room was great and spacious, breakfast was amazing with delicious homemade jams and most of all the owner is very kind and helpful. Merci beaucoup !

Exceptional

The quality of the stay was perfect: the big room with air conditioning, the excellent breakfast with hand-made products (fruit salad, yogurt, jam, etc.), the pool, the hospitality of the host, the closeness of the cities and hiking routes.

Very good

Nice location. Quite, good parking. Large room with airco which is needed in summer. Very friendly owner who is fluent in english (not always the case in southern France). We did not take breakfast because of other appointment early morning, so we have no view on this.

Bathroom is complete but a bit small in size. The entrance via the backdoor of the house works but it does feel a bit that one is really entering someone's private space. We only stayed for one night, so i guess one gets used to it when staying longer.

As good as it can get

The guest house is in a beautiful, green area above St. Raphaël. It boasts a nice little garden and a very pleasant pool with nice lights after sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we could think of. There is also a shared kitchen with a spacious fridge and a stovetop+ microwave oven. Joël is a very friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was a huge extra: it was served on a terrace with a view and in addition to a basic French breakfast, he gave us the opportunity to choose additional items such as eggs, ham, fruit salad and above all, a fantastic selection of cheese. In this price range, I can't think of a more luxurious and pleasant experience. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

Beautiful apartment, with nice balcony overlooking and nice garden with pool.

A great, clean, beautiful apartment in a quiet villa with a cozy garden. Run by Very friendly owners, we can only say it is the perfect location to spent some relaxed and quiet days at the Côte d’Azur. Breakfast is served on the terrace and is delicious as well. There is really not a single thing that we would consider as not so good or something. It was almost perfect. Some people mentioned that the the house is located quite far from the ocean / harbor. That is true, but you need less than ten minutes by car to the harbor and you can park there for free. After seeing that the mainstreets downtown are quite noisy and crowdy, we were even more happy to have an accommodation a little bit outside the crowds, but close enough to join the crowd when we wanted. There are also nice hikes around in the Esterel massive and of course the ocean. The host can provide good tips what to do and where to go.

Surpringly lovely venue after initial shock at location

We were somewhat dismayed on arrival to find that it was some way out from restaurants, etc. However, our host directed us to a very pleasant restaurant a walk away. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was the highlight.

Simply that one has a to either drive to everything or be prepared to walk a kilometre to the nearest restaurant, which was not a problem for us, though might be for some.
